Overview
To facilitate the activities of a nursing unit through the effective performance of receptionist, transcriptionist, and clerical processes and/or to assist Registered Nurses in performing assigned patient care and unit maintenance activities. This position manages information and connects physicians, team members and visitors with appropriate resources.
Qualifications
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)American Heart Association (AHA), Education: H.S. Responsibilities
Performs Patient Care Activities as delegated by the Nurse utilizing applicable policies and procedures to ensure patient needs and expectations are met.
Knowledgeable and skilled in applicable procedures in providing care.
Provides hygiene needs of assigned patients (AM/PM care, oral hygiene and denture care, perineal care, shampoo, bathing, shaving, care of TED/SCD hose.)
Provides nutritional needs of assigned patients. (Tray distribution, setting up trays, offering supplements, feeding, adding tube feeding and recording intake.)
Provides elimination needs of assigned patient. (Foley care, bowel movements, bladder training, enemas, and external catheters; records output.)
Provides skin care of assigned patients. (turning, positioning, recognition and prevention of skin breakdown, operation of special beds, nail care, and back rubs.)
Provides comfort measures (Proper positioning, back rubs, oral care, wrinkle free bed sheets and ensuring that bedside table, water pitcher, urinal are within reach.)
Provides activity needs of assigned patients (i.e. dangling, turning, chair, ambulating, walker, and crutches).
Performs measurements of assigned patients (I&O,TPR, B/P, weights, empty drains, abdominal girth, hose measurements).
Performs additional skills as directed and supervised by the nurse, after training and certification, i.e. intermittent urinary catheterization and clean dressing changes (varies by unit or area).
Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patient.
Completes assigned aspects of admission process including vital signs, height and weight, room setup, room orientation, assists patient to bed, assures call light available etc.
Sets up equipment for care (IV poles, admission kit, others)
Stores and transfers belongings (dentures, hearing aids, glasses and other personal items).
Packs up all patient belongings at discharge.
Achieves patient satisfaction when providing patient care.
Makes rounds minimally every two hours to assure that patients are comfortable, positioned properly, call light available, room orderly.
Patient needs are met and satisfaction of care is expressed
Demonstrates ability to anticipate patient needs
Answers all call lights promptly
Respects privacy
Reports pertinent patient information to the nurse assigned to the patient in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $17.89per hour - $28.98per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Core Responsibilities
- Develop, test and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP.
- Design and implement enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF objects).
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and maintainability.
- Integrate SAP modules and third-party applications using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of SAP applications.
- Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support during SAP upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Document technical designs and maintain version control.
Technical Skills
- Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP), BTP and Modularization techniques.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5, OData, and the ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP).
- Strong expertise in CDS both development and performance optimization
- Expertise in Eclipse with ADT (ABAP Development Tools), and Git for version control.
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and ALE/IDoc configurations.
- Experience is supporting at least 3 functional areas - SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, PP and TM
Soft Skills
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex business logic into simple, scalable code.
- Communication: Explaining technical limitations or possibilities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintaining clean code standards and comprehensive technical manuals.
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years at minimum in developer or similar role
- Certification: SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver or S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $110,000-$125,000/year*

Job Description:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the development of cockpit electronics, such as In-Vehicle Infotainment, cluster and central information displays and interior monitoring products.
The main missions of the role are:
- Develops Mechanical product design (automotive Displays which are integrated to Instrument Panel or a Seat back) that are feasible to produce, while meeting the customer specifications & relevant industry standards / regulations
- Has prior experience in automotive Cluster Display and/or Center stack Display
- Selects materials & performs engineering calculations for mass, strength and required mechanical performance targets
- Has knowledge of design standards for Head impact
- Has knowledge of Cover Lens design using plastic or glass & exposure to coatings applied on the Cover Lens (AR/AG/ AFP/ HC)
- Brings technical know-how on automotive interior packaging and fits & finish
- Has expertise of Packaging of PCBs and exposure to Thermal management
- Owner of the Bill of Material (BoM) during development and for changes
- Provides GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis; Approves 3D & 2D
- Supports DFMEA creation and upkeeping
- Shares information for Thermal simulation & other NVH related FEA studies
- Has knowledge of “Class A” surface Appearance Approval process
- Create product definition that will meet or exceed program QCD targets
- Selects appropriate manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, casting, optical bonding, ultrasonic welding etc.
- Coordinate with suppliers on manufacturing feasibility and tooling
- Supports DV and PV test execution and propose design changes needed
- Coordinate prototype and/or 3D printed parts to assist in development of products and the debugging & resolving of issues
- Proactively solve mechanical problems, design issues, and specification discrepancies with the customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Travel to customer engineering centers (local) and manufacturing sites as needed during the product launch
- Support Program Development Lead on assigned engineering milestone deliverables as tracked in Promise (Program Management System)
- Participate to RFI/RFQ process by providing the BOM and initial package concept.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of mechanical engineering role in an OEM or Tier-1 automotive industry
- Experience in Packaging of Automotive Display products or similar
- Experience / exposure to CAD & PLM software (Teamcenter, CATIA, NX or similar)
Skills and competencies:
- Familiarity in understanding the mechanical, thermal, stress, and other FEA simulation results and interpretation
- Familiarity with FMVSS, IATF/TS16949 and ISO/IEC requirements
- Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
