Income Property Finance Market Manager

At Regions, the Income Property Finance Market Manager manages, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of IPF Relationship Managers along with implementing strategies to achieve profitability and credit quality goals. On average a team will consist of 5-7 IPF RMs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new client opportunities

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. * The Community Education Specialist 2 (CES 2) position will be located in the University of California Cooperative Extension Office and will act as a valuable team member of the 4-H Youth Development Program (4-H YDP).

4-H YDP is the largest youth-serving organization in the U.S.

Our focus is to provide positive youth development to youth in our community through research-based best practices, community collaborations, and community engagement.

The CES 2 helps to coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the 4-H Youth Development Program (4-H YDP) in Mendocino County.

* Program Liaison and Coordination: Oversee the local 4-H Youth Development Program (YDP) to ensure activities, events, and outreach are implemented safely, consistently, and in alignment with positive youth development principles.

Ensure that programs are welcoming, accessible, and responsive to the needs of youth and families across all communities.

Monitor program compliance in line with University and 4-H YD policies and procedures.

Work with groups of volunteers, youth, and community partners and serve as their direct liaison.

Provide training and support to community club leaders, project leaders, other volunteers, youth, and community partners using approved materials and curriculum, including (but not limited to) specific curriculum, positive youth development (Thrive), online enrollment systems, and policy.

Ensure all needed UC ANR individuals are notified as needed.

All 4-H professionals serve as mandated reporters under California Law.

Disseminate 4-H information via the 4-H website, collaborative tools, emails, social media, newsletters, blogs, etc.

Be a champion for use of multiple delivery models so that all youth may engage in the 4-H program.

Serve as a liaison and communication link to community organizations, including but not limited to local schools, youth-based community organizations, race/ethnic-based community organizations, education-aligned organizations, and local fairs.

Represent the 4-H YDP in the county.

Provide information about the 4-H YDP to the public.

The in-person face to face Regional Liaison is primarily responsible for working as liaison in the Salem office assisting Consumers and Personal Care Attendants (PCA) with inquiries and problem resolution. The regional liaison will also be trained and capable of providing training and support for the Tempus EVV solution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

•Develop and implement Regional business plans, budgets and maintain overall responsibility of action plans for the Region.

  • Review performance metrics with the National Sales Director to ensure sales team is achieving maximum sales results.
  • Plan and conduct meetings with the Sales Team; ensure appropriate leadership by developing and inspiring the Sales Team.
  • Work closely with leadership and Market Access to maximize reimbursement from commercial & government payers.
  • Create and manage Regional plans including message, reach and frequency, and budget goals. Responsible for goal- and target-setting.
  • Evaluate account management performance against budget to ensure a cost-effective allocation of resources and appropriate management reporting.
  • Be in the field three (3) to four (4) days working with assigned Territory Managers and complete Field Coaching Reports (FCR) with quality and in a timely manner (48-72 hours). Hold office hours on days out of the field.
  • Complete all training and policy requirements on time.
  • Ensure that all actions and those of his/her team both internally and through vendors

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in sales management in the pharmaceutical industry may be substituted.

  • 3+ years sales management experience in a U.S. pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Cardiology (Statin, PCSK9, and NOAC) launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in launching new products and/or indications and building sales teams.
  • Well-developed leadership skills, and the ability to influence people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully commercializing new products and/or expanding commercial opportunities for existing products. Sets compelling goals and is tenacious in accomplishing them. Ability to set priorities, allocate resources, take accountability, and achieve results.
