What you'll do (Besides Break Our Portfolio Open):

  • Collaborate across the e.l.f.iverse: work hand-in-hand with Innovation, Creative, Sales, Digital, Integrated Communications, International, Legal, and Finance to make big ideas actually happen
  • Shape category growth: influence strategies, sharpen product positioning, and align creative concepts with launch activations
  • Orchestrate the GTM: drive launches from ideas to shelves, aligning with our passionate team of owners that every touchpoint screams e.l.f. DNA
  • Build the roadmap: define a 3-year strategy that balances consumer demand, retail appeal, and a rock-solid business case
  • Fuel the org with insights: analyze sales, financial, and industry data to deliver fresh perspectives and provocative POVs that lead to quick action
  • Own the room: present projects in internal and external forums to inspire alignment and build confidence
  • Master the storytelling: craft compelling, high-impact decks that sell in strategy, sizing, pricing, and the β€œmust-launch” factor
  • Write killer briefs: develop clear, inspiring briefs for partners (retailers, agencies, collab brands) that set teams up for flawless execution
Who you are:

  • First and foremost, you’re a bold disruptor with a kind heart, as everyone at e.l.f.
  • 6-8 years of brand marketing experience (bonus points for beauty, fashion, or CPG)
  • Startup experience highly preferred: you love solving problems, building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and moving at e.l.f. speed
  • Proven track record of taking early-stage concepts from idea to launch
  • Fluent in consumer insights and cultural zeitgeist, with the ability to turn them into actionable strategy
  • Analytical enough to size a market, creative enough to name lip shades
  • Scrappy, resourceful, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications. Beauty is seeking a Summer Intern, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising to support our Visual Merchandising and Design team in creating retail displays and graphics that shoppers see in stores. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you'll assist with design tasks, organize creative assets, and help move projects forward on tight timelines-gaining real exposure to retail design execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with creating and updating store display graphics and retail layouts
  • Help organize design files, maintain archives, and keep project documentation tidy
  • Learn how to read basic retail plans, including planograms, dielines, and product layouts
  • Support simple production tasks such as trimming, cutting, comping, and mockups
  • Communicate with team members to track progress and meet deadlines
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 21st

In this role, you'll help manage product samples, maintain organized development spaces, and support documentation and tracking that keeps innovation projects moving forward. Naturium is seeking a Director, Social Media & Community Management to lead and evolve our global social presence and community ecosystem as the brand continues to scale across the U.S., U.K., and E.U.
This role will define how Naturium shows up across social platformsβ€”shaping our voice, deepening consumer relationships, and building an engaged global skincare community rooted in education, trust, and cultural relevance. What You'll Do
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):
  • Support the company's S&OP process with a primary focus on demand alignment, forecast integrity, and assumption clarity.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercialization teams to incorporate business strategy, promotional plans, and launch timing into demand forecasts.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve forecast accuracy metrics and planning performance indicators.

  • Demand Planning & Forecasting:
  • Manage and generate SKU- and account-level forecasts, meeting accuracy objectives.
  • Lead demand planning meetings with key stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Retail) to align on forecasting strategy.
  • Evaluate and quantify new product launch forecasts using historical data and market trends.
  • Present demand scenarios, articulating base and upside plans at an account level.

  • Bring strong ownership and accountability to demand forecasting, ensuring plans are accurate, actionable, and clearly understood across the business.
