New Orleans, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Lead Marine Superintendent / Dock Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a confidential client. This person would oversee dockside operations, berth scheduling, vessel repair coordination, and production flow across multiple departments in a marine repair and shipyard environment. This leadership role serves as the operational hub of the facility, ensuring vessels are efficiently berthed, properly scoped for repairs, staffed with the appropriate craft labor, and safely returned to service. Essential Duties:
• Manage dock and berth operations including vessel scheduling, berth availability, and coordination of incoming vessel requests

- Complete project closeout documents once each project is finished.
- Mentor and lead other less experienced team members.
- Attend weekly 1:1 meeting with Supervisor.

Contract Specialist
Location: Roanoke, VA (Onsite) Competitive Relocation Support Offered.

Job Summary
This position is onsite in Roanoke VA and will be responsible for reviewing documents, contracts, communications, purchase orders, proposals, and working to ensure all commercial terms and conditions, business risks and potentially onerous requirements are addressed to the benefit of the company. Help direct Contracts Specialists and ensure the appropriate forms are completed for approval and other documentation. The role will also be responsible for overseeing the performance of audits and completing checklists of contract information, reviewing input to the management ERP system and updating and maintaining files and data spreadsheets related to contract reviews and other projects as needed. The position requires a detail oriented, organized person, familiar with business, contracts, risk mitigation and with strong, MS Word, reading and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts for risk including liabilities, Indemnification, Insurance, Warranty, Cancellation, redlining and editing problematic wording and language.
- Keep updated contract and customer logs
- Maintain records of all contracts and agreements. Ensure through audits the agreements are current the company is following terms, and achieving key milestones, and managing risk.
- Assist in coordinating as needed with Key stakeholders in Sales, Engineering, and operations.
- Review customer purchase orders to confirm compliance with quoted pricing, and terms of sales and ensure that all required order elements are accurately entered into the ERP system and are processed in accordance with the procedures and instructions.
Experience And Education
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 5+ years of Contracts review/ Legal assistant, accounting, insurance or administration similar experience with detailed transactional work.
- 5+ years relevant experience preferably in manufacturing, EPC type contractor, construction, or capital equipment Industry
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and computer skills

The HVAC Service Estimator & Parts Administrator is responsible for estimating HVAC and plumbing service projects as well as researching, ordering, expediting, and tracking HVAC service parts while ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for the HVAC Service Department. This role is critical to minimizing technician downtime, maintaining service efficiency, and ensuring prompt and correct billing to customers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with vendors, technicians, and customers in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating, Parts Research, Ordering & Tracking
- Review technician work order notes for repairs
- Gather information and communicate with technicians to provide professional scope of work and quotes for customers.
- Prepare spot quotes and small job estimates for customers.
- Experience in pricing labor, materials and subcontractor work.
- Research HVAC replacement parts using model/serial numbers, OEM documentation, and supplier resources
- Order parts from manufacturers and distributors to meet service timelines and cost targets
- Track all parts orders from purchase through delivery and installation
- Expedite backordered or critical parts as needed
- Monitor open PO’s, back orders and delivery exceptions; proactively resolve issues to prevent schedule impact
- Communicate part status updates to service technicians, dispatch, and service management
- Maintain accurate parts records, including costs, lead times, and warranty status
- Coordinate returns, credits, and warranty claims with vendors
Service Billing & Invoicing Support
- Prepare, review, and process service invoices accurately and promptly
- Verify labor, materials, and parts charges match service tickets and work orders
- Ensure proper markup, pricing, and tax application per company policy
- Resolve billing discrepancies with technicians, service managers, or customers
- Submit invoices according to customer billing requirements and timelines
- Assist with follow-up on missing documentation or approvals required for billing
Administrative & System Support
- Enter and maintain service data in the service management/ERP system
- Support service managers with reporting on parts usage, costs, and billing status
- Assist with process improvements to reduce billing delays and part shortages
- Assist with the implementation and optimization of procurement systems and tools
Customer & Vendor Communication
- Act as a point of contact for vendors regarding parts availability and pricing
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoice questions when needed
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service administration, parts coordination, or billing (commercial HVAC preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, components, and terminology
- Experience with service management or accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial HVAC service operations
- Familiarity with OEM HVAC parts and supply houses
- Experience with Sage / Field service Ops or similar ERP systems
- Basic understanding of service contracts and warranty billing
- Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft tools.

This salaried exempt position will report directly to the Director of Strategic Sourcing. Primary functions of this position include selected category management, oversight of Procurement Agent(s), strategy development and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Issue bid requests and organize proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery
- Evaluate quotes, prepare analysis and work with business stakeholders towards vendor selection.
- Create and develop strategic partnerships with suppliers to achieve goals and objectives.
- Evaluate capabilities of potential suppliers, explore references and identify current and potential strengths and weaknesses.
- Enforce policies and procedures within the business activities to ensure that the financial interests of Titan America are protected.
- Develop and maintain vendor relations to include eligibility of vendor’s documentation, in particular, as it relates to insurance/safety compliance.
- Develop, review and negotiate framework agreements.
- Ensure documentation of bids and related documents are current and maintained.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.A. or B.S. in business, MBA preferred, or related field and with minimum seven years of prior strategic sourcing experience required.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Logistics/Transportation background required.
- Proficiency/experience with Transportation Management Systems highly preferred
- Commercial/heavy equipment fleet sourcing experience required.
- Prior experience with mining and quarry sourcing highly preferred.
- Proficiency with common software including, but not limited to, MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe and Domo
- Demonstrated professional written and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop business partnerships both internally and externally.

- Knowledge of sourcing, purchasing and buying in a manufacturing setting, construction materials manufacturing industry, preferred.
- C.P.M. or CPSM, preferred.
