Purpose of the Job
The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through go-live. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Delivery, you will manage key deliverables, facilitate communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.
Description of responsibilities:
In this role, you will be actively involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. The position requires a strong level of direct interaction with clients and close collaboration with the implementation team, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery experience.

As part of the Technology Consultancy Group, this role works within defined engagement scopes to translate client objectives into actionable deliverables. The Consultant supports Senior Consultants and Consulting Managers in executing discovery, analysis, and stakeholder facilitation activities.
This role does not own client relationships, pricing decisions, delivery governance, or Business Unit P&L. The Consultant contributes to successful outcomes through disciplined analysis, structured documentation, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Execute defined consulting packages, including:
- Process documentation and mapping
- Requirements gathering and structuring
- KPI identification and performance baseline analysis
- Use case definition and prioritization
- Support client workshops by preparing materials, documenting outputs, and synthesizing findings into structured deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation initiatives, or relevant operational roles.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience facilitating or supporting workshops and synthesizing stakeholder inputs.
- Ability to translate ambiguous information into clear documentation and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Exposure to digital transformation, process improvement, or operating model initiatives.
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks, business case development, or change management methodologies.
- Experience working in asset-intensive or complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications Expected for Position
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related fieldor equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Advanced certifications or coursework in cloud platforms, data engineering, or AI/ML preferred.
- 3+years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, automation engineering, or applied AI roles.
- 1+ year demonstrated ability to design, build, and deployAI-poweredagents, workflows, or conversational applications.
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise automation or conversational AI solutions across multiple departments or use cases.

- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations using APIs, connectors, and automation frameworks.

The base salary range for this position is$130,000 - $140,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
