Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Account Manager who can run day-to-day customer needs and also convert inbound warm leads into new programs. You’ll own customer communication, coordinate internal execution, and move opportunities forward, from initial request to quote to launch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and follow-through, has a sales mindset, and can comfortably pick up the phone to progress warm opportunities. You won’t be expected to do heavy cold calling, but you should be willing to do light outbound(follow-ups, reactivating old leads, and reaching out to similar prospects) to keep the pipeline active.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Customer Execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and keep communication clear, fast, and organized.
- Coordinate programs with Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping to ensure smooth execution.
- Track key job details (specs, BOMs, artwork, packaging components, ship dates) and keep documentation current.
- Provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure customers stay confident in timelines and deliverables.
Inbound Warm Leads + New Business Support
- Take ownership of inbound lead flow (website inquiries, referrals, existing customer requests, warm introductions).
- Qualify inbound requests: understand product, volume, packaging format, timelines, and success criteria.
- Coordinate internal inputs to build quotes and proposals (scope, assumptions, lead times, and pricing support).
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities from request → quote → decision → launch.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (new SKUs, new formats, value-added services).
- Perform light outbound to drive growth: re-engage past inquiries, follow up on dormant quotes, and outreach to lookalike prospects in targeted categories.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities of their respective shift to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly productivity goals. The position will provide leadership for the hourly associates, driving the lean process to maximize growth, throughput, customer service, and cleanliness. Other responsibilities include improving workforce flexibility, reducing operating costs, supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including Small K and process improvements, and holding their employees accountable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the activities of the team members in the production of quality products in accordance with work instructions and company policy, to ensure a quality product delivered on time.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards, as required by law and company policy.
- Implements Skill Sets and job-related training for all employees on the shift.
- Coaches and provides technical and Supervisory expertise to resolve processing issues and creates and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
- Manages the execution of the Production Schedule.

- Implements and reviews SOPs and drives compliance standards.
- Utilizes problem-solving techniques and teamwork-building strategies to meet or exceed the facility's key operating statistics.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
EXPERIENCE:
- Four to ten years’ related experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated experience working hands-on in a manufacturing production environment.
- Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience.

The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative’s region. Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
- Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials

May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor. May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

General Information
- Leave Administration Specialist (Temporary Assignment)
- Assignment Length: 12 months
- Location: Hybrid - 4Days in Office in Midtown Manhattan, 1 Day Remote
- Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
This assignment reports to the Leave Administration Manager and plays a key part in supporting a workplace culture that enables employees to successfully balance professional and personal responsibilities. The specialist will manage the day-to-day administration of multiple leave programs while delivering an empathetic, compliant, and efficient employee experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in leave of absence and disability administration, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with HR technology platforms and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leave of Absence Administration
- Partner with Leave Technology and Disability vendors to manage cases and resolve issues
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout the leave process
- Resolve routine Disability, Leave, ADA, and leave portal issues; escalate complex cases to the Leave Administration Manager
2. Process & Program Support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, People Relations, Payroll, Legal) and external vendors to ensure consistent administrative practices
- Support implementation of new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Facilitate integrations between disability, payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS systems
- Identify and address process deviations with appropriate stakeholders
3. Day-to-Day Case Management
- Review and manage leave requests including FMLA, STD/LTD, parental, medical, military, and ADA
- Verify eligibility and documentation using the leave management system
- Send, track, and manage required notices and forms
- Maintain cases throughout the full lifecycle (open, update, close)
4. Employee Guidance & Support
- Clearly explain leave policies, employee rights, timelines, and next steps
- Provide checklists, certification reminders, and proactive guidance—especially for maternity and parental leaves
- Serve as an empathetic, knowledgeable resource during sensitive situations
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FMLA, ADA, PFL, etc.) and company policy
- Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and deadline tracking
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with HRBPs and managers on eligibility, staffing, and return-to-work planning
- Maintain accurate data across HRIS, leave, and benefits systems
- Coordinate with Payroll on pay impacts, deductions, and benefit alignment
- Liaise with third-party administrators and insurance providers
6. Return-to-Work & Accommodations
- Manage fitness-for-duty and release documentation
- Coordinate transitional duty, reduced schedules, and ADA accommodations
- Track approvals/denials and confirm return-to-work dates
7. Workers’ Compensation Coordination
- Integrate Workers’ Compensation claims with concurrent leave programs (FMLA, STD)
- Review benefits across sources to prevent overpayments and ensure accurate claims processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in leave of absence administration or disability management
- Strong proficiency with leave administration and HR technology platforms
- Working knowledge of leave-related laws and regulations
- Strong independent and collaborative working style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
This is a W2 position.

The Category Development Manager (CDM) - Family Care is responsible for translating category management principles into action through data analytics and consumer/shopper insights. - Stay current on consumer trends for various retail channels.

- Form perspective on omni-channel purchasing behaviors (e.g. Brick & Mortar vs Ecommerce, Delivery, Pickup, etc.)
- Understand how online purchase behaviors differ from those in-store and how we can capitalize on those differences.

Salary Range: 101,220 – 125,060 USD
