Job Overview
The Beauty Merchandiser plays a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring optimal sales floor merchandising, flawless merchandise execution, and by maintaining the visual and operational standards of the Beauty department. You will focus on display updates, maintenance, stockroom organization, and replenishment of stock, as well as the operational execution of Gift with Purchase and Purchase with Purchase promotions, the Open Sell concept, and the Trend Recycling Program. What You Will Do
Customer Experience

- Ensure the beauty department remains clean and organized, including maintaining tester stations, cleaning fixtures, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure consistent adherence to department standards by actively monitoring and maintaining merchandise presentation in open-sell and multi-branded areas.
- Support Gift With Purchase (GWP) and Purchase With Purchase (PWP) events, including pre-sale pickups and organization of promotional materials.
- Execute the DIF (Dispose In Field) process in compliance with company standards, properly disposing of waste and handling hazardous materials according to state / local regulations.
- Participate in the physical inventory process and ensure shortage prevention initiatives are executed.

Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead and grow our Ulta Beauty business. DCL Products, LLC — along with its wholly owned subsidiaries Milbar Labs, Inc. and Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratories — is seeking an experienced Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs to lead all aspects of quality, compliance, and regulatory oversight at our FDA-registered, cGMP-certified contract manufacturing facility specializing in beauty, skin care, and hair care products. This leader will ensure adherence to FDA regulations, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), customer quality standards, and industry best practices while fostering a strong culture of quality throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with FDA and cGMP requirements.
Oversee all aspects of product quality, including raw material qualification, in-process controls, finished product release, and post-market surveillance.
Lead internal and external audits; ensure timely remediation of findings and continuous improvement of compliance programs.
Monitor changes in FDA regulations and other applicable global regulatory requirements; update company policies and procedures accordingly.
Regulatory Affairs
Act as the primary liaison with FDA and other regulatory authorities, ensuring all required documentation, registrations, and facility filings are complete and up to date.
Oversee product compliance, including label reviews, claims substantiation, and regulatory submissions as applicable.
Provide regulatory guidance to R&D;, manufacturing, and client services to ensure product development and commercialization meet compliance standards.
Testing & Validation
Oversee stability testing programs, including protocol development, sample management, data review, and reporting.
Ensure appropriate testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in compliance with cGMP standards.
Approve product specifications, methods validation, and analytical testing procedures.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality and Regulatory Affairs team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Collaborate with Operations, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Client Services to ensure quality standards are
integrated across all functions.
Provide training and guidance to employees at all levels on FDA regulations, cGMP, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (advanced degree
preferred).
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs, preferably within cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, ISO standards, and ICH stability guidelines.
Experience leading FDA inspections and customer audits.
Proven success in building and managing high-performing quality and regulatory teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Boost Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The key performance indicator for the Store Manager is sales performance, evaluated through sales data and various metrics such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and conversion rate.
2. Sales Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving store performance.
3. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff to meet and exceed customer expectations, including uncovering customers’ need and provide prompt and friendly service ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied
4. Maintain the Perfect Condition of the Store: Not only maintaining a clean workplace environment and managing inventory but overseeing the store maintenance and merchandising to ensure an organized and visually appealing shopping environment in accordance with the brand principles.
5. Coaching: Strive to identify and nurture the potential within the team, inspiring individuals through meaningful interactions and encouraging long-term vision and engagement.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
The Store Manager at Gentle Monster is required to maintain strong working relationships primarily with the Head Quarter Global Store Operations Team in South Korea, as well as with the U.S. Corporate Leadership and other Store Managers in the U.S.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience (2 or more in a store manager role) in a retail environment or related area
· High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Ability to adapt and multi-task, and have a collaborative attitude in a fast-changing, retail environment
· Ability to motivate staffs through strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (company’s primary communication channel is Slack and E-mail)
· Basic computer skills and software proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook preferred)
· Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, shop openings and closings according to the needs of the business
REQUIREMENTS
· This position is based in a retail store environment. Requires standing and walking up to 8 hours per shift.
· Required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends.
· Store Manager will rotate days off with the associate/assistant manager to ensure that there is always one manager level present especially on important dates such as weekends, holidays, and during collection launches.
· Requires bending and kneeling to process and place merchandise as well as reaching to obtain or stock merchandise from shelving.
· May be required to climb ladder or stepstool to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale
· Required to lift items weighing 5 to 25 lbs. regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
· Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a "direct threat" to the health and safety to self or others.
· Must be able to comply with the company and brand policy and guidelines, including the brand outfit regulation, and ensure store compliance

This Leader assists the Nursing Unit Director in planning, implementing and assessing the daily functions of Nursing Care and Services provided in Registry, Patient Transport, Throughput, Patient Safety ,and Nursing Administration. The Manager provides supervisory and management oversight for staff members and departmental resources and processes (to include scheduling of staff and Kronos),actively assists in Nursing Quality Improvement programs and is supportive and knowledgeable regarding the established Standards of Care/Standards of Practice and hospital policies and procedures.
The Manager Registry supports the mission, vision statements and goals of Alaska Regional Hospital (ARH).The Manager facilitates interventions to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural and educational needs; coordinates functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital in a spirit that fosters positive working relationships. The Manager Registry must possess excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills. Job Duties -
- Assists the Unit Directors in planning, implementing and assessing the daily functions of Nursing Care and Services provided in the unit on all shifts.
- Responsibility for employees' work schedules to provide adequate coverage as well as Kronos to assure employees' time records are accurate.

- Support hospital-wide initiatives and work to foster positive relationships between CVSU & the Registry and all other departments.
What qualifications you will need:
