Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce & Inventory Coordinator to own product setup, inventory workflows, and Email and SMS briefing execution across Greenwich St. Jewelers’ Shopify Plus ecosystem. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence across PDPs, collection pages, site merchandising, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.


The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, advanced Shopify Plus fluency, and hands-on experience supporting Email and SMS programs in a luxury e-commerce environment. 

This is an on-site role requiring 5 days per week in our New York City office.


Core Responsibilities

Site Inventory Listings

  • Receive newly entered inventory from the Inventory Associate to commence website processing, including:
  • Sorting and maintaining inventory in designated GST locations according to status
  • Reporting any additional main photo needs to Vendor or Inventory Associate
  • Writing and formatting long-form web descriptions optimized for SEO and UX
  • Listing all product details per GST guidelines in bullet format
  • Ensuring all online assets are complete and set live in Shopify within two weeks of receipt, notifying sales floor managers for merchandising within the same timeframe
  • Creating variants and setting evergreen status as needed once product is live on Shopify

Site Maintenance

  • Create, merchandise, and maintain all collection pages, including monthly audits of designer and Top Nav collections for accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct weekly site and merchandising audits to ensure PDPs have complete web descriptions, product details, imagery, and supporting assets
  • Update photos for alternate metals as needed

Site Strategy & Experience

  • Own upload, strategy, and briefing for all site assets, working with the Graphic Designer, Ecommerce & Marketing Director, and Developers (if needed) to ensure assets are on-brand and optimized for mobile and desktop
  • Leverage data and Shopify knowledge to translate strategic direction from the Ecommerce & Marketing Director into high-impact site experiences for key moments (Holiday, Sale, Collaborations, etc.)
  • Own weekly and monthly site performance and merchandising reporting, providing thoughtful analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure press and promotional mentions are reflected on-site via appropriate badges and merchandising

Third-Party Management

  • Create, assign, and follow up on all developer tickets covering new feature requests, visual issues, promotions, site updates, new themes, and ongoing enhancements
  • Attend all Digital Agency meetings with the Ecommerce & Marketing Director, leveraging time to address high-priority initiatives and outstanding requests
  • Execute all agency-recommended site updates with Ecommerce & Marketing Director approval
  • Monitor digital project execution to ensure initiatives progress according to timelines and roadmap
  • Own site updates required to support SEO and Paid Media initiatives, including collection creation, merchandising, and providing linking destinations

Email & SMS Responsibilities

  • Own monthly briefing process, including copy, image selection, segmentation, send times, and template direction for Email Campaigns, Flows, and SMS

Photography Responsibilities

  • Assess styled and on-model shot needs for upcoming site and email assets and submit requests to the Social Media Coordinator
  • Add SKUs with missing imagery to the shot list weekly
  • Pull product and organize trays by designer ahead of shoots
  • Return jewelry to the appropriate display, tray, or bin post-shoot

2. Staff Development

• Monitor and encourage client development by supporting assigned

top stylists, as per directive of Store Manager and Regional Manager,

with all CRM related tasks such as client outreach, client lists analysis,

management of follow ups, operational activities (approval &

appointment set up, ringing sales etc.)

• Manage on the floor to maintain a strong presence

• Can align other team members to reach goals to support the business

• Creates a store environment that emulates the company DNA

3. Operations

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals. Assist with achieving the

Company’s sales plan for your boutique or outlet by leading the store

team to drive sales through constant training and modeling of

outstanding customer service skills

• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) cashier-level functions

• Ring any approvals going in/out of the stylist

• Ringing all of assigned stylist individual sales and returns and all

other associate’s as needed.

• Check on the finished alts, B2E orders and COP’s for assigned stylist’s

clients.

• Daily communication with assigned stylist and have merchandise for

client appointments set up in the fitting room.

• Communicates all store related issues to Store Manager when unable

to solve on their own

• Answer all incoming calls and direct customer inquiries to

appropriate party

• Assist with closing and opening procedures to ensure the store is

ready for business, including compliance to visual merchandising

standards

• Maintain and monitor the staff’s compliance with Company policies

and procedures on sales, customer service, dress code, etc., and

provide feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager as

needed.

4. Human Resources

• Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed on the

sales floor

• Exhibit strong communication skills that are clear and concise with

the store team, assigned top stylists, Management and Regional

Manager

• Create a positive store atmosphere that consistently motivates the

team

• And other duties assigned from time to time


REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION

• BA a plus

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the apparel industry

with a proven track record of driving sales and excellence in customer

service; luxury a plus

• RTW and/or shoe experience is a plus; product experience in luxury

or high-end retail is strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Training, interviewing, organizational, and performance management

skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Proficient computer skills

• Ability to manage conflict

• Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to

15 pounds when merchandising sales floor using ladders or stairs.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Partnerships Manager to own multi-channel social strategy, creative direction, and performance optimization across key platforms. This role leads content planning, trend-driven storytelling, community engagement, and high-impact creator partnerships while managing analytics, testing, and reporting. The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in social culture, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and brings strong leadership experience. 


This is an on-site role requiring 5 days per week in our New York City office.


Core Social Media Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end social media strategy across all platforms, including content vision, creative direction, and platform-specific best practices, grounded in trends, audience insights, and brand pillars
  • Own development, execution, and optimization of the social media content calendar, posting cadence, and scheduling to drive consistent, high-performing output
  • Translate cultural moments, social trends, and emerging formats into on-brand, engaging content strategies that resonate with the brand’s audience
  • Analyze performance through weekly and monthly reporting, tracking engagement, content mix, cadence, and creative impact, and present insights to key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage an ongoing social testing roadmap, executing monthly platform-specific tests to inform strategy and unlock performance learnings
  • Oversee caption writing, alt text, and SEO-optimized copy, ensuring clarity, brand voice consistency, and accessibility across all posts
  • Create and present social strategy decks to support major initiatives, incorporating performance insights, industry trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities
  • Manage the social media marketing budget, tracking spend, invoices, and expenses in partnership with the Ecommerce & Marketing Director
  • Supervise and mentor the Social Media Assistant, providing creative direction, clear briefs, feedback, and quality control to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay deeply immersed in the social landscape, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends, platform updates, creators, and best practices


Partnerships, PR & Community Engagement

  • Build and execute a structured community engagement strategy across social platforms and relevant online spaces
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with creators, collaborators, and brand ambassadors, delivering high-impact partnership initiatives throughout the year
  • Foster active dialogue and brand affinity through comments, stories, polls, and emerging community-driven formats
  • Own partnership workflows, including drafting terms, reviewing contracts, and managing deliverables in line with industry standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and customer experience teams to identify and execute compelling content opportunities


Photoshoot & Content Production Support

  • Partner with the Social Media Assistant to align content needs with the broader marketing calendar and identify required photo and video assets
  • Review and approve styled shot lists and creative direction prior to submission for final leadership approval
  • Support on-set production as needed, including setup, styling preparation, and organization of looks and assets
  • Assist with post-shoot asset management, including image selection, organization, and identifying retouching needs based on marketing priorities
