At Houston Methodist, the Staff Pharmacist position is responsible for providing day-to-day comprehensive, patient-oriented, pharmacy services in any or all areas of the department which includes processing orders, therapy review, and education to patients and other members of the direct patient care team. A Bachelor's (BA) or equivalent four-year college degree with a major in Finance or Accounting is required. Primary Purpose
This role works as part of the Essex Modern Technology & Engineering (MT&E) team and will be focused on owning and driving the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at the company. This is a senior Staff-level role with operational and strategic deliverables across client-facing projects and internal company initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing user interfaces, design system(s), and providing design strategy/leadership to support life science research in the public and/or private industry. This role will work on client project deliverables as well as in-house Essex deliverables to grow the overall Essex Human-Centered Design (HCD) capability. Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at
- Lead the development of design solutions that solve complex and challenging UI/UX problems.
- Meet with engineering team leads, and business and product owners to kick-off the design process at project inception.
- Design clean, accessible, and modern UIs that adhere to the unified principles of a
design system. - Develop documentation, including design process working practices, design system guides, and knowledge presentations.
- Provide UI/UX design leadership and advocacy across multiple concurrent projects-both customer-facing and internal. Establish and guide the overall design vision, user-experience strategy, and brand direction for each initiative.
- Work in a collaborative cross-functional team environment to deliver UI mocks and wireframes tied to features across all tiers in a CI/CD Agile environment.

Qualifications
- A deep understanding of design techniques and principles involved in the production of conceptual prototypes and wireframes.
- Subject matter expertise in accessibility, accessibility tools, VPAT reviews, application interaction design, and design systems and frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, USWDS).
- Experience providing design and accessibility deliverables on multiple projects
running concurrently. - Comprehensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Excellent understanding of and experience with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate concepts and recommendations confidently to a variety of audiences.
- Thorough, methodical, and exhibits meticulous attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: LucidChart, HTML, and

Design and implement processes, systems and automation to streamline the development and deployment of AI solutions.

Job Summary
The Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing services to residents within a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) program, supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a recovery-oriented residential setting. Staff Nurse Responsibilities:

- Provision of assistance to residents who are unable to self-administer medication. Supervision of self-administered medication when indicated. Injection of medication when prescribed. - Participation in Quality Improvement Program as assigned.

Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney who has established a solid foundation in family law and is ready to manage cases independently while contributing to a collaborative, client-centered firm.
The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling a diverse family law caseload with professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm, empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related issues
Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal correspondence
Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, setting expectations and providing strategic guidance
Maintain strong organization and follow-through across multiple active matters
Stay current on Arizona family law statutes, case law, and procedural updates
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver excellent client service
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
3+ years of family law experience
Demonstrated ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach to legal practice
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Technology & Tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)
Familiarity with Clio preferred

Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary starting around $100,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonuses tied to productivity, quality of work, and firm contribution
- Total compensation potential up to $150,000 for high-performing associates
