Digital Product Manager

Salary not disclosed
Miami, FL 1 day ago

Simplex Group is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the discovery, strategy, and delivery of digital products that solve real customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes as part of our digital transformation.

The Digital Product Manager will focus on how products are designed, packaged, priced, delivered, and experienced by customers—including digital experiences through our portal and mobile app; while partnering closely with design, software engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.

The ideal candidate is outcome-driven, not feature-driven. You are comfortable making hard prioritization decisions, testing assumptions, and using data and customer insight to guide direction. You empower teams with clarity rather than control, and you measure success by customer impact and business results—not output alone.

As Simplex Group modernizes how its products and services are delivered through digital channels, this role will be critical in shaping experiences that customers trust, adopt, and rely on. We are looking for a product leader who embodies strong product thinking and can help elevate how product is practiced across the organization.

About Simplex Group

Our culture fosters a team-oriented working environment where ideas and initiatives from all corners of the company are welcome. We have a clear vision and a thirst for success, and we’re looking for team members who share our passion and drive.

Job Description & Responsibilities

●     Design and development of new products including their digital delivery and the user experience within the portal and mobile app

●     Work closely with Operations and SMEs to convert service workflows into digital modules

●     Develop expert-level understanding of the trucking industry including the customer personas, journeys and pain points through research, analytics, and direct customer feedback to create a differentiated product experience

●     Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless, modern, and accessible digital experiences

●     Build strong feedback loops with sales and customer-facing teams to continuously refine products based on real-world input

●     Stay ahead of industry and technology trends to identify new opportunities for innovation

●     Ensure alignment between product, development, design, and operations on roadmap priorities and delivery milestones

●     Define and refine the company’s product portfolio including value propositions, service levels, and pricing models by partnering with sales and finance

●     Define, track, and report on product KPIs — including adoption, engagement, satisfaction, retention, revenue, and margin impact

●     Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning and go-to-market materials for new or refined services

●     Drive iterative improvements to UX, workflows, and automation to increase customer value

Digital Marketing Technologist

Place Experience & Infrastructure

About Alda Strategic

Alda Strategic is a real estate advisory firm specializing in place identity and user experience. We work at the intersection of place branding, placemaking, and experience design to translate insights into vision and strategy.

We help shape public realm strategies that are distinctive, functional, and grounded in each site's unique context. Our work ensures that places are not only well-designed, but also memorable, marketable, and meaningful to the communities they serve.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Technologist who thrives at the intersection of technical infrastructure and creative growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing the digital ecosystems for the various places and communities we support.

This is a role for a meticulous, proactive, and positive collaborator who enjoys the architecture of a lead funnel as much as the final user experience. You are someone who can wear multiple hats, navigating between front-end development, HubSpot workflows, and ad-platform debugging with a collaborative spirit and a desire to create beautiful things as a team.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & CRM

  • Own and administer HubSpot: Workflows, lead scoring, email sequences, pipeline management, and reporting.

  • Tracking Infrastructure: Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and UTM strategy.

  • Lead Management: Build and optimize lead capture and nurture flows end-to-end.

  • Paid Media: Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns - setup, targeting, budget management, optimization, and reporting.

  • Attribution: Ensure clean attribution across channels so the team knows what is working.

Web Development & Deployment

  • Build & Maintain: Deploy marketing websites using WordPress and/or Vercel + Sanity CMS.

  • Full-Stack Capable: Comfortable with front-end, back-end, hosting, DNS, SSL, and CI/CD.

  • Interactive Experiences: Create interactive maps, development explorers, and interactive kiosks/screens for sales centers.

  • Optimization: Ensure sites are fast, mobile-optimized, and properly instrumented for tracking.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop social media strategy with current best practices and manage content calendars/publishing across platforms.

  • Digital Out-of-Home: Coordinate billboard creative specs and digital screen content.

  • Audience Intelligence: Conduct audience research, segmentation, and persona development to inform targeting.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Marketing Research: Utilize data to define a project’s unique value proposition and competitive standing.

  • User Profiling: Develop detailed buyer personas and map specific lifestyle aspirations to inform the digital journey.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Help amplify the messaging and build project credibility through a consistent cadence of digital news and milestones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated marketing technology. Experience with work predating 2022 — we want someone who built skills before AI tools, not because of them.

  • Expert-level HubSpot proficiency.

  • Proven ad platform management - Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budget responsibility and performance accountability.

  • Full-stack web development skills - can build and deploy production sites, not just edit a theme.

  • Implementation and maintenance for advanced tracking infrastructure - can own the setup of GTM, GA4, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) using server-side tracking and UTM strategies to ensure clean attribution and close data gaps caused by browser privacy restrictions.

  • Real estate or hospitality marketing experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) — leveraging tools for efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Meticulous and efficient, you take pride in precision and can work quickly while ensuring high quality.

  • You enjoy wearing many hats, from strategy to technical production.
  • You are a rapid learner and can master a wide range of skills and tools quickly and efficiently.

• Enjoy collaboration with a team and love to brainstorm and share ideas.

• Innovative, you bring fresh ideas to the table and seek out creative solutions rather than waiting to be directed.

• Adapt to feedback gracefully, embrace iteration.

• Aligned with our mission - you genuinely believe in the power of design to elevate everyday experiences, and you care about connecting people to nature, community, and each other through thoughtful place identity.

• An excellent communicator who can present ideas clearly, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

As the Senior Solution Advisor for Perioperative Services, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client’s surgical and anesthesia departments and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. You will guide stakeholders through complex workflow transformations, driving the successful design and adoption of the SurgiNet and Anesthesia Management solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure these solutions improve patient safety, optimize resource utilization (ORs, staff, equipment), and ensure accurate charge capture in the highly complex perioperative environment.

To excel in this senior position, you must have a strong background in perioperative informatics, OR nursing/technology, or clinical applications consulting. You will lead the design of the entire surgical journey, from case scheduling to PACU, and be the go-to expert for the intricate processes of preference card management and supply/implant documentation. You will also oversee the integration of the Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS) with physiological monitors and anesthesia machines. Your role will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders—including surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR nurses, schedulers, sterile processing directors, and supply chain leaders—to ensure the perioperative suite is safe, efficient, and financially sound.

Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary consultant for perioperative leadership on all aspects of the Oracle Health SurgiNet and Anesthesia solutions.

Provide expert support and knowledge transfer on perioperative best practices, including governance for preference cards, block scheduling, and charge capture.

Work directly with client counterparts to facilitate design workshops, review deliverables, and drive consensus on perioperative workflow and build changes.

Solution Design & Workflow Analysis:

Lead the analysis and design of the end-to-end perioperative workflow, including case scheduling, pre-admission testing (PAT), intraoperative nursing and anesthesia documentation, and PACU.

Oversee the design and maintenance strategy for foundational elements like surgical preference cards, resource scheduling (rooms/equipment), and integration with supply chain/inventory management.

Define requirements for the Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS), including its integration with bedside monitors via CareAware for real-time data flow.

Implementation & Solution Management:

Act as a lead or driver for testing events, including developing and documenting scripts in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool to validate complex surgical and anesthesia workflows.

Provide expert support for cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live sustainment, including ticket management for perioperative issues.

Assist in the review of training manuals and job aids to ensure they accurately reflect the configured workflows and system design.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in perioperative informatics, surgical services leadership, or as an OR nurse/technologist with significant "super user" or implementation experience.

Oracle Health/Cerner Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform. Specific expertise in SurgiNet, Anesthesia Management, Preference Card Management, and CareAware is required.

Domain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in perioperative workflows, sterile processing, preference card management, surgical billing/charging, and resource management.
