A boutique real estate investment firm with approximately $1B in assets under management and ~2,500 units is seeking a Senior Director of Acquisitions to lead deal sourcing and execution across its multifamily investment platform.
This is a senior, entrepreneurial role for someone who can generate opportunities, underwrite them quickly, and drive transactions through closing. We are not seeking a pure analyst. The right person will have a strong broker network, proven sourcing ability, and the confidence to work directly with senior leadership to identify and close compelling investments.
The firm operates with a lean team and a hands-on approach, providing meaningful deal ownership and significant upside participation.

What You Will Do
- Source new investment opportunities through broker relationships, owners, lenders, and industry networks
- Identify off-market and value-add multifamily opportunities
- Quickly evaluate deal feasibility and investment potential
- Build underwriting models and investment analyses
- Prepare investment summaries and present opportunities to the CEO
- Lead deals from initial sourcing through LOI, due diligence, financing, and closing
- Work closely with asset management to execute the business plan
- Assist with refinances and dispositions during the hold period
- Represent the firm at industry events and maintain strong brokerage relationships
This is a full-cycle acquisitions role requiring both deal generation and technical underwriting capability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of real estate investment or acquisitions experience
- Current role may include Senior Acquisitions Associate, Acquisitions Manager, Director of Acquisitions, or VP-level acquisitions professional
- Strong broker relationships and deal sourcing track record
- Deep understanding of multifamily and value-add investment strategies
- Advanced Excel underwriting and financial modeling skills
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Confident communicator who can move quickly from opportunity to execution
- Multifamily experience is preferred, though broader commercial real estate investment backgrounds will be considered.

Base salary is flexible depending on experience, with participation in:

Sales Assistant
The Sales Assistant is a key player in the sales process which serves as the liaison between design, sales, production, and logistics. This role is responsible for supporting the needs of the sales team and ensuring that all customer requests are addressed and that all orders flow through the system smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between design, sales, production, and logistics
- Monitor inventory and available to sell reports
- Review daily inventory allocation reports
- Analyze, understand, communicate, and resolve any allocation issues
- Follow up with logistics on shipping related issues
- Setting up detailed item set up sheets for customers and ensuring items properly set up in our ERP system
- Ensure showrooms are organized and set up properly
- Put together sales recaps and follow up with buyers as needed
- Ensure that all selling tools are updated as needed
- Review EDI and non-EDI orders with CSR’s to include backorders, oversold and late orders
- Submit work orders and transfer requests when needed
- Manage reporting to include bulk order reports, open orders by Salesperson, old bulk order alert CTO, Oversold order report, and backorders by salesperson
- Buyer communication as directed by Sales
- Import bulk orders into ERP
- Participate in weekly meetings as conducted by the Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager
- Keep management informed of situations that will impact department goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support the department’s business needs.
- Understand and follow Gina’s employee policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year in an administrative capacity preferably in the fashion industry
- High energy level, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task
- Above average Excel skills
- Must work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational, communication and attention to detail are a must

NY Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this position is ($50,000 – $55,000) annually based on skills and experience.

- Own the merchandising strategy for licensed and graphic T-shirt programs, driving cohesive, brand-right assortments that align with retailer needs and consumer demand.
- Build and manage seasonal line plans, identifying key items, price points, and volume drivers while clearly defining whitespace opportunities across accounts.
- Leverage strong understanding of licensing requirements, approvals, and brand standards to ensure licensed product is commercially relevant and executed accurately.
- Partner closely with design and graphics teams to guide artwork direction, graphic placement, and storytelling that supports both brand identity and sell-through.
- Analyze retailer assortments, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to uncover assortment gaps and growth opportunities by channel and account.
- Customize assortments and SMU programs for specific retailers, ensuring differentiation while maintaining brand and license integrity.
