THE PURPOSE:
The Content Creator is a strategic, social-first storyteller responsible for building and evolving True Religion’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role translates brand priorities and cultural moments into compelling, platform-native content that drives engagement, growth, and brand relevance. THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Concept, shoot, edit, and produce high-performing, social-first content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Translate product launches, campaigns, and business objectives into culturally relevant digital storytelling.
- Identify emerging trends, creators, sounds, and formats before they peak, and quickly pitch and execute timely content tied to key moments.
- Create a range of content, including short-form video, trend-driven moments, behind-the-scenes storytelling, campaign support, and event coverage.
- Craft brand-right copy for captions and scripts with a strong, culturally fluent tone.
- Ensure all content aligns with True Religion’s visual identity while helping evolve the brand’s social voice.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams to support launches and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine creative output and improve engagement, reach, and growth.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Digitally native with deep immersion in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Proven experience creating content with measurable performance results (brand or agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic storytelling across platforms.
- Proficiency in editing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and ability to interpret performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

The Opportunity
- We are seeking a seasoned Producer to temporarily partner with our Live Creative Studio team. The ideal candidate is operationally-minded, creatively-savvy and passionate about bringing impactful experiences to life. This role will partner with our Producer, responsible for managing asset production across our slate of Live events.
- From raw asset materials to final product asset deliverables, you'll be a valuable part of the team's process, including any post-launch asset needs or innovation needs that our work helps support. You will work with many partners and stakeholders, such as Live Streaming Program Managers (tracking overarching event milestones), cross-functional teams (eg Regional Merchandising, Marketing, Launch Ops, Post) as well as and external partners (production agencies and self-delivering content partners) to project manage static, video and textual assets.
- This role helps ensure smooth delivery of assets to/from internal and external partners. You'll be responsible for partnering closely with Live Creative Studio team to ensure we hit milestones effectively, for a high volume of live events.
- Production is the backbone to ensure the creative we deliver for our members is produced accurately and efficiently. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working both on highly bespoke tent-pole projects (being very hands-on in the details of promotional creative) and also working to oversee production at scale (having worked with external vendors.)
- Experience in a fast-paced asset management or project management role handling high volume of projects

Pay and Schedule
This position is Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $50,000-$60,000 dependent on experience.
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing logistic solutions to customers while building long-lasting relationships, maintain data integrity, strategize with Market Managers to stay in-tune with network balance, and revenue management per account. This role develops valuable skills for a career path to Sr. Account Manager, Compliance Manager, Operations Manager, Sales, and/or Pricing.

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative has a responsibility to meet and exceed sales objectives in their assigned geography while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. The territory sales representative will work to understand and identify customer needs, aligning appropriate resources and all pull through activities. The territory sales representative will acquire advanced product and disease state knowledge that allows for in-depth engagement with all health care professionals. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this individual will promote the company's first ever product calling on Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) and select Primary Care Physicians in assigned territory to achieve sales goals. The territory sales representative will work closely with peers, Regional Sales Managers, and commercial colleagues to achieve territory, region, and corporate goals.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
- Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Works with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations driving operational execution and sharing best practices.
- Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective use of CRM, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred
- Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance
- Experience launching new products
- Demonstrated success leveraging all resources (marketing, market access pull through and technology solutions).
- Proven business acumen and analytical expertise
- Builds professional relationships with office staff and others in the customer network
- Demonstrated success in both live and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong technical skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and digital meeting platforms including Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom etc.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Some territory overnight travel may be required depending on geography
- Travel to national, regional, and corporate office may be required

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000.
