Big Impact Tech (BIT) is a Small Business providing IT and business management consulting to
federal and commercial clients. We deliver mission-focused solutions in data, cloud,
cybersecurity, and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage complex scheduling: coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements,
and calendars across multiple priorities.
β’ Prioritize and triage incoming requests, communications, and tasks to keep the CEO
focused and on track.
β’ Track and allocate time, expenses, and resources appropriately across business, personal,

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Perform preventative maintenance on food service and refrigeration equipment as well as scheduled predictive maintenance checks following manufacturers' recommendation and/or as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Duty 2 -
Carry out installations of new equipment.
Job Duty 3 -
Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of food service and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, dishwashers, fryers, stoves, ovens, and grills.
Job Duty 4 -
Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
Job Duty 5 -
Interpret equipment manuals for proper training, care, and maintenance of equipment.
Job Duty 6 -
Attend quickly to emergency calls on equipment repair issues, as well as to after-hour work calls.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other related duties as assigned.

We're looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians & Mechanics to keep our production and facility equipment running at peak performance. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure smooth operations and zero downtime.
What You'll Do

Our client in Grand Rapids is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join their growing team in a hands-on, high-impact role. This is a great opportunity for a technically inclined professional with strong electrical and automation experience to take ownership of critical systems within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. This is a Night shift position with a 6PM-6AM schedule on a '2-2-3 schedule' (2 days on 2 days off, 3 days on etc.- rotating with every other weekend off. 60hrs one week, 24 the next. 1.5x pay for overtime! )

The Opportunity:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day facility operations and ensuring all scheduled events are executed smoothly and professionally.
