You will collaborate with a team focused on requirements development, performance evaluations, and independent verification and validation of standalone and integrated navigation hardware under challenging signal conditions. As a member of the GNSS/Navigation Systems Engineering Section you will...
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to integrate, test and evaluate GNSS receiver and navigation hardware systems in APL test facilities, at field test sites, and external ground test facilities.
- Lead Systems Engineering technical tasks such as systems level analysis, trade studies, analysis of alternatives, proposals and conceptual development for current and future US military PVAT systems.
- Develop formal communications which are presented to project, program, and external sponsors as needed.
- Explore performance improvements through experimentation and prototyping.
- Collaboratively develop PVAT test plans and roadmaps, including the identification and development of capabilities needed to evaluate PVAT systems.
Qualifications
You meet our qualifications for the job if you...
- Have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another related technical field
- Have 10 or more years of RF Engineering experience.
- Have RF hardware integration and evaluation experience, preferably in a HiL environment.

The referenced pay range is based on JHU APL’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level with consideration for internal parity. For salaried employees scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week, annual salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for lease administration and tenant billing, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and compliant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and interpreting commercial leases to ensure accurate billing setup
- Managing tenant billings, including rent, CAM, and additional charges
- Performing lease abstraction and maintaining accurate lease data
- Rent calculations, recoveries processing, and responding to tenant inquiries
- Supporting CAM reconciliations
- Working closely with property managers and accounting teams
- Maintaining data integrity in Yardi, MRI, or similar systems
- Assisting with audits, reporting, and lease compliance
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-driven professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and keeping things precise.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in lease administration, billing, or property accounting
- Strong understanding of commercial leases, rent schedules, and CAM charges
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other property management/accounting software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
