Role Overview
Harbour is seeking a talented and Content Creator & Community Manager to join our Los Angeles-based creative team. This individual will work closely with Harbour’s Brand Director and Marketing team to develop and execute compelling content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about interior design and a storyteller at heart, passionate about design and outdoor lifestyle. They should have a strong background in graphic design, content marketing, social media, and brand storytelling, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a strategic mindset for content distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Harbour’s marketing calendar, brand identity, voice, and objectives.
- Craft compelling content across multiple platforms, including website, social media, blogs, email marketing, and video.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging visual and written content.
- Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and messaging, reinforcing Harbour’s luxury and Australian lifestyle aesthetic.
- Research industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy.
Content Creation:
- Generate creative and compelling content for social media platforms (posts, stories, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.

Community Management:

Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or design-focused brands is a plus.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and SEO best practices.
- Experience working with Shopify for Ecommerce, Klaviyo for Email Marketing, Attentive for SMS.

As Communications Coordinator, you will provide vital support to both the Communications and Fund Development Departments by managing a variety of communications projects across the Kline Galland organization. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to produce digital and print collateral that promotes the Kline Galland brand and story. Projects will include Kline Galland’s quarterly print newsletter, fundraising materials, social media content, website pages, advertisements, event collateral, and more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate communications projects and initiatives, in collaboration with internal departments and external vendors, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities
- Assist with the creation, collection, and management of print and digital collateral, creative assets, data, photos, and testimonials

- Work closely with third-party signage vendors to facilitate the design, ordering, and installation of donor plaques and other building signage
- Support planning and execution of community engagement events, including philanthropy-focused events, dedications, luncheons, etc. as needed
- Act as a keeper of the organization’s brand voice and key messaging, while working to elevate awareness and promote brand
- Work as a tight-knit team with the Director of Communications & Fund Development Department, supporting team projects and priorities and filling in as needed

What You Bring:
- Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or related field
- 1–3 years of communications/marketing experience
- Experience in a nonprofit/mission-driven organization is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in business development, marketing/communications or sales support for a professional services organization. Commercial real estate experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinates the Qualification and Proposal Process

Position Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client's marketing team. This role supports and reports to the Senior Brand/Creative Manager and requires strong design and production capabilities across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative team player who can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality, on-brand work. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and production expertise is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Design effective, on-brand visuals for web, social, email, print, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain brand consistency and help evolve brand assets, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual styles.
- Translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that support campaign goals and the customer journey.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet timelines in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications

- 7-10+ years of graphic/visual design experience across digital and print channels (preferred).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Mac OS (required).
- Experience with Figma, UX/UI design, video editing, animation, and motion graphics (preferred).
- Strong skills in image optimization, retouching, color correction, and file prep (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA).
- Strong visual, conceptual, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of print specs, vendor coordination, and digital production standards.
- Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail.

Manage the development of new retail products for Opry Entertainment Group (OEG). Oversee the product life cycle from trend research to custom art development, vendor art management, merchandising plans, and web integration. Reports to Director of Product Development.
- Manage designs and prototypes with vendors, ensuring proper, timely execution and quality control, including creating detailed tech specs and developing artwork.
- Review and edit incoming design concepts to ensure commercial viability and adherence to brand standards, cost matrix, product quality, and uniqueness of the brand.
- Manage product quote sheets, line sheets, and project updates.
- Maintain and understand brand aesthetics in the development of an innovative product line and brand standard guidelines.
- Communicate with the product development team and vendors to ensure proper execution of prints and applications.
- Work with vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs and packaging while managing technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Category Managers in the selection, pricing, and purchasing of merchandise for a profitable assortment for assigned categories, including operational commodity items.
- Research and incorporate current trends into designs, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics. Analyze market trends seasonally and competitor offerings to inform design strategy.
- Ensure appropriate use of trademarks and copyrights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Degree in Apparel Design, Product Design, Graphic Design and/or Fashion Merchandising preferred or equivalent experience required
Experience
- 3+ years in product design and/or sourcing experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
- Experience with PLM a plus
