About the Role
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and forklifts.
- Disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.
- Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records.
- Manage ordering and inventory of parts.
Shift and Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 4am until 12:30pm

The Engineer/Programmer is responsible for preparing and validating PCB fabrication and assembly data packages while also programming and supporting production equipment across Adura’s SMT, inspection, and electrical test platforms.
This role bridges design-to-manufacturing execution by converting customer data into production-ready CAM outputs and machine programs for SMT lines, AOI, X-ray, and Flying Probe systems. The position plays a critical role in enabling high-reliability thermal PCB-A production for Automotive, Medical, Defense, and Aerospace markets.
Key Responsibilities
CAM & DFM Responsibilities
- Review customer Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and CAD data for manufacturability
- Create panel layouts optimized for yield, SMT flow, and thermal PCB constraints
- Define stack-ups, copper weights, materials, impedance requirements
- Perform DFM analysis for heavy copper, metal-core, and high-power designs
- Generate fabrication drawings, drill files, and production documentation
- Manage revision control and maintain accurate data records
- Support quoting with panel yield calculations and fabrication cost drivers
Machine Programming & Production Support
- Program SMT pick-and-place machines (component libraries, feeder setup, placement files)
- Generate and optimize solder paste printer programs (alignment, offsets, stencil parameters)
- Program 3D SPI inspection parameters and board models
- Develop AOI inspection programs and tuning criteria
- Support X-ray inspection programming for void analysis and BTC/QFN inspection
- Create and validate Flying Probe test programs for electrical verification
- Assist in NPI builds by debugging programs and optimizing cycle time
- Maintain component libraries and machine databases
- Collaborate with Process Engineering to optimize placement strategy and throughput
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in PCB CAM and SMT manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with CAM350, Genesis, or equivalent CAM software
- Hands-on experience programming SMT equipment (printer, pick-and-place, AOI)
- Familiarity with X-ray and Flying Probe programming environments preferred
- Strong understanding of PCB stack-ups, thermal materials, heavy copper routing
- Experience with high-mix / low-to-medium volume production environments
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot machine programs and support production ramp-up

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of four to six years of previous B2B commercial sales experience in the CCTV, access control, electronics or related industry selling into the Retail industry required.
- Must be competent in cold calling and have key characteristics of a ‘hunter’.
- Must have proven track record in achieving activity-based sales targets on short and/or medium sales cycle.
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role along with a proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process, pipeline development, sales forecasting and marketing strategy.

The P&C Lead is responsible for identifying and screening contractors for capital projects. Incumbent of this role will negotiate and manage several strategic and tactical contracts which includes contracting of EPCM, Early works, Civil, SMPP works and negotiations of strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Supplier Relationship effectively and collaboratively drive continuous performance improvement via relevant contract key metrics (Eg: SHE, Schedule, Cost).
- Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects relevant to the pre-qualification, preparation, issue, receipt, opening and assessment of tenders and award of contracts.
- Represent DRA/Owner’s team on Contract issues at both internal and external meetings.

- Oversees implementation of EPCM’s Procurement Plan with respect to applicable commodity groups, within the area of responsibility.
- Administer assigned Contract Orders, including change order processing, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and applicable regulations, invoice processing and verification, and performance evaluation, ensuring contractor compliance in a cost-effective, timely, and responsive manner.
- Interacting with engineering and construction team members to monitor revisions and amendments, and assisting at post-award meetings to ensure understanding between Owner and Contractors on all contractual matters
- Maintains direct working relationship with EPCM team of Project Procurement, Project Controls, discipline Engineers, Planning, Construction Superintendents, (Sub) Contractors, and site Customer personnel to ensure that Purchase Orders are issued as per Project Schedule.
- Provide coaching, support, and guidance to other team members to ensure delivery of results where possible.
- Escalate complex functional/technical issues in a timely and proactive manner, to the Procurement Manager or Project Manager if applicable
- Coordinate feedback sessions with the project team (project familiarization session) regarding key procurement aspects, ramifications/issues affecting the project, if any.
- As necessary, liaise with legal counsel or management for clarification and/or direction with regard to any procurement liabilities that may arise.
- Assists project controls team when instructed in solving and attending to administrative problems on commitments involving high monetary expenditure or risk, engineered technical specifications, or supplementary commercial conditions.

Within the studio, the Graphic Designer works with Design Managers, Art Directors, and Environmental/Interior Designers to develop concepts for clients and often specializes in a particular medium.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the design, layout, and formatting of materials.
- Maintain graphic identities for clients across all jobs and keeps consistency.
- Must work closely and collaboratively with the design team to strategically implement strong graphic concepts.
- Responsible for assisting with preparations for presentations.
- Responsible for the final press-ready design, layout, and formatting of materials.
- Must be able to pre-flight, collect files, and archive materials.
- Responsible for attending press checks and ensuring graphic standards of quality.
- Must work closely with the production manager to implement proper production workflow.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college, University, or art school in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related field
Experience: 3-5 years preferred. The exhibit, tradeshow, or retail design experience is preferred.
Special Skills/Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Noosh, Microsoft Office Suite
Tool & Die Maker
Cometic Gasket, Inc., is a leading worldwide supplier of gaskets and engine sealing solutions for Automotive Performance, Powersports, Original Equipment and Remanufactured Engine Industries. We are currently seeking an individual, Tool and Die Maker, for our expanding Tool Room.
Our Tool Room consists of standard Tool Room machines, along with VMC’s and Tool and Die Makers at Cometic Gasket are responsible for building and repairing our progressive and single hit metal stamping dies and the safe & successful operation of all production tooling.
A successful candidate shall have several years of experience working with tight tolerance progressive dies in a medium to long run stamping environment on up to 200-ton presses.
Responsibilities:
· Machining of die sets, die sections, and tooling components
· Build/repair progressive, single hit dies, jigs and fixtures
· Plan and perform bench and machine operations for tooling
· Fit and assemble sections and components for dies, jigs and fixtures
· Continuous improvement of tooling
Experience:
· Tool and Die: 4 years State Certified or 6 years of documented tool room exp.
· Trouble Shooting: 2 years exp. Min.
· Previous experience in tooling and manufacturing
· Previous experience in working with progressive and pierce/blank dies
· Knowledge of basic TR equipment and machinery
· Prior CNC and Wire EDM experience is a plus.
· Excellent attendance is required.
· High school degree or equivalent
· Journeyman State Certification or 6 years in building and repairing metal stamping dies
· Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
· Proactive and self-disciplined

Duties of the electrical test technician:
- Perform testing of electrical equipment, switchgear, and 3-phase power systems
- Conduct factory witness testing
- Assist with redline and schematic updates
- Test relays, circuit breakers, ATS's
- Document test results accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
Requirements of the electrical test technician:
- 2+ years of experience testing electrical equipment and systems
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Understanding of electrical theory, controls, and low/medium voltage systems
- Experience with PLC/HMI preferred, but not required
- Diesel generator power control experience a plus

Perform preventative maintenance of medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, converter dolly under minimal supervision. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal trucking regulations. Communicates and interacts with co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Technicians are responsible for the documentation, completion, and to keep current on Work Orders for all repairs and parts used daily. The position will be required to perform road call services as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete and perform preventative maintenance on minor repairs and standard component inspections/ repairs of fleet diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units) as well as identifying root causes of basic failures/conditions and perform repairs as required.
- Ensure equipment has required licensing and registration prior to being deemed as “roadworthy”.
- Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
- Install, replace, and repair onboard computers.
- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition which may require replacement of parts.
- Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery requiring the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent ExperienceRequired Experience: 2+ years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair including PM's, tire & wheel, air & air disc brakes, diagnosis, computerized diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, electronic component repair and experience in A/C refrigeration
