Reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising, this role supports the end-to-end development and execution of visual merchandising initiatives and partners cross-functionally with Retail Sales, Marketing, Creative, Field, Product Development, and Vendor partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and retailer standards.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of retail displays, fixtures, merchandising collateral, and in-store materials from concept through in-store activation
- Build and maintain project timelines, master calendars, and launch schedules to ensure on-time execution and cross-functional visibility
- Own weekly vendor status updates and help streamline cross-functional communication to support efficient project delivery
- Brief creative requests clearly, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are aligned across teams
- Support planogram development and updates in partnership with Retail Sales

- Track budgets, estimates, and invoices to support cost control and on-budget execution
- Partner with Retail Sales to ensure merchandising meets retailer specifications and brand standards
- Own hotline tracking with the field team, managing and fast-tracking in-store needs, issues, and escalations to resolution
- Coordinate with Field and vendors to troubleshoot in-store execution challenges
- Support post-launch analysis and assist in compiling insights to inform future merchandising initiatives

- Experience collaborating with vendors, including prototype reviews and production feedback

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Sales, this role will own the development and execution of retail sales strategy across North America, serving as the primary driver of performance, retailer partnerships, and in-market execution.

What You'll Do
Retail Sales Execution: Thought parter to develop the North American retail sales strategy and lead execution across all key partners, aligning brand objectives, retailer priorities, and financial targets.
Retailer Relationship Management: Act as the execution day-to-day contact for North American retail partners, building trusted relationships with merchants, planners, and site merchandising teams.
Sales Target Management: Own NA sales forecasts, translating and adjusting topline goals into actionable plans by channel to meet targets.

Retail Channel Promotion Management: Own the retail promotional and exposure calendar, including securing and executing launches, core programs, sampling, store openings, animations, digital and in-store placements, and co-op investments.
Sales & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance and key retail KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and investments.
Competitive & Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences to continuously refine sales strategies and maintain brand differentiation.
Budget Management: Own and manage retail-related budgets, including merchandising, sampling, and co-op investments. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI in partnership with merchants, production, creative, operations, and supply chain teams.

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.
As Sourcing Manager, you will support new product launches, post-development optimization, and supplier execution across e.l.f. beautyβs multi-brand portfolio. This role focuses on executing sourcing strategies, managing day-to-day supplier relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to drive cost optimization, mitigate risk, and support innovation.
Success in this role requires strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to challenge existing processes while operating within established sourcing frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Execution
- Execute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, and select new categories in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Support new product launches for Naturium by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support post-development optimization initiatives.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.

- BA or BS required
- 4-6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, or Procurement, with 3-5+ years in sourcing is required, ideally within the beauty industry
- Rich experience working with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers, with a focus on partnership and relationship building
- High degree of financial and analytical aptitude a must, with a strong attention to detail
