This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional quality processes, manufacturing readiness, and investigation frameworks-while owning a meaningful project that strengthens consistency, traceability, and speed across the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate first production sample approvals across cross-functional partners (Quality Assurance, Product Development, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Regulatory) to support on-time shipments for new product launches
  • Create and operationalize a centralized Product Standards Library (physical and digital), tracking standard ownership, storage location, and age/refresh cadence
  • Audit and catalog existing product standards, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Improve the OTC manufacturer list in partnership with Regulatory by incorporating quality certifications and key compliance indicators
  • Participate in quality investigations training, including:
  • Understanding how quality issues are identified (in-line checks, stability testing, consumer feedback, vendor reports)
  • Learning structured investigation methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, containment and corrective actions)
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration to inform disposition decisions
  • Build and maintain trackers, inventories, and documentation to support quality workflows and ongoing investigations
Requirements:
  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 21st
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering or science discipline
  • Foundational understanding of laboratory practices, quality control principles, and data integrity; familiarity with cGMP concepts is a plus
  • Exposure to manufacturing or process environments is helpful, but not required
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and databases (Excel or Google Sheets); experience with Airtable or SharePoint is a plus

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient operations of the Oakland Corporate Headquarters. This includes a variety of tasks from greeting and hosting guests and acting as a positive, outgoing representative of the e.I.f. brand to ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained, office
supplies and kitchen items are ordered, stocked and organized.
Responsibilities

  • Organizing, greeting and hosting guests and visitors.
  • As needed, order, organize and maintain weekly food deliveries for office and/or place and manage formal catered food orders for larger meetings and events.
  • Ensure all common areas, kitchen and restrooms are appropriately maintained and stocked by regular checks.
  • Manage the e.l.f. product closet including pulling product as needed, replenishing, organizing and ordering e.I.f. products from warehouse to keep appropriate stock levels.
  • Manage the office mail and messenger/ delivery service for the office. Create FedEx labels/ invoices as necessary.
  • Organize, buy supplies and set-up/breakdown planned office events.
  • Act as the "catch-all" for miscellaneous projects and assignments
Requirements

  • 1-2 years working in an Office Coordinator/Manager capacity

Beauty brands, contributing to the development of thoughtful, brand-right packaging for cosmetics and skincare. This role offers hands-on experience across the full packaging design lifecycle-from research and concepting to mockups and execution-within a fast-paced, collaborative beauty environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Packaging Design team, including organizing samples, maintaining the sample library, coordinating shipments, and assisting with design documentation
  • Participate in the creation of physical mockups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts and support refinements
  • Collaborate with the Design team on packaging concepts and graphics for cosmetics, skincare, and brand initiatives
  • Conduct packaging trend and competitive research within the beauty industry and prepare research documentation
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Packaging Production, Photo Production, Product Innovation, Product Development, Copy, and Project Management teams
  • Communicate workload and priorities across design team leads to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
  • Actively seek and incorporate feedback to grow packaging design skills and industry knowledge
Requirements:
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 21st
  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Design portfolio demonstrating creativity, strong typography, and packaging design projects; beauty or fashion work is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); 3D modeling and rendering skills are a plus
  • Willingness to support the design team across a variety of needs and tasks
  • Ability to learn new workplace applications and tools quickly
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working through shifting priorities and design iterations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Passion for beauty; prior experience working on beauty brands is a bonus

This role is the operational heartbeat of e.l.f.’s brand incubator, ensuring ideas become flawlessly executed realities at e.l.f. speed. You’ll architect processes, orchestrate cross-functional workflows, and own timelines and delivery excellence for new verticals and high-visibility programs. Responsibilities:

e.l.f. Beauty is looking for a Coordinator, Market and Business Insights to join our dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth company. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing market and consumer data, as well as clearly articulating trends and business impacts. This person is highly self-motivated, inherently curious, and strategic yet detail oriented. They are comfortable in an agile work environment and have a passion for analyzing data and surfacing insights with data to drive business decisions. The position will report directly to the AVP, Market and Business Insights.
The Coordinator, Market and Business Insights supports the dissemination of market and business insights and learningsβ€”including market analysis, competitive intelligence, product insights, and shopper trendsβ€”to enable actionable, data-driven growth through clear, compelling storytelling. This role connects dots across multiple market data sources and helps distill and distribute insights to teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator who can support workstreams from strategic planning to tactical execution.
This is a hybrid position based in any of e.l.f.’s offices (NYC, Oakland, CA, or Los Angeles, CA) 3 days a week, with occasional travel.
Responsibilities

  • Assist in aggregating and synthesizing multiple data sources to build a comprehensive view of the business environment and maintain a pulse on evolving trends within and beyond beauty.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze syndicated datasets (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana, Euromonitor, Numerator) to track performance trends and prepare reports that highlight opportunities.
  • Support the creation of concise insight summaries and presentation materials for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring findings and implications are clear and actionable.
  • Coordinate the development of market and business insights presentations, contributing to storyline development, slide building, and final edits; manage version control and logistics for key meetings.
  • Partner with brand, innovation, digital, creative, and IMC teams to surface relevant insights and support data-driven decision-making; manage intake requests and tracking for deliverables.
  • Maintain and update tracking and reporting tools (dashboards, scorecards, weekly/monthly readouts) to support evolving business needs; document methodologies and data definitions.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies in recurring reporting (e.g., dashboard refresh cadence, templates, automation opportunities) to expand internal usage.
  • Research and pilot new insights approaches (including AI-enabled tools) under guidance from team leads; document learnings and recommend next steps.
  • Support relationship management with external data and research partners (NielsenIQ, Circana, Euromonitor, etc.), including scheduling, data pulls, issue resolution, and deliverable tracking.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in insights, analytics, or market research; consumer goods/beauty experience a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize disparate information from multiple data sources into a holistic story with implications and recommendations.
  • Inherently curious, proactive, and enjoys digging beyond the surface to uncover insights. Exceptional at finding trends and the story in the data, articulating the β€œso what,” and translating insights into strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Passionate about customer-centricity and data-driven strategy, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and data story-telling skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of syndicated data sets (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana, Euromonitor, Numerator) and ability to navigate beyond pulling numbers, to analyze and distill the most relevant insights.
