Would you like to help drive go-to-market excellence with consulting partners and system integrators through the Small Business Acceleration Initiative (SBAI)? The APN Customer and Partner Engagements team is seeking an experienced candidate to lead the GTM System Integrator Strategy & Expansion for SBAI. As the GTM System Integrator Strategy & Expansion Lead, you will establish scalable processes and best practices that accelerate customer acquisition and launches through consulting partners and system integrators, while leading geographic and business unit expansion of the SBAI motion, including future indirect selling scenarios beyond current scope.
This ideal candidate is highly strategic, operationally excellent, and partner-focused, one who can design and implement repeatable GTM frameworks that enable system integrators to drive SMB customer acquisition at scale. You have relentlessly high standards and obsess over creating mechanisms that work across diverse geographies and business units. You are equally comfortable developing global strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to establish best practices with individual SI partners. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategy for system integrator engagement within SBAI, establishing scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that accelerate customer acquisition and opportunity launches across consulting partners and SIs
- Lead geographic expansion of SBAI motion into new territories and regions, working with regional leaders to adapt the partner-led model while maintaining program consistency and effectiveness
- Drive business unit expansion strategy, identifying opportunities to extend SBAI frameworks beyond SMB-Small into ISV, Startup, Public Sector, and other customer cohorts, including designing future indirect selling scenarios
- Establish and optimize SI partner engagement models, including capacity and capability frameworks specific to different customer segments, partner types, and geographic markets
- Build strong relationships with system integrator executives and practice leaders, understanding their business models and co-developing solutions that align AWS growth objectives with SI strategic priorities
- Create and maintain comprehensive GTM toolkits, including partner playbooks, enablement materials, success metrics, and operational frameworks that can be replicated across geographies and business units
- Work closely with SBAI program team, Partner Core leaders, and field teams (PTMs, PDMs, PSMs) to ensure successful implementation of SI strategies and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Drive cross-organizational alignment across AGS, ASP, Marketing, and Operations to ensure SI expansion initiatives are supported with appropriate resources, systems, and incentives
- Develop business cases and ROI models that demonstrate the value of SI-led customer acquisition, securing executive support and investment for expansion initiatives
- Monitor and analyze SI performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization to continuously improve partner effectiveness and program outcomes

This position requires hands-on solution architecture across assessment frameworks, reference architectures, implementation patterns, and technical enablement programs. Product Strategy & Development
- Research and identify high-potential product opportunities that leverage our in-house manufacturing capabilities across powder, capsule, gummy, and liquid formats
- Work directly with our procurement and R&D teams to cost out each product opportunity
- Build margin models and sales projections to evaluate and prioritize opportunities
- Present business cases to leadership and participate in go/no-go decisions on new product launches
- Issue purchase orders to initiate production on approved products
- Manage the full Amazon FBA supply chain — forecasting demand, coordinating production schedules, and submitting POs/MOs to keep inventory levels optimized
- Work with our production and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers
- Monitor inventory health metrics and prevent stockouts or excess inventory situations
- Collaborate with creative and marketing resources to develop and optimize product listings (copy, images, A+ content, brand story)
- Own the Amazon advertising strategy — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP as the business scales
- Manage ad spend day to day, optimizing for ACoS/TACoS targets while driving ranking and revenue growth
- Scale the division to $300K/month in revenue within 12 months
- As revenue grows, hire and manage a team to support expanded operations (advertising specialists, catalog managers, etc.)
- Establish SOPs, reporting cadences, and KPIs for the division
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling a supplement or consumables brand on Amazon (not just agency work — you’ve owned a P&L)
- Proven track record of scaling an Amazon brand to $100K+/month in revenue
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and inventory management
- Strong Amazon PPC experience with demonstrated ability to manage five- and six-figure monthly ad budgets profitably
- Experience with product research and opportunity analysis in competitive supplement categories
- Ability to build financial models for product costing, margin analysis, and demand forecasting
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy — you’ll have resources and support, but no one is going to tell you what to do every day

About the Role
This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and plays a critical part in commercial data visibility, performance reporting, and insight generation across Sales, Finance, Operations, Brand, and Growth.

Analytics & Reporting
- Write and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems.

- Maintain category scorecards, including distribution, velocity, pricing, and promotional metrics.
- Surface key trends and competitive movements to support retail sales strategy.
- Provide analytical support for buyer meetings and line reviews.
Data Systems & Process Optimization
- Partner with IT and data engineering resources to improve data pipelines and system integrations.
- Define data acquisition and integration logic to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Improve workflows through automation, documentation, and streamlined reporting structures.
- Document models, queries, and reporting logic for long-term scalability.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Brand, and Product teams to answer strategic business questions.

Description
- Assist with creating, implementing, and improving the plant's future state EHS management system. Support behavioral-based safety programs and processes.
- Incorporate new EHS regulations, directives, and standards into the plant's management systems. Conduct regular internal EHS auditing to ensure compliance, including follow-up on incident/accident investigations through the internal EHS system, corporate audit, and compliance inspection actions.
- Interact with the production and maintenance team to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Train, audit, instruct, and correct where necessary.
- Chair, conduct, and report on the actions of the Plant Safety Committee.
- Assist with preparing and executing the necessary air, water, and solid waste management activities, reporting and permit requirements.
- Assist with managing and coordinating safety training for the entire facility.
- Ensure that Federal, State, and local EHS laws, regulations, codes, and rules are followed.

- We’re looking for a Program Manager within the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) who can drive complex, cross functional programs spanning enterprise systems, business processes, and operational execution. This role blends strong program management fundamentals with technical and business systems fluency.
- This position is initially a four-month role, with the potential for extension, and is designed to augment senior program leadership capacity. The Program Manager will work closely with a Senior Program Manager to support large, multi workstream initiatives, while also independently leading smaller programs and workstreams end-to-end.

Program Leadership & Delivery
- Partner with a Senior Program Manager to support large enterprise programs, helping manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence.
- Independently own and deliver smaller programs or discrete workstreams, from intake through delivery and operational handoff (strategy ? plan ? execute ? stabilize).
- Run and support core program rituals including planning sessions, status reviews, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and executive readouts.
- Translate business objectives and stakeholder requirements into clear program plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Support initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and NetSuite, partnering with IT, Business Systems, and functional teams.
- Contribute to programs that span Lead-to-Cash, Customer Experience, Finance, and Procurement processes in a large, enterprise software environment.
- Help ensure systems and process changes are well sequenced, clearly documented, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Champion data quality, system hygiene, and clear ownership across integrated systems and reporting.
- Work closely with cross functional partners including IT, Business Systems, Finance, Sales Ops, Customer Experience, Procurement, and Security.
- Prepare executive ready dashboards, status updates, and presentations with clear narrative, insights, and recommendations.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and trade?offs with clarity and confidence to both technical and non?technical audiences.
- Escalate issues with context, options, and data-backed recommendations.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, reports, and documentation using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar.

- Ensure strong program hygiene including RAID logs, decision tracking, documentation, and governance artifacts.

Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in program management, project management, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Experience working in or with enterprise technology, SaaS, or business systems teams.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior program leaders while also leading smaller initiatives independently.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing executive level reporting and insights.
- Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field.

We are looking for a PMO / Business Operations Manager to act as a business hub and management extension for the EC Lead. This role will work closely with leadership to drive execution, improve operational professionalism, and institutionalize business knowledge across teams.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for someone who is strong in execution, structure, and cross-functional coordination, with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop (TTS) operations. Exposure to other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a strong plus.
