Takes a complete history including medical, psychosocial, economic, relationship and family status.

Required: Graduation from an approved medical college and completion of approved residency training.

Current NYS license and DEA.

Board certified or eligible MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Infectious Disease.

Preferred: Two years of clinical experience preferred.

HIV Specialist Certification.

Experience in Community Health.

Bilingual/Multi-lingual abilities.
