Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all Supply Chain work is performed accurately and timely:
- Routine monitoring of actual volume by major product group
- Routine calculations of lead times, equipment efficiencies, and rolling volume projections by major product group
- Administration of an accurate finite schedule for all pacemakers
- Provide guidance to Supervisors and Managers on flow, inventory, rework, and any other actions as needed
- Maintain accurately dated production orders
- Disposition non-conforming product and follow up to ensure it is released, scrapped, cross-applied, reworked, and/or remade as instructed
- Monitor slow-moving, surplus, and obsolete inventory to ensure it is properly consumed, scrapped, re-worked, cross-applied, and/or reserved by Finance as needed
- True-up raw material inventories in system
- Plan raw material and subassembly needs and provide purchase orders to suppliers
- Follow up on open purchase orders as needed with suppliers
- Physical and systematic Receiving, Packaging, finished goods and customer-owned inventory management, and Shipping
- Safe work environment and behaviors at all levels
- Adherence to Collective Bargaining Agreement and Rules of Conduct
- Robust cross-training within team
- Present delivery and inventory topics as appropriate at daily tier meetings
Supervision Scope
Direct supervision of one (1) DC Manager, (2) Supply Chain Schedulers, and three (3) Supply Chain Planners

Principal Advisor, Central Sterile Processing (System‑Level Strategic Leader)
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services, the Principal Advisor for CSP serves as the system's senior subject‑matter expert and strategic leader for this procedural domain. In this capacity, the leader will functions as an enterprise‑level authority responsible for establishing standard practices, policies, and procedures for daily operations. The role also provides oversight and input into the system capital replacement plan and operational KPIs. Additionally, this role leads accreditation readiness efforts and partners closely with the Quality Institute to ensure continued compliance across all UH locations. Operating within a matrixed structure, this role provides dotted‑line guidance to local operational leaders and manages a small, focused team responsible for delivering systemwide initiatives
A Brief Overview
The Principal Advisor, Procedural Areas serves as a clinical and strategic subject matter expert and resource across the health system, providing expert consultation, strategic guidance, and performance oversight for the assigned procedural areas of expertise, such as Central Sterile Processing/High Level Disinfection (CSP/HLD), Operating Rooms (OR), Endoscopy, and Cath/Interventional Radiology (IR) Labs. The position will also gather, analyze, and share key performance indicators (KPIs) across the system to support transparency, promote accountability, and drive continuous improvement at both the local and system levels. What You Will Do

* Ensure alignment with current regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., AORN, DNV, JCAHO, AAMI, CMS, ACC). Support local leaders in preparing for surveys, audits, and inspections, ensuring alignment with standards and documentation requirements.
* Promote consistent application of best practices across all sites, including technology integration, including electronic health records (EHR), image management systems, and inventory systems.
* Training, Education & Competency
* Assist in design and deliver ongoing education programs, competency assessments, and professional development plans throughout system.
* Provide subject matter expertise for local leaders during staff onboarding and ongoing professional development activities.
* Act as a subject matter expert in regulatory standards and clinical technologies.
* Quality Improvement & Data Analysis
* Analyze system-wide performance data, audit results, and dashboard metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume trends, case mix, supply costs, radiation exposure, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with local teams and system leadership to develop and implement targeted quality improvement initiatives. Support audit activities and review documentation accuracy to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

* Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards. including infection control, safety, and documentation standards.

Catholic Health, an integrated health system in Buffalo, New York, announces an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished nurse leader to serve as its Senior Vice President, Quality and Safety.
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, the SVP Quality and Safety is responsible for the overall management of an experienced broad-based team charged with monitoring, reporting, educating and inspiring devotion to excelling in internal and external quality metrics for the entire enterprise with the goal of attaining and sustaining top decile performance. The SVP serves as the system liaison and senior executive for all Quality and Patient Safety collaborative initiatives with the acute care hospitals, service lines, continuing care division and homecare ministries to promote integration and alignment in an effort to improve the quality and safety outcomes across the continuum, thereby improving the patient's overall experience.

The Ideal Candidate:
- A master's degree with clinical major required.

Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $275,000 to $300,000 annually. The company is seeking to recruit a dynamic and hands-on VP, Operations who will wear multiple hats as they drive operational improvements across the organization and scale production and engineering capabilities for growth.
We are seeking a proven operations leader with demonstrated success driving operational excellence through the introduction of best practices and process within a highly entrepreneurial environment. This individual will have previous aerospace, automotive or medical device manufacturing experience working with OEM’s and prime contractors. Background experience in Lean process improvement, Continuous Improvement and other systems such as TPS or Six Sigma is a significant asset, as is highly engineered precision machining manufacturing. This position requires a hands-on executive who spends time on the shop floor and has the ability to lead transformation with a strong focus on performance improvement, quality and data driven decision-making.

Hiring Manager Notes: Manager is looking for a candidate with a strong project management background who can aggressively deliver timelines, multitask across projects, has in-building experience handling DAS, venue, stadium, and hotel projects, and possesses telecom carrier experience with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
Responsibilities:

- Ability to effectively manage vendors and projects
- Proven track record of meeting goals.
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
- Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, oral/written communications skills, and organizational skills.
- Tableau/Dashboard experience of creating charts, projects and reports
Desired Skills:
- Real Estate knowledge and background working with Specialists & vendor
- Financial acumen, processing PO’s and reports
- In-Building and Microwave/Transport Experience
