- Manage Monthly Sales Team agenda, notes and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting materials (agendas, sell-in decks, samples, etc) and capture action items, owners, and timelines to drive follow-through.
- Support teams with upcoming launches; complete Item and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with precision and on-time delivery.
- Plan and execute ordering of GWPs and samples across channels, aggregating needs, timelines and executional logistics.
- Establish and maintain a structured documentation system for POG variations, space changes and competitive views across channels.
- Establish and maintain competitive activity across top accounts (innovation, pricing, space, etc).
- Own retailer and vendor contract administrationβfrom intake and review through execution, amendments, and archivalβensuring compliance with terms and timelines.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Own the maintenance and execution of the monthly social media content calendar for Well People ensuring alignment with brand priorities, campaigns, and product launches
- Source, request, and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) aligned with campaign needs, product priorities, and community engagement strategies

Reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Sales, this role will own the development and execution of retail sales strategy across North America, serving as the primary driver of performance, retailer partnerships, and in-market execution.

What You'll Do
Retail Sales Execution: Thought parter to develop the North American retail sales strategy and lead execution across all key partners, aligning brand objectives, retailer priorities, and financial targets.

Reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Sales, this role will own the development and execution of retail sales strategy across North America, serving as the primary driver of performance, retailer partnerships, and in-market execution.

What You'll Do
Retail Sales Execution: Thought parter to develop the North American retail sales strategy and lead execution across all key partners, aligning brand objectives, retailer priorities, and financial targets.

What You'll Do
Supply & Inventory Planning
- Develop and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans aligned to demand forecasts and production capacity
- Monitor inventory levels across finished goods and components to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Execute replenishment planning to support service level targets and working capital goals
- Identify supply risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
- Create and manage purchase orders and production schedules in alignment with lead times and capacity constraints
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of retail displays, fixtures, merchandising collateral, and in-store materials from concept through in-store activation
- Build and maintain project timelines, master calendars, and launch schedules to ensure on-time execution and cross-functional visibility
- Own weekly vendor status updates and help streamline cross-functional communication to support efficient project delivery
- Brief creative requests clearly, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are aligned across teams
- Support planogram development and updates in partnership with Retail Sales
- Partner with cross functional team and vendors on renderings, layouts, prototypes, and production execution
- Conduct prototype reviews and lead fit, function, and quality requirements, providing clear, technically informed vendor feedback
- Apply a working understanding of engineering and production constraints to support execution decisions and value engineering
- Research and track merchandising trends, materials, and retail innovations
- Support vendor relationship management, including coordination, performance tracking, bidding support, and negotiating assistance

- Experience collaborating with vendors, including prototype reviews and production feedback

- BA or BS required
- 4-6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, or Procurement, with 3-5+ years in sourcing is required, ideally within the beauty industry
- Rich experience working with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers, with a focus on partnership and relationship building
- High degree of financial and analytical aptitude a must, with a strong attention to detail

This role also supports regulatory across product development, claims review, registration, packaging compliance, EPR and sustainability. Under direction from the Regulatory Manager/Senior Manager, this role will support regulatory review of ingredients, raw materials and formulas for cosmetics and OTC products. The Regulatory Coordinator will also support global product and site registrations. Must be highly collaborative with a high-performance team mindset and work seamlessly across business functions and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with gathering documentation to complete regulatory review of ingredients, raw materials and formulas.
- Support product registration and notification for all e.l.f. Beauty brands, interfacing with cross-functional teams. This includes creating, reviewing and submitting required documentation, tracking registration status and timelines.
- Collaborate with consultants, distributors and manufacturers to ensure all compliance requirements are met and registrations/notifications are completed according to brand timelines for global product launches.

Requirements:
