As part of our continued expansion, we're hiring a Construction Cost Estimator to drive cost modeling and financial accuracy across our capital projects. This role plays a critical function in delivering predictable outcomes by pairing detailed cost estimation with proactive cash flow forecasting to support Crusoe's global growth.

• Lead end-to-end estimating efforts for data center buildsfrom early-stage planning through construction execution
• Develop robust cost models that align with design intent, scope evolution, and delivery strategies Collaborate with design, procurement, and delivery teams to validate quantity take-offs and unit pricing
• Build and maintain project cash flow forecasts to support financial planning, budget tracking, and funding requests
• Provide detailed estimates for CSA, MEP, and mission-critical systems for domestic and international builds

• Analyze variances and model cost impacts due to design changes, procurement risks, or schedule shifts
• Partner with finance, real estate, and development teams to inform business cases and funding strategy
• Deliver concise cost reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with clear insights and recommendations
• Establish scalable tools and repeatable processes to support Crusoe's infrastructure pipeline
• Maintain historical cost databases and continuously refine models based on actuals and market trends
• Contribute to site feasibility assessments and preconstruction planning with data-backed insights

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction cost estimating for complex infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in cost modeling, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP, CSA, and mission-critical systems
• Expertise with estimating software such as CostX, Sage Estimating, or equivalent
• Ability to translate technical and financial inputs into actionable reporting
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and executive stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international locations

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $154,000 - $188,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The Patching / SCCM Administrator will provide Tier III IT operations support across the Office of Information Management (OIM) and SC mission systems, with a focus on endpoint management, patching, and compliance. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and related patching infrastructure, ensuring timely updates, secure baselines, and compliance with DOE directives and federal IT standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows desktop/server patching, automation, and reporting, while supporting hybrid environments and evolving enterprise service delivery models.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and deploy Windows OS and application patches across servers and endpoints in accordance with OIM policy.
• Validate patch compliance against secure configuration baselines and DOE directives.
• Perform pre- and post-patch testing, documenting results and mitigating issues.
• Maintain patch deployment records, including maintenance logs, validation history, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities identified through patching gaps.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), including collections, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.
• Support Microsoft Intune for mobile device and modern endpoint management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI) to streamline patching and endpoint management tasks.
• Manage software distribution, OS imaging, and application packaging for enterprise endpoints.
• Monitor SCCM infrastructure health, including site servers, distribution points, and SQL databases.
• Continuously monitor patch compliance, endpoint health, and SCCM infrastructure performance.
• Generate and deliver compliance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Track and report on capacity utilization, resource consumption, and licensing compliance.
• Detect and resolve patching failures, bottlenecks, and outages in line with SLAs.
• Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with patching and endpoint configuration items.
• Submit all patching changes via the OIM-approved change management system in accordance with the Change Control Review (CCR) process.
• Evaluate proposed changes for technical and cybersecurity risk, ensuring compliance with secure baselines.
• Maintain documentation of patching SOPs, SCCM configurations, and endpoint policies, reviewed quarterly or after major changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.

Other Job Specific Skills:

• Demonstrated technical proficiency equivalent to industry-recognized certifications, such as: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+ or Network+.

The Gateway Program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country a comprehensive set of rail investments that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and, in its later stages, create new capacity between Newark, New Jersey and New York City, the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC). The first phase of the Gateway Program includes the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), which includes the construction of a new two-track tunnel under the Hudson River connecting to Penn Station New York as well as the full rehabilitation of the existing 110-year-old North River Tunnel. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC), established through bi-state legislation, is responsible for the financing and development of the Hudson Tunnel Project.

As a tri-venture partner with Parsons, Arcadis, and Mace (MPA) is the Delivery Partners (DP) to provide advice, leadership, and support to GDC for the development and implementation of HTP. POSITION OVERVIEW: Develops, manages, and/or executes all phases of the project controls effort (mainly cost management and reporting). Typically manages large-sized projects. The incumbent utilizes widely diversified knowledge of project controls activities, and draws upon extensive experience and exposure to various types of projects and clients.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the cost management and reporting functions on a large construction development program.
• Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.
