Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Aviation / Engineering.
• Prior experience with metrology, blueprints interpretation, Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) measurement techniques.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Order Management - Bilingual Canadian French!

In this role, the Order Mgmt. CSA (Customer Service Analyst) is accountable for effectively managing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective order entry, validation, processing and tracking to ensure on time and in full delivery of customer orders always maintaining a good relationship with the customer. Purchase orders are essentially received via EDI, Email / FAX etc. The list of activities extends with Order entry/adjustments, collaboration with sales, S&OP, shipping facilities, carrier, coordinating with customer’s receiving team to ensure timely and in full delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

· Checking various sources of PO inflow (EDI queue, Fax / email inbox & USPS) periodically

· Entering orders in the business ERP within given TAT

· Proactively manage product allocation on the orders.

· Ensuring delivery note on sales orders gets created in a timely fashion.

· Coordinating with shipping facilities to get the product shipped to customers.

· Coordinating with carrier team to obtain periodic status of the load (pickup / in transit / delivery)

· Coordinating with demand control team to obtain availability dates of short / unavailable items on customer’s order.

· Coordinating with customers to obtain substitutes (replacement items) for unavailable items and share availability dates.

· Support customers with pool date coordination, rush shipment arrangements, and problem resolution.

· Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility and share real time updates with the customer.

· Communicating with customers about various process updates such as (Order Qty or Date changes, different updates on availability, delivery, etc).

· Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing error reports with the order management tool: ZORD

· Analyzing order trend of customers and raise flag if variation experienced.

· Work as a team to process any ad hoc request promptly

· Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.

· Ability to analyze and resolve problems before escalating to the next level.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Good understanding of upstream and downstream OTC processes

· Good communication skills (written & spoken)

· Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills.

· Proficiency with system applications, especially MS Office (outlook, excel, word, power point etc.)

· Experience in customer service and or supply chain and order management.

· Good written and spoken communication skills.

· Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time.

· Demonstrate ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.

· Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5PM and working on QE close weekends

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Resources from Order management domain and worked on SAP ERP-

· Bachelor’s Degree (business, logistics or finance is preferred.

· Good understanding of upstream and downstream processes

· Good communication skills (written & spoken)

· Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills.

· Good Working knowledge of tools like SAP / S4 HANA, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Blue Yonder, Salesforce and Ariba

Position Title: Data Steward

Location: Indianapolis, IN, 46268

Duration: 8 Months (02/23/2026 to 10/31/2026)

Temporary Data Steward:

• This role requires someone with strong SAP skills to help keep our master data accurate and our systems running smoothly. They will be working to support our production lines by managing product information in SAP and other key systems.

What You'll Do:

SAP Data Management (CRITICAL - SAP Experience Required!)

• Set up and update product recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP. This tells the system how to make our products.
• Create and manage change requests for new or modified items in SAP.
• Check and fix new product setups from our external partners (Genpact) in SAP.
• This means making sure all the details like category codes, storage locations, and other settings are correct.
• Help solve common SAP issues related to product data, like fixing errors in BOMs
• Send product recipes to the production system (MES) when needed.

Product Information & Recipe System Support

• Enter and update product details in our central product information systems (like ACS). This includes shelf life, destination, and production line settings.
• Help set up recipes in our Recipe Site system, making sure production details are accurate.
• Update packaging information in our Access Anywhere system.

Monitoring & Coordination

• Keep an eye on emails to ensure external teams have finished their part of the product setup
• Check product formulas to ensure they match between our technical system (TIMs), SAP, and production needs.
• Help with basic setup for product trials, ensuring necessary documentation is in place.
• Attend team meetings to stay updated and provide status reports on your work.
• Solid, hands-on experience with SAP, especially with product data (BOMs, Recipes). This is essential.
• Detail-oriented and precise.
• Follow instructions well.
• Microsoft Office tools (like Excel, Outlook).
• Communicate clearly with team members.
