Our client is seeking a Director of Events & Hospitality to lead the operations and strategic evolution of a large-scale events and hospitality program at their New York City headquarters. This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape unified, scalable, and data-driven teams that support a dynamic organization committed to operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
This role will oversee two established teams responsible for ~200 events annually and daily hospitality operations. Events range from intimate executive dinners to large-scale conferences and gatherings, primarily hosted onsite with occasional offsite events. Overview / Objective:
Serve in an administrative role for event presentation and show production across the National Football Leagueβs tentpole events, including the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, Draft, Scouting Combine, Hall of Fame, Flag Championships, and Kickoff. The role will support key aspects related to NFL event presentation administration and logistics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and support key components for NFL Domestic & International Games/Events: content development, pre-event pageantry/game timeline, entertainment, creative development, production, and talent management.

You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).β―
How you will contributeβ―
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).β―
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.β―
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.β―
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.β―
