Overview
The IT Architect II is responsible for design of IT systems including system infrastructure, system security, application architecture, software and data life cycle management. This is a full-time role for a Packaging Designer specializing in Production & Systems. Based in Brooklyn, NY, this designer will be responsible for the execution and rollout of packaging across our 1,500+ SKU lineup. While this role requires a strong design eye, the primary focus is on technical precision and scalability. You will take approved brand concepts and adapt them across complex product families, ensuring that every file sent to print is technically flawless. Daily tasks include:

About the Role
Construction Defect Claims Adjusters are responsible for managing complex third-party claims related to construction projects from inception through closure. Responsibilities
- Apply in-depth knowledge of General Liability and Construction Defect claims to manage complex third-party property damage, bodily injury, and related losses
- Deliver high-quality customer service to insureds, claimants, carrier clients, and internal stakeholders
- Review and analyze coverage by applying policy conditions, provisions, exclusions, and endorsements, and address jurisdictional considerations such as negligence laws, immunity, and financial responsibility limits
- Investigate claims to determine liability and potential sources of recovery by contacting, interviewing, and coordinating with appropriate parties and external experts
- Effectively manage litigated claims, including coordination with defense and coverage counsel
- Establish, document, and maintain appropriate claim and expense reserves in a timely manner

Job Summary
Under immediate direction and in compliance with standardized policies and procedures, facilitates the orderly flow of courtroom processing ensuring that all parties are ready for trial. Periodically audit participant records to ensure compliance with ELDT recordkeeping regulations. Act as the primary point for FMCSA audits of Greenlink's ELDT program. Assist Training & Onboarding Specialists with the facilitation of ELDT training for Bus Operators-in-Training as needed. Serve as the Designated Responsible Person on behalf of Greenlink for the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles' (SCDMV) TPT Program and a SCDMV-certified Third-Party Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B Examiner. Act as the primary point of contact for the SCDMV CDL Compliance Office Inspection Auditor. Conduct CDL Class B road testing for Bus Operators-in-Training, or applicants from other City departments as needed. Accurately record and upload test results for applicants using SCDMV equipment and information systems. Periodically audit applicant test records to ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements. Monitor scheduled and performed CDL tests in the Commercial Skills Test Information Management System (CSTIMS). Facilitate random and scheduled SCDMV CDL Compliance Office audits of Greenlink's TPT program as needed. Ensure TPT certifications remain active for designated employees and that any SCDMV requirements to retain active certifications are met. Coordinate refresher training with SCDMV as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding SCDMV Third-Party Tester Program requirements and FMCSA ELDT regulations. Conduct annual review of internal TPT and ELDT programs and program materials to ensure ongoing compliance with State and Federal regulations. Ensure any changes to agency information or staff roles is promptly communicated to the SCDMV and FMCSA as needed. Collaborate with other City departments to assist with any CDL training or testing needs as requested.
Job Requirements

What youβll do:
- Measures property estimates accuracy and efficiency through conducting thorough, timely re-inspections/audits of property and property repair estimates, and reports on payment accuracy and compliance by method of inspection (Staff, PDRP, Independents and Third-Party vendors).

- Applies expert knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, and processes to include P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, USAA property estimate/repair process and procedures.
- Provides support for the presentation, discussion, and auditing of diagnostic estimates within key regional markets, contributing to the assessment of estimate quality. During a catastrophe, or post event, performs property reinspections for catastrophe claims with a minimum of 28 consecutive days during the catastrophe event or post event. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Claims Specialist will be responsible for directing, monitoring, and processing all workers' compensation and general liability claims for HGG business units. A successful candidate will provide high-level support and customer service to team members across the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee and navigate the complete lifecycle of the workers' compensation claims and general liability claims, guaranteeing precise and punctual resolution.
- Evaluate and review all claim intake paperwork for accuracy.
- Ensure the claim files follow company best practices.
- Report on-the-job injuries of team members to the third-party administrator via online portal within 24-hours of receipt of injury.
- Report customer incidents and injuries to the third-party administrator via online portal within 24-hours of receipt of Letter of Representation or failure to resolve the incident in-house.
- Maintain incident and claim information in the claims' assignment log and in the SharePoint folder.
- Monitor to ensure all the necessary paperwork is submitted to the third-party administrator.

- Monitor the claims to ensure they are processed accordingly, and that proper medical treatment is provided to the injured team member.
- Provide support to store administrators/store directors for submission of transitional work report documents and ensure modified work restrictions are being followed.
- Investigate, address, and resolve any inconsistencies in the handling of the claims.
- Communicate to insurance adjusters, legal representatives, and other outside parties with questions involving medical/indemnity/litigated claims within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with the Safety Department when a workplace danger or safety risk is recognized for investigation and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze various reports - disbursement expenses such as replenishment and claim activity payments from Third Party Administrators.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive claim information.

Radius Recycling is currently hiring a Regional Pallet Manager (RPM) for our Recycling Services division! The RPM we are seeking will be responsible for management and oversight of the Total Pallet Management (TPM) program across multiple sites throughout Illinois, Central Ohio, and Texas. This involves a deep understanding of the local pallet and labor markets to ensure maximum commodity revenues and appropriate outlets. This individual will serve as a key player through demonstrating his/her operational and business acumen in the research, onsite evaluation, analysis, planning, and implementation of critical TPM initiatives.
This position will require a high level of travel. The primary goal of this position is to achieve excellence in all facets of services related to offering fully comprehensive TPM programs for the Company Suppliers for their returned pallet trailers. Continuous process analysis and improvement is required to ensure maximum efficient processes, as well as ensuring up-time for grinding/processing equipment in the TPM supply channel.

- Responsible for all operational oversight and development associated with each TPM location within an assigned region.

- This summer, the Loyalty & CRM intern will support Beauty Squad initiatives with a primary focus on gamification and community engagement. In addition to assisting with day-to-day loyalty operations, the intern will help develop and optimize badges, challenges, and exclusive games designed to engage members. The Role:
Reporting to the Vice President, Accounting, the Senior Director, Tax and Treasury is a newly created position that will lead and serve as a key advisor for all tax and treasury matters for the company. As the head of tax, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic tax planning and leading all aspects of the company's tax function, including managing third-party service providers engaged to assist with tax accounting, compliance, and reporting (including US federal and state, international, and indirect taxes) for a growing public biotech company. In addition, this role will be responsible for treasury activities, including managing the company's treasury portfolio to ensure optimal liquidity, risk management, and capital efficiency.
This position will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Supply Chain, and external tax advisors and auditors, to support strategic business objectives and maintain compliance with global requirements. This role will also serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on tax implications of business decisions, requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Tax Planning and Strategy
- Develop and execute appropriate tax planning strategies and recommendations in partnership with external tax advisors that align with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership on the tax implications of key business decisions, including providing analysis of the tax impact of proposed transactions and developing tax efficient solutions.
- Proactively monitor and analyze changes in tax law to identify potential planning opportunities or issues, and communicate their impact on the company.
- Lead special tax projects or studies such as transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, and/or other ad hoc initiatives, as needed.
- Tax Compliance
- Collaborate with our third-party tax provider to accurately and timely prepare the filings of all federal, state, and local income tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions.
- Manage any tax disputes, resolve notices and drive continuous improvement to reduce recurring issues, as needed.
- Ensure all cross-border transactions are properly documented and supported for tax filing purposes.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to tax-related inquiries from cross-functional teams.
- Tax Accounting and Reporting
- Manage third-party tax provider on the quarterly and annual income tax provision process in accordance with ASC 740.
- Collaborate with Financial Reporting to ensure all tax-related disclosures in SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) are prepared accurately and in compliance with US GAAP.
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation over tax processes, ensuring compliance with SOX 404(b) requirements and clear roles and responsibilities with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient tax reporting and compliance process, proactively implementing process improvements as needed.
- Treasury and Banking
- Oversee global cash management and all banking, insurance and investment management partner relationships.
- Evaluate treasury policies and procedures, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and leading implementation of treasury best practices.
- Collaborate with FP&A on global cash management activities to ensure cash flows support current and future operational needs.
- Manage fixed income investment portfolio and foreign exchange risk in line with corporate policies.
- Oversee treasury management systems and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Perform financial analysis of investment positions with an emphasis on maximizing return and improving liquidity, while minimizing risk.
- Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.

- 12+ years of progressive tax experience, with a mix of Big 4 and in-house corporate experience, ideally in the life sciences or biotech industry; global treasury experience strongly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of US federal and state tax law, ASC 740, and international tax regulations; experience with indirect taxes.
- Experience working at a public company, SOX 404(b)-compliant environment.

Summary
As an Advisor Relationship Manager, you will work largely independently and will serve as a point of contact within the Asset Management Client Services Team for the Intermediary Distribution Group (IDG).
