Detailed Description
- Logistics Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive logistics plans to optimize the flow of materials, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and Texas transportation regulations.
- Warehouse Oversight: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping, specifically focusing on the high-volume distribution environment of Fort Worth.
- Carrier & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and rates with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight carriers. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) to ensure 99%+ accuracy and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., DOT, OSHA, Hazmat). Maintain a safe working environment and lead safety training for warehouse personnel.
- Data Analysis: Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks, reduce transport costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication regarding product availability and delivery timelines.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Job Summary:
The Data Center Material Logistics Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain and material flow for the project site. You will design and implement the logistics plan that ensures all materials—from bulk commodities to specialized equipment—are procured, received, tracked, and staged to meet aggressive construction schedules. You are responsible for optimizing site space, managing vendor relationships, and leading the logistics team to eliminate bottlenecks that could delay field production.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive site logistics plan, including designated delivery routes, off-loading zones, and strategic staging areas.
- Directly supervise and mentor the Material Logistics Technicians, ensuring they follow standardized procedures for receiving, inventorying, and delivering materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve high-level shipment discrepancies or damages.

Position Summary
As a staff-level position in the European Brands department, the Customer & Sales Support Specialist provides administrative support for the sales team, customers, and consumers, and maintains sales-related ERP records.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including customer-required forms, overseeing routing and finalization of legal agreements, and administering data in customer-based platforms and portals.
- Set up, update, and maintain customer and broker accounts; oversee broker commissions, including entering commissions, auditing commission checks, updating broker commission files, and researching accounts payable discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues for business customers, including transportation and warehousing issues; resolve customer complaints in collaboration with Quality Assurance, including packaging and product quality issues, and track trends.
- Pull reports; analyze, track, and report order shortages and customer service statistics (such as order fill rate and on-time delivery); provide sales data reports to leadership and sales teams.
- Monitor pricing and analyze variances between customer pricing; input pricing in ERP systems; ensure alignment and update pricing and promotions in collaboration with the sales department.
- Generate and send order confirmations to customers and sales teams; collaborate with third-party warehouse and transportation teams to ensure orders are processed for picking and shipping; communicate customer pallet and shipping requirements and requested delivery dates.
- Generate reports and perform backup processes to track orders; review warehouse data to ensure orders are received and processed properly; resolve order issues in collaboration with transportation and warehouse teams.
- Respond to and resolve consumer inquiries and complaints; log complaints; provide consumers with information or coupons to ensure consumer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Five (5) years of administrative support, customer service, and/or order entry experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

third-party Distribution Centers, as well as Corporate Inventory Control. The role combines hands-on
operational leadership with ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes, technology, and
performance. This leader partners cross-functionally and cross-regionally to ensure the logistics
network delivers on time with industry-leading cost efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Domestic & International Logistics
• Lead all domestic and international freight operations, ensuring reliable, on-time, and cost-
optimized delivery.
• Accountable for freight P&L performance across all serviced stores and distribution centers.
• Manage carrier and forwarder relationships, execute RFPs, negotiate rates, enforce routing
guides, and resolve service issues quickly and effectively.
• Oversee international container flow, booking management, drayage, port performance, and
customs compliance.
• Continuously monitor internally managed lanes to ensure industry-leading cost performance
by comparing to supplier rates, industry benchmarks, and regular market quotes.
• Regularly evaluate vendor-delivered lanes to identify supply chain optimization opportunities
and convert to internally managed lanes when cost savings exist.
• Lead the development and implementation of systems and technology that enhance efficiency,
improve transparency, and support enterprise-wide supply chain excellence.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by driving robust training, talent development,
and meaningful employee engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership across the supply chain and across regions to drive performance
improvements and share best practices.
Distribution Centers and Corporate Inventory Control
• Responsible for full distribution center P&L results.
• Direct day-to-day performance of company-owned DCs to achieve industry-leading cost
efficiency while ensuring safe operations and on-time/in-full delivery.
• Oversee third-party DCs, holding 3PL partners accountable through KPIs, operational reviews,
and clear performance expectations.
• Guide DC leaders and frontline teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive
consistent high-level execution.
• Ensure strong hiring pipelines, training programs, and workforce development to support
stable and productive operations.• Minimize shrink by ensuring proper product handling and maintaining high inventory accuracy
through rigorous cycle counts, prompt claim resolution, disciplined process adherence, and
regular reconciliation of store and DC inventory.
• Lead the development and adoption of systems and technology that enhance efficiency and
advance operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership across the supply chain and across regions to drive performance
improvements and share best practices.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field is
required.
• 7+ years of progressive logistics or supply chain leadership experience, including direct
management of distribution center operations.
• Proven success in:
o Leading and developing high-performance teams.
o Establishing efficient processes to deliver best-in-class business results.
o Creating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prior experience with food distribution is preferred.

Level I: 0-3 years. Under direct supervision, responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products. Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition. Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used. Records received and shipped items according to established procedures. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and little or no experience. Frequently reports to a Shipping / Receiving Supervisor.
