Pherros Biosciences has built a completely new, inspiring, environmentally conscious, and highly automated facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This brand-new facility will utilize state of the art technology to engage in parenteral (injectable) pharmaceutical production and packaging operations. This is an exciting and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help initiate and operate a new site.
There are numerous positions available for entry, mid-level and supervisory roles in manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Science Associate will engage in various aspects of pharmaceutical production, including formulation, aseptic filling, visual inspection and secondary packaging, as well as equipment and process implementation activities required to bring the facility into service. Manufacturing Science personnel will be responsible for ensuring continuous supply of our medicines by expertly running the processes, troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally, and adhering to our safety first / quality always mindset. Senior and lead Manufacturing Science personnel will coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans while developing their own as well as the teamโs capabilities.
A Manufacturing Science Supervisor is expected to have experience in performing the responsibilities of a Manufacturing Science Associate but also provide daily supervision of areas within manufacturing, maintain responsibility over production timelines and achieve department goals. This includes process planning activities, setting schedules, coordinating interactions and services from other internal and external groups, and assigning daily work tasks. Additional responsibilities will be hiring, development, coaching/leading, and training of manufacturing operators in the assigned area.

How You Will Achieve It
As a Manufacturing Science Associate, you will be part of a team that will execute batch release processes in the course of internally manufactured products. You will ensure drug product manufacturing is carried out in a compliant manner in accordance with current Quality Standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Additional specific responsibilities include:
- Engagement in operations on the manufacturing floor ensuring high level of safety, quality, and productivity to maintain production and a reliable supply of products to patients.
- Responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment, exemplifying safe working practices, and being accountable for supporting manufacturing and safety goals.
- Setting a good example through demonstrated knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems, and teaching of proper techniques.
- Being a technical leader:โฏKey resource for troubleshooting and functions as the primary point of contact for issue escalation on the shop floor.
- Engaging in manufacturing investigations and implementing corrective and preventative action (โCAPAโ) plans.
- Operating the equipment and performing activities as required to meet production schedule.
- Completing and assisting in checking execution documentation (Electronic Batch Record, SAP, Cleaning Logs)
- Driving key departmental objectives including improving safety performance, reducing deviations, improving productivity, and training compliance.
- Supporting Site Leadership to build a diverse and capable site organization by delivering area operational procedures, quality processes and controls.
- Acting as a liaison between operations and support functions.
The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Science Supervisor would include those of a Manufacturing Science Associate, and:
- Ensure production activities comply with cGMP guidelines. Follow all documentation and standard operating procedures. Set priorities, process execution, work assignments, and reprioritize as required.
- Responsibility for providing support to their respective process team.
- Responsibility for cGMP compliance, ensuring that all production equipment is properly validated, and procedures are maintained within validated state.
- Author and revise standard operating procedures and batch records. Review technical reports. Conduct deviation investigations and write process deviation reports.
- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained, production areas are inspection ready, and production processes meet quality standards.
- Train personnel in manufacturing process/operations following standard operating procedures and cGMP guidelines.
- Measure and appraise operator performance against job duties, objectives, and goals. Provide accurate and timely feedback. Recommend merit increases, promotions, hires, and terminations.
- Serve as a manufacturing advocate in cross functional meeting and champion company policies to area staff.
- Contribute and adhere to safety, environment, and quality of the Company.
- Communicate safely and maintenance problems., status of operations, and employee-related issues in a timely manner to management.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- We have several levels open for Manufacturing Science Associates and Supervisors which are based on the experience and education you bring.
- Minimum education: Bachelorโs Degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or other related discipline, or a High School Diploma/GED equivalent with more than five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate (electronically, written and verbal)
- Flexibility - the ability to troubleshoot and triage challenges
- Computer proficiency (desktop and tablet software, MS office, quality management system (โQMSโ)).
- Must pass a vision exam and be free of color blindness
- Must be equivalent to 20/20 correctable close vision acuity

- When in full operation, must have the ability to accommodate longer shifts on a rotating basis when necessary

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Supervise the quality process to ensure the production environment has what is needed to meet key business/manufacturing metrics, which satisfy customer needs and product standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all quality-related functions in the plant.
- Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
- Perform all required quality tests for raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.

The Heart & Vascular Clinic Operations Director provides strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory services across the Cardiology (general & invasive), Electrophysiology (EP), Vascular, and Interventional Radiology (IR) clinics. This role ensures clinical operations deliver patient centered care that focuses on access, growth, quality outcomes and patient experience. The Director partners closely with appropriate stakeholders to optimize the continuum from referral to procedure to follow up.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Access
- Lead day to day operations for multi site Heart & Vascular clinics, including Cardiology (general and invasive consults), EP, Vascular, and IR ambulatory pathways.
- Assumes 24-hour responsibility for assigned areas of operations.
- Own access and capacity management: templates, scheduling rules, slot utilization, referral triage, and wait time reduction for new and follow up patients.

GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Data Analyst (DA) is a key member of Metrcโs Data and Analytics organization. In this role, youโll collaborate closely with internal teams across the company as well as external customers and partners. The Data and Analytics team delivers high-value analysis and actionable insights that support strategic decisions, operational efficiency, and compliance for a wide range of stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

- Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports using Tableau, Sigma, and other BI tools to meet business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions
- Administer BI platforms (Tableau Server, Sigma), managing users, permissions, automations, and content assets
- Monitor and validate report data regularly to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability
- Curate and organize data for reporting purposes, ensuring well-structured data that meets business needs
- Maintain and optimize DBT pipelines to ensure data quality and transformation efficiency
- Document business requirements and create specifications for needs requiring advanced data engineering
- Respond to BI tool inquiries and collaborate with training to facilitate user education.
- Proactively explore new metrics within existing data to improve analytics.
- Maintain and publish organizational data dictionaries to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Experience in supply chain or track-and-traceโrelated data analytics is preferred but not required.
- Four years or more experience with Data Analysis and Analytics
- Strong SQL proficiency and relational database interaction skills
- Bachelorโs degree in data Analytics or a similar study or equivalent experience. Other degrees are acceptable if a candidate has deep technical experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, R to pair with Data Analytics experience.
- Reporting tool experience (ex: Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Domo, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Reporting tool development experience is favorable but not required.
- ETL tool experience is favored but not required (ex: Alteryx, Tibco, Tray.Io, Workado, MuleSoft, Metallion, FiveTran)
- AI and Machine Learning experience a plus, basic understanding required
- Heavy Microsoft Excel experience (formulas, pivots, lookups), Visio a plus, proficiency with the remainder of MS Office suite.

Position Summary
We are seeking a talented, results-driven Fulfillment Manager to lead our primary Distribution Center team and manage daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading their team to achieve objectives tied to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, labor performance, safety, and continuous improvement in order to ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to our guests. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly associates
- Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.

Operations & Fulfillment
- Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with service-level agreements
- Monitor daily volume, labor capacity, and workflow to meet demand fluctuations
- Drive productivity, accuracy, and throughput improvements across all warehouse functions
Process Improvement & KPIs
- Track and analyze KPIs such as Function Productivity, Order Accuracy, Location Accuracy and Labor Efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean / process improvement initiatives
- Support new system enhancements and implementations (WMS, scanners, automation, etc.)
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all safety policies and OSHA requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Conduct safety training and incident investigations as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Inventory Control, Guest Service, Finance and Merchandising teams as needed to achieve operational objectives and support broader organizational initiatives.
- Support and take a lead role in peak season planning and labor forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 3+ of leadership experience in eCommerce, Distribution, or Fulfillment operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and order fulfillment workflows
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word and Google Docs
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
Preferred
- Experience in apparel or high-SKU environments
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience scaling operations during peak seasons
- Prior experience with 3PLs or multi-site operations
- Bachelorโs Degree with a major in Supply Chain or related field a plus, but not required.

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Purchasing Specialist / Buyer to join our team.
SUMMARY
The Purchasing Specialist supports and coordinates purchasing, acquisition, and demand planning activities for ingredients, packaging, co-manufacturing and bought in finished goods. The role manages both domestic and international suppliers and contributes to cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate brings solid procurement experience across Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Services, with strong analytical capabilities, a customer centric mindset, and a process improvement orientation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES
- Source to Contract (S2C): Prepare sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP), validate requirements and specifications with stakeholders, apply TCO criteria, negotiate and recommend awards, support contract review/execution with Legal, and manage supplier onboarding.
- Procure to Pay (P2P): Evaluate purchase requisitions, generate accurate POs, send POs to suppliers, confirm acknowledgments, track deliveries/ETAs and expedite, resolve GR/IR and invoice discrepancies with AP, and close orders.
- Category Coverage: Manage end to end procurement for Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Services, aligning with demand, quality, and cost targets.
- Planning & Inventory: Build demand plans integrating production schedules, supplier capacity, lead times, and on hand inventory; maintain Kanban/min max/safety stock to minimize obsolescence.
- Inbound Logistics: Plan/manage inbound flows (including imports) to ensure on time availability at optimal cost.
- Supplier Management (SRM): Qualify, evaluate, and monitor suppliers; participate, when necessary, in Business Reviews, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify supply risks (capacity, quality, geopolitical, single source); implement mitigation frameworks and dual sourcing when appropriate.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations for pricing, commercial terms, service levels, and long-term agreements; support contract and performance management.
- NPD & Changes: Support domestic/international new product development (NPD); coordinate material changes and ramp up/ramp down plans to protect service and cost.
- Artwork & Packaging: Ensure timely release of approved artwork/graphic files to packaging suppliers and printers.
- Cost & Working Capital: Drive cost reduction initiatives (should cost, value engineering, consolidation) and optimize inventory to improve cash and reduce write-offs.
- Analytics & Automation: Build reports/dashboards with advanced Excel and Power BI; leverage SQL/Python/VBA to improve data quality and streamline processes.
- Stakeholder & Customer Focus: Provide timely, solutions-oriented support to Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Planning; communicate tradeoffs clearly.
- Digital Fluency & Process Discipline: Work effectively within ERP/MRP; maintain clean supplier and material master data and adhere to procurement policies and ESG/responsible sourcing practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorโs degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field; 2+ years of relevant procurement experience (manufacturing/FMCG/food preferred).
- Proven experience purchasing Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Services.
- Strong command of TCO, sourcing strategy, supplier lifecycle management, and basic contract/commercial terms.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations, performance management, and issue resolution.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle; Microsoft Business Central a plus).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query; macros preferred) and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Data management skills and a structured, process driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or VBA to support reporting and automation.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in confectionery, food & beverage, or consumer packaged goods.
- Exposure to category strategy, spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier risk assessment tools.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with ESG/responsible sourcing considerations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn additional applications essential for job tasks.
