Spry Methods is seeking a Records Management Specialist I to support our Army customer in Huntsville, Alabama. This position requires on-site presence in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Records Management Specialist I will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of effective records management practices across HQ AMC. This on-site role will focus on providing comprehensive records management support for Army Materiel Command (AMC) Headquarters, encompassing all phases of the records lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with records management principles and practices, SharePoint Online, and federal records requirements.
Position Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of existing records management practices
- Verify the appointment of records coordinators throughout the organization
- Inventory physical records and document storage locations
- Audit SharePoint Online (SPO) permissions and file plans
- Confirm adherence to established records management policies and procedures
- Develop or validate detailed inventories of all records, both physical and digital

Key Responsibilities
Lease & Transaction Support

Functional Purpose

Each location is equipped with one CareStream scanner and one room.
What you will do:
- Perform a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated anatomical areas of interest. Adjust equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines.
- Explain x-ray procedures to patients.
- Position patients for each anatomical view using positioning assistance devices and protective equipment as necessary.
- Monitor accessory equipment and assist the physician with fluoroscopic procedures and special radiographic procedures.
- Accurately process images for optimal quality. Match with appropriate paperwork for interpretation.
- Charge radiographic procedures in; able to modify orders per protocol. Demonstrate acceptable film quality standards by critiquing positioning, technical factors, and collimation.

We have a total of 20 clinical scanners, including 14 in various locations, 5 in the OR, and 1 portable scanner for Neuro ICU.
What you will do:
- Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners, power injectors, and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures.
- Position patients for CT scans using patient positioning devices and protective equipment as necessary.
- Perform exams accurately per established protocols, policy, and patient safety standards.
- Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IV's, and injecting contrast, if applicable.
- Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure and appropriately label. Film/transmit to Image Archival System.
- Schedule patients for procedures; assist with clerical functions.

Duke University Health System seeks to hire an experienced or new graduate Radiology Technologist who will embrace our mission of Advancing Health Together. The Duke University Hospital (DUH) campus supports a 1067 bed hospital known for Radiologic Technologist expertise in GI Diagnostic Fluoroscopy, OR, Ortho, Trauma, Ambulatory Surgery, Special Procedures, and PEDS services.
What you will do:
- Perform a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated anatomical areas of interest. Adjust equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines.
- Explain x-ray procedures to patients.
- Position patients for each anatomical view using positioning assistance devices and protective equipment as necessary.
- Monitor accessory equipment and assist the physician with fluoroscopic procedures and special radiographic procedures.
- Accurately process images for optimal quality. Match with appropriate paperwork for interpretation.
- Charge radiographic procedures in; able to modify orders per protocol. Demonstrate acceptable film quality standards by critiquing positioning, technical factors, and collimation.
- Understands and uses the Image Archival System
- Provide education and training to DUHS affiliated radiology technology programs.
- Provide orientation to new technologists.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work herein

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology or ARRT Certification
Experience:
Level I
Must obtain ARRT certification within one year of employment.
Level II
Minimum of two years' experience as a diagnostic radiology technologist.
Level III
A minimum of 4 years' experience within specialty modality in which they are seeking promotion
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
BLS certification
ARRT or ability to obtain within 18 months of employment

The Duke Raleigh Hospital (DRAH) campus provides a patient-friendly setting no matter where you visit us -- in our hospitals North Pavilion, South Pavilion, or clinics. Duke Raleigh also maintains laboratory and imaging services, a pain clinic, 24/7 emergency care, community outreach, and education programs. In this role, you would be working with our Operating Room, Emergency, and Gastrointestinal departments where we have a total of 15 C-Arms, 2 Fluoroscopy rooms, and 2 portables.
