Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused AM Reservationist to join our Front-of-House team. This role is responsible for managing morning reservation flow, answering high call volumes with professionalism, mapping the floor plan strategically, and supporting private event coordination. The ideal candidate is efficient, warm, and capable of maximizing table turns while maintaining an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation & Guest Communication

• Answer all incoming calls using a professional and consistent tone.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding hours, policies, menus, and events.
• Manage email communications and follow up on reservation requests.
• Accurately take and modify reservations in OpenTable, honoring special requests when possible.
• Maintain VIP notes and preferred seating arrangements.

Floor Plan & Table Management

• Strategically manage the restaurant floor using OpenTable to optimize guest flow and server coverage.
• Monitor capacity and maintain appropriate pacing.
• Anticipate and adjust seating for large parties, high turnover, and walk-ins.
• Communicate seat assignments and timing adjustments to hosts, managers, and servers.

Large Parties & Event Support

• Book large-party reservations and communicate prix fixe or bar package options.
• Upsell group dining experiences when appropriate.
• Coordinate details for private dining and buyouts with the management team.
• Track deposits, confirmations, and event-specific details accurately.

Administrative & Operational Duties

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records.
• Input and track guest preferences, trends, and special occasions.
• Communicate updates at pre-shift and ensure seamless handover to PM team.
• Monitor reservation reports, no-shows, and modifications.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Ensure all guest interactions reflect Buccan's high hospitality standards.
• Provide solutions when the restaurant is fully booked or requests cannot be fulfilled.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and escalate major issues to management.
• Celebrate special occasions and ensure they are properly noted and acknowledged.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a reservationist, host, or front desk role within a high-volume restaurant.

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role works closely with tenants, senior management, and internal teams to ensure properties are operating efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day function of a portfolio of commercial real estate properties, including compliance of tenants and vendors
• Select Vendors: As needed, source and select vendors – negotiating agreements related to their services

About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-savvy Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and take charge of rent collection and receivables management across our property portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with property managers and finance professionals to streamline processes and resolve payment issues efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Monitor Receivables: Track outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue accounts, including rent, fees, and other tenant charges

The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for the full development and execution of all house made desserts across the Miami location. All pastry items are produced entirely in-house, with some selections featured across multiple concepts and others tailored specifically to each outlet. • Lead the pastry program for Buccan and Imoto, producing high-quality, from-scratch items across all brands

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager plays a central leadership role on the Buccan team, supporting all aspects of FOH operations, team development, scheduling, and guest experience. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a high-energy, guest-first environment and understands the importance of leading by example, developing people, and delivering excellence every shift.

• Oversee and execute all FOH scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage based on sales forecasts, labor targets, and team availability.
• Input invoices and run reports to track inventory and performance.
• Monitor labor costs, contribute to P&L analysis, and participate in cost center management.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all employee-related matters in Pro Work.

Team Development & Support

• Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new FOH team members.
• Set clear expectations and provide real-time coaching and regular performance feedback.
• Create a structured, supportive environment for team development and retention.
