General Description
Performs skilled operational and regulatory work in the testing and treatment of City water in compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
Works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Requires six (6) months experience in operation or maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical equipment similar to that utilized in treatment plant operations or completion of the Pre-Apprenticeship program in either Water Operations or Wastewater Operations through Junior Achievement of South Florida.
Special Certifications and Licenses
Must obtain the Class C Water or Wastewater Plant Operator License within two (2) years of hire.

SCOPE OF WORK
Duties and Responsibilities
The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the job as necessary.
Understands, implements, maintains and assists the processing of millions of gallons of wastewater entering the plant and following various biological, mechanical and chemical processes to return treated waters meeting state and federal safety standards back into the environment.
Performs routine to complex maintenance and repair duties of water equipment and facilities; collects water samples for testing; performs and records chemical adjustments and laboratory sampling and testing; ascertains treatment performance and quality; monitors and sets chlorine machinery to obtain proper chemical usage readings; operates and maintains pump stations; records daily pump readings, records flows, time of flows, pressures, and chemical usage.
Performs clerical duties, data entry, process control, calculations and runs quantitative and qualitative analysis and interprets data for performance evaluation.
Runs vacuum building system; collects samples from off sight station; receives chemical deliveries on and off sight; maintains and monitors backwash filter.
Checks plant equipment and troubleshoots plant problems; diagnoses, troubleshoots and writes work orders when a malfunction has been discovered; performs frequent rounds checking the status of water and wastewater treatment units, tanks and machines; performs a variety of routine cleaning activities in order to ensure the safety and cleanliness of facility/treatment plant; proper start up and shut down of different tanks and pumps according to conditions and supervisor directives; resets plant to proper operating conditions caused by storms and power outages.
Computes a variety of work orders to document treatment plant activity, request maintenance, repairs, and compile statistics for periodic reports.
Monitors treatment plant operations to ensure compliance with State and County regulations standards and verifies process is operating efficiently and effectively; checks on storage and inventory of chemicals.

About the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies
This newly launched school will further position Georgia Tech as an international leader in research, education, and community and industry engagement at the intersection of arts, technology, and design. Job Summary
The College of Design at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites nominations and applications for the position of the founding Chair of the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a visionary, creative, and entrepreneurial academic leader who will develop a nationally and internationally recognized center of excellence for studying the intersection of arts practice and emerging technologies.
The chair will have the opportunity to shape a new school that will expand Georgia Tech's academic and research activities and reputation at the intersection of technology and the arts, with the opportunity for substantial impact within Georgia Tech, the state of Georgia, and beyond. The new chair will be expected to provide overall leadership and vision for the development of a comprehensive program of teaching and research and will oversee the hiring of new faculty for the school, as well as new internal joint appointments that might complement those already in place. Over time the Chair will oversee expanding the major to include a pre-college program and a minor and will help develop a vision to expand into a graduate degree.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a terminal degree or professional equivalency related to the intersection of arts, entertainment, and creative technologies with a distinguished record of creative and/or scholarly achievement that typically qualifies for a tenured position at the rank of full professor.

Job Summary
The program assistant supports and assists with programs, facilities, services, and events within Parks and Community Services (PCS) and serves as a primary customer service agent.
This assignment is for a seasonal, ongoing, non-benefited on-call program assistant, to support year-round community building events including Lunar New Year, Dia de Los Muertos, Outdoor Summer Movie Series, Celebrate Kirkland July 4th Parade, Harvest Festival, and many other events hosted by PCS, plus the LED screen rental program. This position is anticipated to begin in February and be ongoing with hours varying, usually 15- 40 hours per week depending on need and is not to exceed 1040 hours per year. Most work will be done Monday-Friday at Kirkland City Hall, with occasional weekend or evening shifts primarily for events. The on-call program assistant must be available to work July 4 and the days immediately preceding and following the holiday.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, the capacity to prioritize tasks and work on a variety of projects with competing deadlines. Candidates should have the ability to be adaptable to new situations, ideas, and challenges and must be able to take initiative and work proactively. Must be self-motivated and work well as part of a supportive team.
This position will work closely with the Community Building Events team to help plan and carry out multiple events. Primary tasks include purchasing, vendor and parade entry support, volunteer recruitment and record keeping, marketing and outreach support, LED screen operation and other administrative functions.
The on-call program assistant is the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and volunteers to ensure logistical needs as well as contract terms and conditions are met.
The program assistant also serves as the on-site liaison for several events, facilitating the delivery and set-up of event equipment such as tables, chairs, pop-up canopies, marketing materials, audio-visual equipment and other supplies.

Distinguishing Characteristics: This is the entry-level classification in the Parks and Community Services (PCS) program series. The incumbent follows routine procedures and guidelines in the application of prescribed duties and works under close supervision with work frequently reviewed by a superior. This classification is distinguished from the Program Coordinator in that the latter performs more complex technical duties and responsible program coordination requiring a higher level of knowledge and skill.

- Provides administrative support for Munis, TRIM, AdobeSign, Lucity, and similar programs including creating, entering, and processing contracts and agreements.
- Coordinates training and scheduling of staff, volunteers, and interns; provides emergency backup staffing as needed.
- Creates and maintains instructor contracts and enters into the City's record management software. Coordinates the processing of contracts.
- Assists with the organization and production of department events (i.e. Green Kirkland Program, community building events, etc.).
- Assists with publicizing and promoting programs, program brochure preparation, and maintaining City webpages.
- Inventories, purchases, maintains, and organizes program supplies and equipment.
Peripheral Duties:
- Performs functions as assigned in the City's emergency response plan in the event of an emergency.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively with the staff, volunteers, and the public, and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

- Or: In place of the above requirements, the incumbent may possess any combination of relevant education and experience which would demonstrate the individual's knowledge, skill, and ability to proficiently perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
Licenses and Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license.
- Must possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
- 2 years of cashiering or bookkeeping experience preferred.

Work is performed primarily in an office or community center setting and outdoors. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Understands, implements, maintains and assists the processing of millions of gallons of wastewater entering the plant and following various biological, mechanical and chemical processes to return treated waters meeting state and federal safety standards back into the environment.

SUMMARY:
The program assistant supports and assists with programs, facilities, services, and events within Parks and Community Services (PCS) and serves as a primary customer service agent.
This assignment is for a seasonal, temporary, non-benefited on-call program assistant, to support Kirkland's 4th of July Parade Celebrate Kirkland, hosted by PCS. This seasonal position is anticipated to begin in April and last through July or August, with up to 40 hours of work per week during that time. Most work will be done Monday-Friday at Kirkland City Hall, with occasional weekend or evening shifts. The on-call program assistant must be available to work July 4 and the days immediately preceding and following the holiday.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, the capacity to prioritize tasks and work on a variety of projects with competing deadlines. Candidates should have the ability to be adaptable to new situations, ideas, and challenges and must be able to take initiative and work proactively. Must be self-motivated and work well as part of a supportive team.
This position will work closely with the Celebrate Kirkland team to help plan and carry out the event. Primary tasks include purchasing, vendor and parade entry support, volunteer recruitment and record keeping, marketing and outreach support, and other administrative functions.
The on-call program assistant is the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and volunteers to ensure logistical needs as well as contract terms and conditions are met.
The program assistant also serves as the on-site liaison for several events, facilitating the delivery and set-up of event equipment such as tables, chairs, pop-up canopies, marketing materials, audio-visual equipment and other supplies.

This is technical, laboratory, and investigative work in the Office of Medical Examiner and Trauma Services. Work involves conducting interviews and research in office and field settings to determine the cause and manner of death. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Contractor Specialty Representative will work with an existing Gypsum team with a focus on promoting USG Joint Compound products. This position applies extensive product, technical, and installation expertise to promote USG Systems and establish strong relationships with gypsum contractors, installers, and dealers. In addition, providing installer training, project management, jobsite assistance and collaborate effectively with USG gypsum sales team, local market representatives, and key channel customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert non-USG contractors by conducting job site visits and performing job site product demonstrations to communicate the benefits of USG products and services.
- Ensure successful product installation by providing field support for large, specialized jobs.
- Assist gypsum sales in conducting effective sales calls by performing hands-on training and demonstrations, soliciting feedback on USG products and services, and making technical or product recommendations that benefit customers and USG.
- Act as a consultant to the customer base by working with customers to address day-to-day challenges in inventory, distribution, projects specifications and other related areas; and approaches these issues from a consultative selling perspective, looking for ways that USG can develop stronger partnership with each.
- Provides feedback and follow-up on job site visits, training, and demonstrations by acting on customers requests, communicating pertinent information to other USG departments, and completing the appropriate administrative duties.
- Influences the quality of USG customer service by identifying gaps in sales representatives technical and product knowledge and recommending training.
- Improves sales and profits by assisting in the communication of new product information to the regions and providing feedback to product management.
- Assists the product management group in developing strategies by contributing relevant information on USG and competitors’ product usage and market trends and setting product and customer specific goals for the assigned region.
- Field lead person in product development or improvement, working closely with USG research formulator as needed.
- Based on product strategies, build contractors preference for key products (i.e. Joint Compound, Paper Faced Bead, and Drywall Grid while acknowledging opportunities for other products to promote within the USG portfolio.
- Coordinate and assist training and mock up’s for promotion of SE430 product.
- Increases the effectiveness and quality of USG products by working with manufacturing and R&D to understand product formulations gathers data from market on customers responses to the formulas and applications and communicates recommended adjustments to product management and research.
- Delivers effective product training / demonstrations by reviewing training needs, preparing training logistics and materials, soliciting and communicating feedback, and following up on additional training needs.
- Educates staff and customers on the proper use of USG products by displaying expert knowledge of USG products and best practices for applications.
- Ensures customers’ product satisfaction by providing support and resolving job site project issues.
- Improves customers satisfaction by frequently communicating with sales representatives regarding job sites, customers training sessions, issues, and resolution of issues
- Ensures accurate documentation of customer visits by entering all pertinent information into weekly call log report and job trial forms.
- Ensures the appropriate materials are on site for training (e.g., samples, literatures, demonstration products…)
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. In lieu of degree, candidate should have equivalent field and industry experience

The Timekeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate employee time and attendance records to support timely and accurate payroll processing. This role ensures time reporting complies with organizational policies, labor agreements, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Time & Attendance Administration
- Review and process employee timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.

The Nutrition Care Specialist III performs a variety of specialized duties to support the nutrition support department. Responsibilities include assisting Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Nutrition Care Specialist I & II in coordinating enteral nutrition (EN) and supporting patient care management. The role involves processing and managing enteral nutrition orders within the EMR system, coordinating the timely delivery of formulas and supplies, and maintaining accurate patient records. Nutrition Care Specialist III also troubleshoots supply and equipment issues, manages inventory, and supports compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Enteral order entry and refills:
- Accurately enter orders into the EMR system, including processing the initial dispense, supply ticket, and faxing orders to home health.
- Calls patients to coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of enteral formula, equipment, and supplies, prioritizing the PHD program.
- Assist with maintaining the enteral census.
- Prioritize utilizing the preferred enteral formulary of Nestle.
- Process order changes and calculate formula amounts based on an ordered supply amount.
- Provides patient education on home enteral nutrition including formula use, tolerance troubleshooting, and EN pump operation and programming.
- Comply with the 90-day pump preventive maintenance protocol to meet ACHC standards.
- Coordinate care with RD, MD and home health agencies.
- Obtain updated weights, patient formula/supply inventory at home, patient compliance and any enteral feeding issues, and relay them to the Registered Dietitian as appropriate.
- Support non-dietitian, patient-related issues within the Nutrition Care Specialist III scope.
2. Nutrition Support Duties
- Participate in Medicare qualification processes for home EN and PN.
- Assists Registered Dietitians (RDs) with Medicare Infusion Initial Assessments.
- Reviews medication profiles and collaborates with pharmacists or RDs on medication reconciliations.
- Support the RDs with staying compliant with reviewing and signing enteral work orders in a timely manner.
- Provides troubleshooting for tolerance issues within scope of practice.
2. Perform data entry:
- Perform data entry of patient medication profiles to maintain ACHC standards.
- Discharge patients from EMR system at the end of therapy.
3. Enteral team liaison:
- Act as liaison for the Enteral team with the Nutrition Support department.
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and hospitals regarding patient care
- Able to communicate well with the pharmacy staff, nutrition support team and supervisor.
- Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
- Participate in the pharmacy’s Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
- Participate in pharmacy committees when requested.
- Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
- Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities and certification requirements.
