JOB DESCRIPTION
Stonehouse Drilling, a leader in water well drilling and pump systems for municipal, mining, industrial, and agricultural sectors, is seeking an experienced Senior Pump Technician to join our team in Reno or Northern Nevada. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals looking to relocate and enjoy the region's growing economy and outdoor lifestyle. In this role, you'll lead pump projects across Nevada and California, communicate directly with customers and management, and work on challenging, rewarding projects. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Installation and removal: Install and remove submersible and vertical turbine pumps; understand system configuration, assembly sequence, and key features of the pump system. Utilize heavy equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic tools.
· Pump tests: Conduct pump and well performance tests requiring monitoring and evaluation of well discharge metering. Collect and document detailed performance data in handwritten or digital spreadsheets.
· Troubleshooting issues: Troubleshoot basic pump performance issues. Includes understanding pump mechanics, assembly/disassembly of components, electrical controls including use of a multimeter verify electrical supply power. Evaluate and determine next steps for repair or replacement and communicate with supervisor.
LEADERSHIP:
· Communicate externally: Articulate project operations and objectives clearly to customers as well as Stonehouse leaders
· Project lead: Independently manage pump projects, read and interpret project specifications, and mentor other pump technicians
YOU MUST HAVE:
· Experience and education: Must have 2+ years of relevant experience in water well pump systems and a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Operational experience: Must have experience with machinery through work in construction, drilling, electrical, mechanical, or other contract projects.
· Ability to travel and work remotely up to 100% of the time. All work is outdoors and is year-round.
· Drug-free status: Must be able to pass regular DOT drug screenings.
· Licenses and certifications: Commercial drivers license, class A (CDL A) is HIGHLY desirable Must possess a driver's license with a clean driving record.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
· Hourly wages of $28-32/hour with regular overtime. 40-60hr/week is typical. Annual equivalent of $85K+/year.

Intensive Care Unit RNs (ICU RNs) specialize in delivering care to patients in intensive care units of hospitals and healthcare facilities. The new hire will perform skilled mechanical maintenance work for a variety of systems with the primary responsibility being for boiler and solvent recovery systems. To contribute to the overall success of the department the operator will need to perform the following duties as well as others that are deemed necessary to maintain the operation. About the Role
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team and management. Technicians will travel to commercial job sites, perform preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics and repair of HVAC/R equipment.
- Installation of both soft ACR copper and ACR copper refrigerant piping using nitrogen purge and brazing techniques.
- Perform low voltage wiring, controls wiring, final tie-in’s and terminations.
- Perform start up and repair of roof top equipment, make up air units, exhaust fans, energy recovery ventilators (ERV’s), unit heaters, variable air volume terminals (VAV’s), zone dampers, furnaces, fan coil units, condensers and refrigeration equipment (walk in coolers/freezers).
- Technician is expected to be in the on-call rotation for emergencies.
Qualifications
- Valid CO Driver's License – No DUI/Suspensions for previous five (5) years
- EPA Universal Certification
- 3 – 5 years HVAC service/installation experience preferred
- Ability to use and interpret diagnostic and service equipment and tools including but not limited to meters, manometer, vacuum gauges, combustion analyzer, reclaim machines, vacuum pumps, etc.
- Ability to read, interpret and apply instructions per blueprints, specifications, sequence of operations, engineering and operations/maintenance manuals

The Safety/Training Coordinator is part of the Safety Team and works to ensure that the company’s operations are carried out safely and in compliance with all health and safety regulations and laws.
This role also supports the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the 5S workplace organization methodology across the fabrication shop, maintenance shop, warehouse, and yard operations.
The Safety/Training Coordinator will assist with the development, implementation, monitoring, and auditing of 5S standards to improve organization, efficiency, safety, and overall operational effectiveness.
The position will support the Safety/Risk Director with implementation efforts and will assist with conducting periodic audits to ensure ongoing adherence to established 5S standards.
Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the incident database and maintain an action log of open incident investigation corrective items.
Compile and distribute monthly safety reports to senior management; distribute companywide incident bulletins and safety-related updates.
• Develop a variety of safety-related materials and compose routine correspondence such as memos, bulletins, and other communications while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
• Enter monthly safety-related statistics on various customer-secured websites including AEP, LG&E, First Energy, and Duke Energy.
• Provide safety information and updates to senior management, job superintendents, and department managers.
• Maintain training records by entering data into computer systems, updating files, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of training records.
• Assist with the coordination of training programs and seminars (such as CPR/First Aid, Level 2 Rigging) by scheduling outside trainers and tracking course completion.
• Oversee and administer various online training modules and ensure timely completion of assigned courses for all personnel.
• Assist with and track DOT audits of CDL drivers’ logbooks and quarterly reviews of Electronic On-Board Recorder discs to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Assist with maintaining Driver Qualification files for all CDL drivers.
• Assist the Safety/Risk Director with the completion of assigned Nuclear NANTEL testing and maintain updated personnel records.
• Maintain, update, and distribute Safety Data Sheets (SDS) throughout the company.
• Assist the Safety/Risk Director with the development of new safety training materials as required.
• Track and monitor employee annual training requirements and ensure all personnel remain current.
• Maintain necessary safety-related supplies such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and distribute them to personnel as needed.
• Conduct research on pending safety-related regulations and apprise the Safety/Risk Director of any rule changes.
• Coordinate safety-related policy implementation as issued by current customer bases to ensure company compliance.
• Maintain safety training materials, including handouts and test instruments.
• Assist with the implementation, organization, and standardization of work areas using the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across the fabrication shop, maintenance shop, warehouse, and yard areas.
• Support the Safety/Risk Director with developing, implementing, and maintaining 5S programs, procedures, and documentation within operational areas.
• Conduct periodic 5S audits and inspections to ensure work areas remain organized, compliant, and aligned with company safety and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with shop personnel, supervisors, and operations leadership to identify improvement opportunities and reinforce 5S practices within daily operations.
• Assist in training employees on 5S concepts, workplace organization practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency and safety.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and secured web-based databases for data entry.
• Relevant experience with software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn new work processes and practices.
• Strong word processing, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business principles, communication management, and research practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with or supporting workplace organization systems such as the 5S methodology is preferred.
• 5S certification preferred but not required.

The Project Manager will participate in the development and construction of multi-family unit projects, and handle the contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of each assigned project. The right candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the construction of a project from inception to turnover.
What are the responsibilities of the Project Manager?
- Research and identify qualified trades and suppliers to bid on construction projects.
- Review plans for constructability and provide insight on value engineering.
- Write and negotiate contracts with suppliers and trades.
- Perform detailed analyses of bids and create spreadsheets for the Director of Construction to review.
- Write detailed lists for quantities of material usage if needed.
- Work cohesively with the General Superintendent to develop, monitor and publish construction schedules.
- Work directly with Superintendents to help resolve any construction issues on-site.
- Setup weekly jobsite meetings with Superintendents and their contractors to help facilitate workflow and to hold trades accountable for quality work and performance pursuant to the contracts.
- Understand compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
- Extensive experience in multi-family or hospitality construction is required.
- Previous experience in a Superintendent role is preferred.
- Ability to write construction schedules using Excel or MS Project is required.
- Land development experience is a plus.
- Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is a plus.
- The ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances, such as last-minute deadlines or other difficult situations.
- Must be willing to fly to various locations via private or public air transportation
