Essential Responsibilities
SERVICE: Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated to help build and retain customer confidence and loyalty. Ensures the department is merchandised per plan. Delivers daily conditions that meet the company's expectations for at shelf product availability, freshness, product rotation, inventory levels, stocking - including maintaining POG integrity and shelf price tags/signage, ordering and cooler/freezer conditioning Offers customers assistance in finding or suggesting product.
LEADERSHIP: Promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating, promoting teamwork, and communicating company, department, and job specific information. Adheres to all local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
FINANCIAL: Maintains an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions and reports any discrepancies in inventory. Reviews/inspects products for quality and freshness and takes appropriate action with those items. Ensures product is held at the proper temperature per food safety guidelines and retains documentation of temperate logs per policy.
COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: Ensures company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained. Adheres to all regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to food safety, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) & Country of Origin Labeling (COOL), and Department of Agriculture (DOA). Executes all product recalls and withdrawals in a timely manner while ensuring all items are secured and removed from customer access. Reinforces safety programs by complying with safety procedures and inspects and identifies unsafe conditions to report to store management. Notifies management of customer or employee accidents. Reports all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud. Ensures adherence to wage and hour policies and regulations. Cultivates a culture of safety within the store. Ensures self and all associates are working safely and have received necessary safety training. Ensures Hazardous Assessments are posted for associate reference and that Personal Protective Equipment is available and utilized by all associates executing tasks within the department, as required. Ensures equipment is in good repair; reports and assists with remediation (ex. lock out/tag out of equipment) of safety hazards within the department.

The Role We Want You For
The Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Markets supports CRG’s regional offices, Capital Markets team, and senior leadership through financial analysis of new development opportunities, active projects, and the broader CRG development platform. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level Industrial Engineer (Level 2/3) to join the Industrial Engineering Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.
This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will fulfill a dynamic range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Industrial Engineer with The Boeing Company.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate Level (Level 2) and Mid-Level (Level 3) Industrial Engineer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Applies industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements of moderate complexity.
Maintains and develops plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, sequencing of operations and work flows.
Supports the evaluation of new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations.
Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
Develops moderately complex models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation to leaders.
Assists with research, design, development, improvement, and implementation of processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality, for large scale systems integration and asset utilization.
Reconciles compliance with established industry safety, design standards and ergonomic guidelines.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
Skilled with effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
1 year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
1 year of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products.
An ABET accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.

How You'll Contribute:
This remote based Associate Legal Counsel position provides accurate and timely counsel to our sales and operations organizations to address and resolve legal issues, supporting commercial transactions and customer management. The successful candidate must have the ability to deal with complex matters while operating in a fast-paced environment, providing effective and practical counsel on a variety of commercial transactional legal matters.
What You'll Do:
- The job responsibilities of the Associate Legal Counsel include:
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including domestic and international product and services agreements, vendor/dealer agreements, and strategic relationship agreements.
- Provide legal advice on intellectual property issues, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams providing contract interpretation and support understanding and addressing legal and business concerns associated with commercial transactions.
- Execute and maintain the company's business and contractor licenses, ensuring compliance and tracking renewals when and if needed as a backup on this task.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of operational internal governance policies and authorities.
- Provide legal support to purchasing, sales, finance, and various internal departments with a variety of legal matters ranging from subcontractor disputes, vendor related issues, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support collection efforts.
- Perform other legal tasks as directed by the General Counsel and leadership.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more states.
- 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment handling corporate law matters, with a focus on commercial transactions.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, data protection and privacy laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
- A high level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently with a commitment to client services and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with common business software tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and managing all aspects of commercial transactions. International and/or governmental contract experience helpful.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.

How You'll Contribute:
Under immediate or close supervision, the Associate Field Engineer will assist other team members in organizing and configuring equipment for effective implementation on client sites. Facilitates remote commissioning in the shop or on site. Continual focus on learning and improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Pre-commission systems in the office by organizing equipment per room or sub-system; unbox and assemble as needed to configure
and test all equipment before shipping to site; package kits for installation on site. - Support commissioning AV systems at client sites by assisting in optimizing all the settings in the equipment to ensure the system
is operating as designed according to scope and drawings. - Perform programming and configuration loading and testing, debugging control system with remote programmer.
- Assist with network configuration implementation.
- Grow certifications and technical knowledge.

Employee will spend most of the day on their feet moving around the jobsite. Must be able to occasionally lift at least 40lbs and be able to climb
ladders and stairs. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth vision. Must be
able to hear.
Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence.
Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Local travel to job sites (within a
2-hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually but remote travel can be up to 30% of the job at times. 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis
Work may be performed in an active construction site requiring appropriate PPE.
