You're the person who brings Stone House Bread's story to life online — real-deal organic sourdough, slow-fermented with clean ingredients, Michigan roots, and that gut-health benefit. Key Responsibilities
• Create 15-20 pieces of content per month: recipes where Stone House Bread is the star, bakery storytelling content, customer features, health/wellness education, and seasonal campaign assets.
• Shoot and edit scroll-stopping short-form videos on your phone (mobile-first) that hook our core demographic.
• Build and grow our email list as the #1 repeat-purchase channel – weekly/bi-weekly sends that educate, inspire, and convert.
• Run the community like a pro: reply to comments/DMs fast, spot and activate superfans, build real relationships.
• Team up with local Michigan food creators, bloggers, and micro-influencers for seeding, UGC collabs, and organic reach.
• Track and report on what actually matters: email growth, open rates, repeat purchase signals, retail sales lift – not just followers and likes.
• Own monthly content calendars tied to launches, Michigan seasons, promos, and biz goals.
• Work cross-team on retail content, new products, brand voice/visuals.
• Test everything, iterate fast, improve constantly.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 60 days, 40-50 pieces out in our voice/aesthetic, nail top content themes, connect with 5-10 local creators, set up a smooth weekly workflow.
By 6 months, Email list is growing 10-15% MoM, open rates beating benchmarks, superfans posting UGC and spreading the word.
By end of year, Content helping boost repeat buys + household penetration in key markets, huge evergreen library, retailers begging for more bread because it’s flying off the shelves. Stone House is becoming a recognized brand.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years creating/managing social content or digital marketing (food/CPG experience).
• Strong portfolio: mobile-shot/edited recipe/food videos that perform.
• Know what makes recipe content pop (hooks, pacing, visuals, platform hacks for IG/FB/email).
• Cool being on camera (or directing others) for demos/storytelling.
• Data mindset: care about business results over vanity metrics.
• Self-starter energy — juggle projects, own your lane, no hand-holding.
• Real passion for good food, real ingredients, wellness (FODMAP, gut health, sourdough perks), and our mission to make amazing bread accessible.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 / year (based on experience + content strength).
Performance Bonuses: $2,000-$4,000 / year tied to real KPIs.
Total Compensation Value: $65,000-$75,000 including benefits.

Job Summary:

The RN House Supervisor provides leadership for department supervisors, assistant nurse managers and charge nurses in absence of traditional leader. He/she also serves as a mentor. Evelyn’s House is the newest addition to BJC Hospice and BJCs continuum of care for patients with life-limiting illness. We provide a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals and volunteers, specially trained in pain and symptom management, counseling, and bereavement services for the dying. BJC Hospice services include alternative therapies such as music, art and massage therapy. BJC Hospice programs provide palliative care by helping patients manage their pain and symptoms while living their lives with daily peace and dignity.

The Account Director is responsible for ensuring client teams deliver exceptional, “white glove” service and operational excellence. This role provides hands-on leadership, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of accountability and high performance. The Account Director proactively manages client relationships, oversees operations including Front of House services and adapts to evolving client needs and organizational changes.
JOB DUTIES
- People leadership
- Directly supervise management, providing mentorship and supporting structured succession planning.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, emphasizing readiness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding and development of new hires, ensuring rapid integration and contribution to service improvements.
- Execute modifications to organizational design and teams to optimize operational activity and improve client experience.
- Operations leadership
- Ensure client teams consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver a premium, “white glove” client experience.
- Provide operational oversight, ensuring all business processes align with best practices and organizational standards.
- Champion best practices in service delivery, leveraging technology and systems for operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.
- Ensure operational controls and management information and reporting requirements are fulfilled.
- Oversee Front of House services as part of the overall client experience.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, including process improvement, knowledge management, and complaint resolution.
- Promote a culture of high performance, learning, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and financial risks.
- Investigate and resolve issues escalated by the client, communicating significant matters to the appropriate leadership.
- Customer & account leadership
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships with operational counterparts.
- Address and escalate client concerns promptly, maintaining a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Support upselling and cross-selling of new services, as well as renewal and periodic price adjustment (PPA) processes as required.
- Maintain appropriate communications channels with clients, the field, and offsite leadership.
- Financial and Contract Management
- Ensure operational controls are in place to manage budget and maintain profitability.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments as required.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in alignment with client and organizational goals.

- Partner with functional teams to implement appropriate policies, internal controls, and reporting.
- Highlight operational, compliance, and financial risk areas.
- Participate as a key project team member in new business implementation.
- Follow delegations of authority for operations team.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Position operates at sites with maximum of 24/7 operations. Individual shift requirements will vary by site.
- Work is performed in a professional work environment and/or work from home setting.
- Business casual and/or professional attire required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of leadership in a national or global customer service environment.
- Proven track record in resolving contract performance issues and building client relationships.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple service lines, including Front of House operations.
- At least one year of business development experience.
- Minimum five years of financial management, with a strong understanding of P&L impact.
- Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach; must remain calm and confident in stressful situations.
RRD's current salary for this role is $130,000/ year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.

Job Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) - Level 3 Trauma Emergency Room
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our 24 bed, Level 3 Trauma Emergency Room, ranked #2 in Lifepoint Health. As an RN in our ER, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing a wide range of traumatic injuries and medical emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides after-hours leadership, functions as a resource person for staff, assists in patient care, and is responsible for overall quality of patient care in the facility. Reports to the Senior or Chief Nursing Officer or Administrator on Call.
- Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.
- Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.
- Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present; involves contact with patients or specimens, including blood, body fluids, and non-intact skin.
- Physical Requirements: Frequent computer use and repetitive hand/arm movements; occasional standing, walking, sitting, and light patient handling. Exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, and latex.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants should have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and possess an associate or bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.
Required Certifications
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire
ACLS & PALS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required within 6 months of employment, if not current upon hire.
TNCC - Preferred
1 year of Emergency Services nursing, AEMT, Paramedic or Military experience - preferred
