The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare fixtures, load tooling, and set offsets for production runs
  • Load, run, and make basic edits to CNC programs at the machine
  • Run production and repeat jobs while maintaining quality standards
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools
  • Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain tolerances and part quality
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and work instructions
  • Verify prior operations are complete before starting new processes

Performance Evaluation

Performance objectives will be established at the beginning of the team member's period of employment. These objectives will be discussed and agreed with the team member's direct line manager. This will form the team members' Development & Performance Plan for the year.

Performance will be evaluated by:

  • Feedback on work achievements and issues through ongoing discussions and performance evaluations
  • Periodic external member/partner feedback on services provided
  • Performance indicators for systems relating to the delivery of Planetree products and services
  • Performance indicators for critical areas of responsibility

Seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician Outpatient and inpatient role Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm) Protected administrative time (8+ hours per week) Call Schedule: Shared call schedule, approximately 1:4 rotation for patient care needs through telephone calls also supported by after-hours nurse triage.

Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies, port insertions, chemotherapy administration, and oversight of clinical trials.
