Account Executives at SiLo make up our New Sales team. Their responsibilities include building new partnerships and cultivating a deep understanding of customer needs. This is an inside sales, outbound prospecting role (including cold calls and email) with limited outside sales opportunities.

Position Overview
A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Richmond, VA office. Candidates must have direct experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor. General Contractor-only experience will not be considered.
This individual will be responsible for managing commercial interior and exterior wall system projects from buyout through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing commercial drywall, acoustical ceiling, EIFS, light gauge metal framing, and stucco scopes within ground-up and renovation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from contract award through final closeout
- Manage subcontractor buyout, vendor negotiations, and material procurement
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership
- Monitor job cost, track budgets, and maintain cost controls
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project timelines
- Maintain strong communication with General Contractors, owners, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures
Required Experience
- Proven Project Management experience with a commercial drywall subcontractor
- Strong background in:
