Job Summary and QualificationsManager Registry is a highly qualified, expert clinician who possesses advanced care skills and has demonstrated strong critical thinking skills. This Leader assists the Nursing Unit Director in planning, implementing and assessing the daily functions of Nursing Care and Services provided in Registry, Patient Transport, Throughput, Patient Safety ,and Nursing Administration. The Manager provides supervisory and management oversight for staff members and departmental resources and processes (to include scheduling of staff and Kronos),actively assists in Nursing Quality Improvement programs and is supportive and knowledgeable regarding the established Standards of Care/Standards of Practice and hospital policies and procedures.
The Manager Registry supports the mission, vision statements and goals of Alaska Regional Hospital (ARH).The Manager facilitates interventions to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural and educational needs; coordinates functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital in a spirit that fosters positive working relationships. The Manager Registry must possess excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills. Job Duties -
- Assists the Unit Directors in planning, implementing and assessing the daily functions of Nursing Care and Services provided in the unit on all shifts.
- Responsibility for employees' work schedules to provide adequate coverage as well as Kronos to assure employees' time records are accurate.
- Provide supervisory support and management to all unit employees.
- Support hospital-wide initiatives and work to foster positive relationships between CVSU & the Registry and all other departments.
What qualifications you will need:
- Registered Nurse in the state of Alaska
- Associate's degree in Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree in preferred.
- A minimum of three years of direct nursing experience
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and(ALS or ACLS) and Certification

About the Role:
We are looking for a temporary (3-months) Video Editor who can take detailed direction, as well as loose concepts, and turn them into sleek, cool, and captivating videos. The ability to conceive and quickly produce content is a MUST for this job. We are a fast-moving brand with multiple videos created weekly, so the ideal candidate’s workflow should be extremely fluent and already fleshed out. The main task is to execute compelling branded short-form video content for the web and other digital platforms.
The Video Editor will be required to communicate incredibly well with the Manager of Creative Video. This ensures videos are completed efficiently and give the right message to our audiences. You will work closely with our Field Development, Creative, Marketing, International, and Sales Departments to further this brand’s message and work with custom internal clients. Revisions are to be expected, and the ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and undyingly positive in the face of large workloads and sometimes minimal direction. The key to this job is to be well-versed in project management software, reply quickly, take notes, creatively execute, and be explorative.
Your experience should be broad and diverse, and you should feel as if no project is too scary or large. You always have a hunger and willingness to learn and try new things. You should be comfortable creating editorial video posts relating to many different topics and brands for our online media.
The Video Editor works on all functions of the in-house Creative Video department including creative concepts, traffic, and production. Must review projects and foresee any impending issues before they become crises.
Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing:
Administrative
- Meet with the Manager of Creative Video weekly to brainstorm, inspire and push new ideas into videos and projects as well as the creative work as a whole.
- Establish and maintain effective, trusting, and respectful relationships with coworkers and clients.
- Support the Manager of Creative Video and Creative Director by conceptualizing projects and managing assets from multiple resources across different media platforms.
- Anticipate and fulfill the client’s expectations and requirements.
Pre-Production
- Collaborate with project leads and Manager of Creative Video to come up with an effective plan to execute projects.
- Successfully manage projects from inception to completion and ensure all Creative Video deliverables are completed efficiently and on-time with accuracy.
Post Production
- Edit videos and select footage with a trained and expert eye.
- Edit multiple videos weekly, creating intriguing visuals, transitions, and stories.
- Illustrate, animate, and composite multiple forms of imagery within After Effects.
- Re-innovate existing content, editing it into promos, highlights, and short-form content
- Export final edits with color, sound mixing, titling, and mastering; sloppy edits with errors will not be permitted.
Evaluation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of produced video content and follow up with clients for future improvements.
- Evaluate all operational aspects of the department, including creative hardware and software.
- Stay up to date with the newest technology within the industry, and how they will help Arbonne remain innovative and relevant.
- Pitch ideas and make sound recommendations to the Manager of Creative Video.
- Implement video production process improvements — constantly seeking out new efficiencies in workflow.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBLIITIES
Assist in overseeing craft supervisors in construction and maintenance
Follow up on departmental inquiries and complaints to effect remedial actions and timely project completions
Collaborate with physical plant management personnel to coordinate engineering functions with construction and maintenance activities
Review, write and schedule work orders and maintenance requests
Assist in building inspections and data collecting to determine necessary repairs and project costs
Conduct surveys, analyze systems and prepare reports on maintenance, construction, planning and estimating, utility production, motor pool, budgetary, and related activities
REQUIREMENTS
Five years of work experience in physical plant operations.
College training with a major in business administration, mechanical engineering or an allied discipline may be substituted, year-for-year, for up to four years of the work experience.
Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00. What You'll Do
The following duties are considered essential functions of the role, including but not limited to the responsibilities outlined below.
- Operational Setup: Directly manage B2B retail logistics channels from the West Coast hub during the initial launch and stabilization phase.
- Inbound & Outbound Oversight: Supervise inbound shipments from Global HQ (Korea) and manage all outbound B2B orders, warehouse transfers, and retail distributions.
- Inventory Control & Reconciliation: Lead on-site inventory management, ensuring 100% stock accuracy through regular reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical audits.
- 3PL Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison with our 3PL warehouse team to optimize receiving, picking, packing, and shipping performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in SCM, B2B logistics, or warehouse management.
- On-site Flexibility: Ability to work on-site at the Bloomington, CA facility full-time during the setup phase, with the intent to transition to the LA office later.

Job Duties –
- Assists the Unit Directors in planning, implementing and assessing the daily functions of Nursing Care and Services provided in the unit on all shifts.

- You will facilitate effective communication among departmental staff to ensure interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to patient care. Uses appropriate SBAR process for hand-off communication.
- You will assist the patient through all aspects of the procedure, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedure, patient monitoring, and hemostasis following removal of catheter or sheath, and return to room. Manages emergent cases.
- You will maintain accurate, timely and compliant patient records. Completes all paperwork associated with these procedures and prepares tests for physician interpretation.
- You will demonstrate an ability to be flexible, organized and function well under stressful situations
- You will collaborate with fellow members of the team and orient and needed.
- Current nursing license in good standing

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What you will do in this role:
- Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
- Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
- Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
- Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.

Advanced Practice Practitioner Pre-Admission Testing ? Pilot Program and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Program Navigator in Danbury, CT (Fairfield County, 70 miles from NYC) Western Connecticut Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) APRN/PA for the Pre-Admission Testing and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Programs to join our established and busy employed practice at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut, (Fairfield County). We are located about 70 miles northeast of New York City and near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in NY. This is a newly created position for a growing department to work with about 30 physicians in the Anesthesia department and 2 APRNs. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Advanced Practice Practitioner (APRN/PA) with at least two years? experience in either primary care/internal medicine, pain management or surgery. The position is Monday-Friday. No weekends, no holidays, or call. Job Summary: Provides medical care for patients and determines risk stratification pre-operatively in the pre-admission testing setting. The APP provides preoperative evaluation and management to patients. The APP Coordinates the clinical and administrative activities related to the office to ensure the delivery of quality and cost-effective patient care. The Advanced Practice Practitioner reports to the Clinical Director of the Pre-Admission Testing/Gibson Perioperative Surgical Home and Anesthesia Pain Service. (GPS/PAT/APS). This position will evolve with the growth of the Pre-admission Testing/Gibson Perioperative Home and Evaluation & Management/Pilot program. In addition the Advanced Practice Practitioner will serve as the subject matter expert on the established ERAS principles and practices, educating all relevant stakeholders and direct patient care providers in the elements and benefits of ERAS principles and practices. This position works with all relevant stakeholders and direct patient care providers to create highly reliable systems to ensure all patients in the population of interest receive the elements of ERAS. This position involves providing direct patient care throughout the perioperative process. The Advanced Practice Practitioner evaluates all patients, prescribes any preoperative and postoperative medications. The Advanced Practice Practitioner develops and implements pain plans for patients with chronic pain pre-operatively. Refers complex pain management patients to the appropriate provider in the GPS/PAT or APS for post-operative pain management. The Advanced Practice Practitioner performs preoperative evaluations and determines risk stratification and optimization status of all patients. Provides education to patients, staff and other healthcare providers. Performs audits, creates measurement systems to determine and ensure that ERAS elements are being completed in the patient population of interest, and tracks data to determine the success of the ERAS program. Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with all professionals in the hospital to implement standards of care for the Evaluation & Management/Pilot and ERAS programs.
- Assists the Clinical Director of the GPS Perioperative Surgical Home, the Chair of Anesthesia, and other Chairs, in implementing and managing the activities of the Evaluation & Management/Pilot and ERAS Programs.
- Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team to assess, secure, and coordinate appropriate services through the continuum of care (preop, intraop, postop)
- Supports the timely scheduling of appointments, diagnostic testing, and procedures
- Performs Pre-operative evaluations and determines risk stratification and optimization of pre-operative patients.
- Review current Lab/EKG/Pre-operative assessments and consult notes to ensure the patients are medically optimized prior to surgery.
- Evaluate all ERAS and Pilot E & M patients
- Educates patients about their surgery, prescribed treatment, possible side effects of treatment and how to manage them.
- Ensures that accessibility to all relevant health information is provided to patients and/or caregivers
. Empowers patients, families, and caregivers to assume as much responsibility for their care as possible, within the constraints of age, illness, and other factors.
- Assists the Director in coordination of continuing education and participates in Departmental Meetings as well as ERAS and Pilot program meetings.
- Educates the clinical staff as needs are identified by the Director and Chairman.
- Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum formal education of Master?s degree, Board certified as an APRN/PA, BLS/ACLS certified, CT Controlled Substances registration, Federal DEA Registration and NPI number.
- At least two years? experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred in either Primary Care/Internal Medicine, Pain Management or Surgery and prior experience with Electronic Health Records.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness and commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to work Monday ? Friday 10:00 am ? 6:00 PM (no weekends, evening or call).
- No ERAS experience required. The new candidate will be trained in the established ERAS program

In this role:
You will be responsible for all testing and therapeutics that takes place in the Cath lab. These procedures include but are not limited to: cardiac catheterizations and/or coronary interventions, EP device and ablation therapies, interventional radiology, neuro diagnostic/interventions, endovascular procedures, and structural Heart (LAAC, TAVR) procedures.
You will facilitate effective communication among departmental staff to ensure interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to patient care. Uses appropriate SBAR process for hand-off communication.
You will assist the patient through all aspects of the procedure, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedure, patient monitoring, and hemostasis following removal of catheter or sheath, and return to room. Manages emergent cases.
You will maintain accurate, timely and compliant patient records. Completes all paperwork associated with these procedures and prepares tests for physician interpretation.
You will demonstrate an ability to be flexible, organized and function well under stressful situations
You will collaborate with fellow members of the team and orient and needed.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
Minimum of anAssociate’s Degree in health, science, natural science, nursing, engineering and/or primary science OR a recent graduate of an accredited cardiovascular program.
