This role also supports receiving and other warehouse functions as needed and may assume facility-wide leadership or special projects in the supervisor's absence.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership coverage across shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed to support workflow, staffing gaps, or special projects
- Assists in directing daily workflow and driving team productivity within the shipping department
- Assists in staffing high-priority areas based on outbound schedules, order volume, and operational needs
- Opens the facility and ensures a safe, efficient start-up when the Supervisor is not present
- Ensures safe work practices and reinforces all safety expectations
- Trains and cross-trains new and existing employees
- Performs regular quality checks to ensure outbound accuracy, proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Verifies shipping orders against system data to ensure correct product, quantities, and destinations
- Coordinates dock activities, staging, and carrier pickups to support on-time shipments
- Loads, moves, and stages materials using powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely and efficiently

Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in a trainer or leadership role is required

On-Call Position
Blue Man Group Orlando is looking for on-call Carpentry Technicians. The Carpentry Technician is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and fabrication of all scenic elements, maintenance of all automation and carpentry equipment, running the automation and carpentry show track along with associated preset, changeover, post-show, and maintenance duties as scheduled by the Head of Automation & Carpentry. This position runs show tracks, as well as provides support for any rehearsals or outside appearances and gigs. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, as are interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the maintenance and installation of all elements of the show under the jurisdiction of the Automation & Carpentry Department including but not limited to scenic elements, rigging, automation, and backstage equipment;
- Assist in the management of the inventory of shop materials and consumables;
- Attend meetings as required by management;
- Support and participate in supplemental automation and scenic needs for rehearsals, training, appearances, and gigs;
- Adhere to appropriate workplace safety requirements and guidelines;
- Run the automation and carpentry show track as scheduled by the Head of Automation & Carpentry;
- Assist in diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of automated elements as needed;
- Participate in load-in and load-out and lend assistance to other departments as needed;

Job Summary
Reporting to the Group Supervisor - Air Operations, the Group Air Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring Group Air reservations are accurately booked and aligned with guest expectations and tour requirements. The Tech Temp Strength Training Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading safe, effective, and engaging fitness classes at the Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center. Job Summary:
Manages a team of chemists/scientists/technicians and executes pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape prototype development, scale-up, and product launch in various applications. The group leader will focus on platform technology development, new product development for customer-driven projects, as well as continuous improvement and cost reduction of existing products and processes. Emphasis on acrylic polymer synthesis, silicone and rubber adhesive formulations, PSA rheology, knowledge of tape assemblies, backing material selection, and release liner familiarity. Works with customers and AR teams to collect design input and develop new product design strategies. Technical and laboratory lead in developing new adhesive solutions, robust products, and basic production processes that can be successfully commercialized.
Essential Functions:
- Establishes and directs research programs for new product development and product/process improvement of current products. Responsible for complex basic research and/or product development projects.
- Leads lab personnel and facilitates development of product constructions and processes; designs & conducts chemical experiments on both lab- and production-scale; designs and specifies production scale processes and contributes to product validation.
- Conducts and directs required laboratory work to develop new PSA and tape assemblies including polymerization, formulation, coating and testing. Develops new products that lead to sustainable commercial revenue.
- Completes any necessary regulatory forms. Ensures team follows similar protocols and procedures.
- Implements and executes product development to align with Stage Gate timelines and sets prioritization with the Director of Innovation and Product Management team. Meets technical commitments in order to complete project progression dates and milestones on time.

- Functions as a technical lead on product development teams. Leads cross-functional product development teams to ensure effective prototype development, to drive prototypes to commercial products, and to translate findings into impactful business revenue.

- Interfaces with customers on new product applications and networks externally to assure highest level of competence is maintained.

As a member of the RubinBrown's Real Estate Tax Team, the successful candidate will work directly with the tax staff accountants, other managers and partners of the firm's Real Estate Services Group. The successful candidate will use his or her foundation in pass-through accounting and taxation, along with specialized skills related to tax compliance and consulting regulations. The Real Estate Tax Team has a specific focus on issues related to tax credit and tax incentive properties, including low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, New Markets and Renewable Energy credits as well as Opportunity Zones.
A background in all or any of these topics is welcomed but not required. Tax Partners and Managers must provide outstanding consulting, compliance and project management services to our real estate clients. Tax Partners and Managers must be aware of the professionalism necessary for not only effectively and efficiently addressing client needs but also with working with others and on teams.
Major Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, review and complete real estate tax work/tax returns for multiple clients in accordance with RubinBrown Client Service Standards
- Utilize his or her extensive foundation of knowledge related to pass-through taxation and regulations and, as applicable, tax credit real estate properties including tax compliance and consulting
- Participate in and/or create practice development opportunities
- Identify process and performance improvement opportunities
- Assume responsibilities for project management of various client groups, including regular communication with clients and contacts related to tax compliance and consulting
- Drive workflow with clients and team members
- Research current tax compliance and consulting issues
- Work closely with and directly communicate with other real estate team members, in addition to client personnel
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree and CPA or other related certification (required)
- Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in the technology environment
- A minimum of 5 years of pass-through taxation and compliance experience, including supervision and review experience. Prior experience with pass-through entity tax credits is preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and leadership ability
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to work on a team and develop other individuals
- Ability to meet challenging client requirements and deadlines, provide services, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and research abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions
- The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to work extra hours as determined by the workload and client expectations.
- Travel for this position will be approximately 5% of the year.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to move throughout office.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 10-30 pounds.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, etc.
