Responsibilities

A leading telecommunications and infrastructure services organization is seeking a Director of ISP (Inside Plant) to lead data center structured cabling and infrastructure operations in Phoenix, Arizona.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inside-plant (ISP) construction, structured cabling deployment, fiber infrastructure installation, and commissioning operations across hyperscale and enterprise data center environments. The Director will manage project delivery, field execution, and operational performance while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards.
This position will act as the primary client-facing operational leader for ISP initiatives, guiding technicians, project managers, and site leadership in the delivery of high-performance infrastructure solutions in both active and new-build data center campuses.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ISP structured cabling and fiber infrastructure projects across multiple data center clients and campuses

The Weekend Miracles Program works to match older foster youth with host families who spend at least two days a month with the child. By mentoring and advocating for an older child in foster care, the host family has a direct role in helping them find an adoptive family.
This internship program is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to get a sense of what it takes to run a nonprofit program that services at-risk youth within the realm of child welfare. This role is primarily administrative, supporting our Program Coordinator with preparing monthly connection events and engaging with our kids and families in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities for the Weekend Miracles intern are as follows:

Job Description
The EverClean Field Technician is responsible for tendering and piloting Greensea IQ’s Hull Service Robot (HSR) in a safe and efficient manner. The candidate should be competent in the maintenance and repair of all electronic, electrical, mechanical, and sub-systems associated with the vehicle. This includes component repair, replacement, and troubleshooting. The majority of operations will take place at major ports and harbors around the country and will require a significant amount of traveling. This includes driving a control van that is specially outfitted for the vehicles. The EverClean Field Technician will report directly to the EverClean Field Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Piloting and tendering remote vehicles.
- Participate in familiarization and debriefing sessions prior to mobilization/demobilization.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance on vehicles per Greensea IQ’s planned maintenance plan.

- Produce briefings, reports, and status materials for senior government leadership.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements analysis and business process reengineering.
- Experience supporting DoD logistics or transportation operations and systems.
- Demonstrated experience with BPMN, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Experience supporting Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience working across technical, functional, financial, and administrative teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP solutions delivered via a SaaS model in a DoD or Federal environment.
- Knowledge of ERP-driven business process reengineering and configuration-based solution design.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and master data management in ERP environments.
- Familiarity with RMF, cloud security, and FedRAMP considerations for SaaS solutions.
- Experience supporting Agile or SAFe governance for COTS/SaaS implementations.
- SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Familiarity with DOTMLPF-P analysis.
- Experience supporting joint or multi-Service programs.
