Overview of Responsibilities

At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Back Up Scan Coordinator requires a significant level of accuracy and responsibility to maintain the overall price integrity in their assigned store. This position conducts daily, weekly and monthly price changes, including changing shelf signs and tags, promotional signs and ensuring compliance with all company and governmental compliance regulations. The Back Up Scan Coordinator verifies weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and pricing signage in all departments. Qualifications

To be a Back Up Scan Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market you must:

At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Schematic Coordinator requires a significant level of accuracy and responsibility to maintain the overall Non-Perishable Schematic integrity in their assigned store. Responsible for the scheduling, coordination and execution of store resets and projects for the Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins) 

Supports an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring the categories are set according to the schematics for their store 

Works with the Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and NP ASM to ensure schematic compliance is maintained and new items are correctly placed and available for purchase 

Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office 

Ensure schematics are executed in a manner consistent with internal policies and procedures 

Obtains sign off from Store Manager, NP ASM, or Dept Mangers to signify work is complete and accurate 

Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Warehouse Supervisors to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

$15.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling. 
  • Ensure all orders received from the concessions department are picked correctly with a sense of urgency. 
  • Maintain daily awareness of product needs while notifying the Warehouse Manager of any products that are out. 
  • Oversee inventory control, verify receiving shipments are matched to invoices looking for discrepancies.  
  • Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas. 
  • Oversee and set up machines and equipment for the commissary. 
  • Oversee the proper closing of assigned area. 
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations. 
  • Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

More about you

  • A minimum 1 year food and beverage commissary and/or warehouse experience required. 
  • Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required. 
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to delegate and coach others. 
  • Basic math skills. 
  • Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to follow job procedures and manager instructions. 
  • Dependable team-player looking to take on added responsibilities.  
  • Must be at least 18 years old. 
  • Must have a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. 

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds. 
  • Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility. 
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift. 
  • Ability to work in a Warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season.

  • Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner. 
  • Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines. 
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures. 
  • Record all waste. 
  • Participate in the set up and breakdown of the assigned locations. 
  • Help work in the back of house to prep food during events. 
  • Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. 
  • Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed. 
  • Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine the correct change for guests. 
  • Account for all transactions. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must be at least 16 years old  
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. 

Physical requirements

  • Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.  
  • Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift. 
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds. 
  • May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.  
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds. 
  • Ability to withstand variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on the season.
