The Manager of Field Services will lead and oversee a team responsible for managing and executing field service projects. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating field operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and meet customer specifications. The Manager of Field Services must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an interdepartmental team to complete field service projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outline and delegate tasks involved in field service projects, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct cost analysis and estimate expected costs for field service projects.
• Prepare and implement budgets based on cost estimates for field service operations.
• Address and resolve questions, concerns, and complaints from customers and team members during the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and coordination.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, such as Business, Engineering, or a technical discipline.
• At least three years of related experience in field services or project management is required.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.

We are seeking hardworking and professional technical personnel to join our Operations Division in Melrose Park, IL!

The Field service Technician (After Sales) in Dallas is key to the technical support of our automated storage systems equipment at our customers’ sites in the USA and Canada. Technicians are responsible for performing accurate and timely electromechanical support, training, upgrades, and repair of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced electromechanical support in the after-sales phase for all automated warehouse installation projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.
• Analyze and diagnose faults (controls software, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Make necessary modifications to PLC’s and electronic equipment.
• Test and adjust the mechanical and electrical components as necessary.
• Communicate requests to Sales for spare parts orders.
• Create quality and status reports regarding service calls.
• Communicate any issues that arise on site to the After Sales Manager.
• Train customers on technical system routine maintenance operations.
• Provide on-demand corrective maintenance services to customers as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of automation after-sales electromechanical service or industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to travel (USA and Canada), 90% of the time.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge related to automation controls.
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley).
• Basic knowledge in troubleshooting frequency inverters (SEW, Lenze, KEB).

We’re hiring a Lab Service Engineer to support R&D and applications lab activities in a fast-paced, new product development environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with a strong electro-mechanical background who thrives in a startup-style lab setting.

What you’ll do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibration on lab equipment

• Support process development, hardware, and software engineering teams during R&D work and customer demos

• Install and support prototype tools, often with limited or evolving documentation

• Develop procedures and documentation as needed to support new designs and lab activities

• Safely handle hazardous materials using required PPE, which may include APR or SCBA

• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customer tools that can’t be resolved remotely

• Provide occasional field or direct customer support

The primary functions of the Project Manager is to plan, manage, and implement engineering improvement projects with the objective of delivering improved engineering quality for the client by ensuring engineering processes, systems, and resources are integrated and optimized to achieve performance goals. This position works closely with all levels of leadership in multiple organizations as well as managing lab utilization across various projects. Summary: The Service & Sales Coordinator supports customers and Field Service Engineers by using Salesforce Systems, SAP, and in-house tools to manage the service requests such as Startup services, maintenance, installations, including all needed to invoice the Service and Sales orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Manage, submit, and follow up on quotations and orders for field service activities, AGAR MPFM’s bulk sales, and related spare parts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating CAD drawings from engineering sketches or notes, suggesting design improvements for manufacturability, ensuring drawings meet project standards, and maintaining ECN/ECR documentation following established procedures. The role also includes overseeing the application, conception, creation, release, and support for industrial power control products, ensuring they meet company and industry standards for quality, safety, and reliability, all while optimizing cost and manufacturability.
