Job Summary
The Georgia Institute of Technologys School of Architecture invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at Associate or Full Professor in the School of Architecture in the area of Architecture and Design Computing. The successful candidate will: First, lead the development of research agendas in this area; second, serve as steward for the Eastman Fund to support doctoral students; and third, work with the School Chair and the Dean in order to reshape the mission of the Digital Building Lab (DBL).
The DBL was created by professor Chuck Eastman to address design computation, data standards and interoperability. Over the years it has housed studies in design and construction automation; project delivery systems; and smart buildings, infrastructure and environments, often working in conjunction with the Digital Fabrication Lab which provides a setting for design-build projects for the faculty and the students. The DBL has also fostered collaborations between the faculty of the School of Architecture, the School of Building Construction and the School of Industrial Design, as well as collaborations with the research labs of the faculty including the Shape Computation Lab (SCL) and the High Performance Buildings Lab. Under professor Chuck Eastman, funding came from both successful research applications and from industry memberships. The partnerships with industry fostered and sustained a link between academic research and advances in practice as well as in research internal to major architecture firms. Now is the time to redefine and revitalize the vision and the mission of the lab, taking into account current developments in artificial intelligence, data-based design decisions, and advanced digital modeling of buildings and their performance.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the successful candidate include securing and conducting funded research, stewarding the future identity and growth of DBL, mentoring early career researchers, advising PhD students, leading the development of forward-looking curricula for the MS Arch and PhD programs, and teaching advanced graduate courses in candidate's area of expertise.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must have a terminal professional degree in Architecture or an allied discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong record of publications on architectural and design computation and/or the development of digital technologies applicable to building design and construction; and a strong track record of sponsored research, industry collaboration, and teaching. A Doctoral Degree is preferred. An interest and ability to relate research to studio teaching is welcome but studio teaching is not a requirement for this position.

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in a dental lab setting in the Crown and Bridge Department.
- Fabrication and repairing of dental prostheses specifically crowns, bridges, and implants restorations by stacking porcelain or finishing pressed porcelain on metal, zirconia and eMax copings.
- Knowledge of dental implants from single implant restorations to full arch cases.
- Excellent knowledge of different crown and bridge materials and the process to fabricate (PMMA, PFM, PFZ, Zirconia, Hybrid Ceramics, Composites).
- Thorough understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion.
- Zirconia/Emax material experience - both anterior and posterior.
- Able to pour, articulate and mount stone models (implant impression) is a must.
- Ability to create verification jigs, base plates, and occlusion rims, for implant restorations.
- Experience with milling CAM Software / Hardware is a plus.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing technical safety, health, and environmental compliance support to the manufacturing facility. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing safety and health programs and objectives, developing and coordinating safety training programs, monitoring safety and health regulations, monitoring permit requirements and preparing necessary compliance reports (or overseeing report preparation and submission), and providing technical support to plant personnel to ensure compliance with Federal and State safety, health, and environmental regulations.

· Prepares written safety and health programs and policies.
· Identifies safety training needs and develops and coordinates safety training programs.
· Participates in process reviews (e.g., hazard analyses, Operator Training, ZES/Lockout, New Hire Orientation, etc.)
· Participates in development, implementation, and support of policies.
· Identifies opportunities and supports implementation of engineering controls to minimize/eliminate safety, health, and environmental hazards.
· Evaluates Safety Systems (critiques, follows up, ensures changes to equipment/process are reflected in safety systems) perpetually to ensure systems remain current and thorough.
· Supports plant leadership (Supervisors, Superintendents). This support comes in various forms: feedback for improvement in documentation, closing the loop with employees, and being a training resource – helping them shore up ‘holes’ in their individual safety leadership. The EHS coordinator should be viewed as an invaluable training and support resource.
· Confirms that systems and policies are in place, being adhered to, and are functioning properly. This is accomplished through records review, but moreover and more importantly by physical observation – on the ground, in all areas of the plant.
· Conducting general EHS observations. These include but are not limited to: guarding audits, basic At-Risk observations focusing on Lockout, Safe Work Practices, Employee Hazard Recognition – providing feedback to area leadership, basic Electrical Safety inspections, and audits of existing safety inspections such as monthly/quarterly ladder, hand tool, extension cords, etc..
· Manage Safety and Environmental recordkeeping and reporting (both regulated – state and federal, and internal. Continually evolve and improve internal/in-house recordkeeping and reporting to best support the Mill’s needs and drive for improved results.
· Builds, develops, and continually improves Mill Safety Systems.

Working Conditions
This position requires sitting, standing, walking (on level and unlevel surfaces), carrying, lifting (over 50 pounds, and in some cases over shoulder height), bending, climbing, working at heights, and working in tight and/or confined spaces.
Additionally, this position requires exposure to a manufacturing environment necessitating use of personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and the appropriate arc flash and arch blast PPE for electrical work. The primary manufacturing environment includes, but is not limited to, exposure to temperature extremes, wood dust, sharp objects, electricity, chemicals and lubricants, and high noise.

Annunciation Orthodox School (AOS) seeks a visionary, collaborative, and highly organized leader to serve as our first Director of Fine Arts. The Director of Fine Arts provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all arts programming, including visual arts, music, and theatre. This role is responsible for shaping and sustaining a high-quality, inclusive, and innovative arts curriculum that inspires student creativity, supports faculty excellence, and deepens community engagement. As a key member of the school’s leadership team, the Director fosters a cohesive, joyful, purpose-driven culture within the Fine Arts department.

Work Schedule: Year-round, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; additional time as needed for after-school meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the design and implementation of a comprehensive fine arts curriculum that aligns with national standards and integrates emerging artistic technologies.
- Teach two to three classes per trimester as a lead instructor to support the program and maintain a direct connection with student learning and pedagogy.
- Evaluate curriculum and instructional practices regularly in partnership with the Coordinator Team to ensure ongoing program alignment and enhancement.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate fine arts faculty to ensure instructional excellence across all artistic disciplines.
- Manage the departmental budget, including the procurement of instruments, supplies, costumes, and equipment.
- Coordinate the logistics for all performances, exhibitions, and competitions, encompassing technical production, costuming, set design, and facility management.
- Advocate for the value of fine arts education within the organization and the broader community to ensure continued support.
- Facilitate professional development workshops to keep educators updated on best practices, pedagogy, and standards in the arts.
- Cultivate a culture of positive communication and professional collaboration among all department members.
- Collaborate with school leadership and community partners to develop cross-disciplinary projects and extracurricular enrichment programs.
- Coordinate and oversee various before- and after-school fine arts programs such as choir - and work closely with the school’s Director of Auxiliaries to align with the school’s ARCH programs.
- Oversee the maintenance and inventory of all fine arts facilities, studios, and performance spaces to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Analyze student participation and achievement data to identify areas for program growth and equity of access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, fine arts, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Several years of teaching experience in the arts
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The College of Environmental Design (CED) at UC Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified instructors to provide expertise in studio and non-studio courses, workshops, and student advising for each of the academic departments including Architecture, City & Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture, as well as the degree-granting programs in the Institute of Urban and Regional Development which include the Master of Real Estate Development + Design program (MRED+D), the Master of Urban Design and the Sustainable Environmental Design undergraduate major.
TSP Duties: TSPs lend variety and extensive industry and leadership experience to our programs by providing 1:1 coaching, limited duration workshops, student contest advising and career readiness exercises coached by industry experts. TSPs do not have responsibility for lectures, assignments, or grading. The Pool is reviewed when need arises, the existence of the Pool does not mean there is an available position.
