As a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will develop the physics-based models that enable rapid iteration and certification-grade validation of GNC software. You will perform simulation analysis and assess correlation with real-world data to demonstrate that the models are representative of the actual system.

Responsibilities

• Develop physics-based models representative of aircraft dynamics (aerodynamics, ground reactions, actuator models, etc.)

• Identify, request, and analyze flight tests necessary to inform modeling

• Conduct closed-loop testing of flight control systems with simulated aircraft dynamics

• Develop tools for visualizing and analyzing simulation and flight data

• Perform validation of simulation models against flight test data

Basic Success Criteria

• BS in aerospace engineering, robotics, or related field

• 5+ years experience with aerodynamics, flight dynamics simulation, and system identification

• Experience with Python, C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and Linux-based development environments and scripting

• Experience with developing validated physics-based models as well as integration and testing of these models

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Criteria

• MS or PhD in aerospace engineering, robotics, or related field

• Experience with high fidelity physics-based aircraft or other complex simulation systems

• Current pilot, instrument or commercial ratings

Compensation Range: $185K - $245K

Our large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA is seeking a lab-based Protein Purification Scientist to work in a fast-paced R&D environment applying rigorous scientific principles towards groundbreaking biological therapeutics. This person will employ protein purification and biochemistry techniques to assist in discovering new medicines. In this capacity, they will purify and characterize monoclonal antibodies, multispecifics, and other biomolecules to enable robust in vitro characterization and in vivo studies, and will use AKTA systems to purify proteins via affinity and other chromatography methods such as size exclusion and ion exchange. They will also use HPLCs and other biochemical analytical techniques for characterization. Primary responsibilities include:

• Make the highest quality lead candidate proteins using protein purification platforms such as AKTA FPLC
• Take requests from the Protein Expression team and change from unpurified raw material to fully purified material in ~2-week turnaround by employing chromatography techniques such as affinity, ion exchange and size exclusion to ultimately release the protein to the user who needs it for their study
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks in a timely fashion and prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, etc.
• Collaborate and communicate with other scientists in a multifaceted and dynamic research environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related field
• 2+ years of protein purification experience in industry (ideally 3-5 years) with FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) techniques size exclusion, affinity, and ion exchange
• Experience with AKTA systems
• Experience with protein purification and characterization combined with an understanding of therapeutic proteins and the drug discovery process
• Experience maintaining a laboratory notebook

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 (flexible based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Overview: The Director of Co‑Manufacturing is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company’s co‑manufacturing strategy across a growing network of external manufacturing partners. The Director serves as the executive owner of all co‑manufacturing relationships, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure reliable supply, optimized cost structures, and continuous improvement across the network. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, and Executive Leadership to enable long‑term growth and capacity flexibility

Responsibilities:

Co‑Manufacturing Strategy & Network Leadership

• Define and lead the enterprise co‑manufacturing strategy, including network design, capacity planning, and long‑term partner roadmap aligned to business growth and portfolio expansion.
• Establish a scalable operating model for co‑manufacturing that supports multiple product categories, technologies, and geographic regions.
• Evaluate make‑buy decisions, capacity investments, and external manufacturing risks to support executive‑level planning and decision‑making.

As a Flight Software Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll lead and grow the team responsible for the safety critical flight software that makes the aircraft fly. We are seeking Scientists to develop and deploy foundational AI models that will transform drug discovery across Takeda. As part of the AI/ML Foundation team, you will build large-scale models including large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and multimodal architectures that integrate diverse data types—omics, biomedical imaging, protein 3D structures, and molecular representations. This role requires deep expertise in modern deep learning architectures combined with foundational knowledge of biology, chemistry, and disease biology to ensure models are scientifically grounded and impactful. You will train models from scratch, fine-tune pre-trained models for Takeda-specific applications, and deploy foundation model capabilities that accelerate discovery across all therapeutic platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and train foundational AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, flow-matching architectures) for drug discovery applications, with capability to pre-train on large-scale scientific corpora and molecular datasets.
• Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained foundation models (protein language models, chemical LLMs, vision transformers) for Takeda-specific applications in target identification, disease modeling, and molecular design and discovery.
• Build multimodal foundation models integrating diverse data types including omics (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics), biomedical imaging, protein 3D structures, and molecular representations.
• Apply and extend state-of-the-art approaches including graph neural networks, transformer-based protein language models, and multimodal learning frameworks.
