This is a hands-on, highly operational leadership role focused on performance management, employee relations, attorney lifecycle support, compensation, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment.

We are seeking a versatile attorney with proven trial experience and a strong background in real estate, construction, and business law. The successful candidate will primarily take lead on litigation matters that range from straightforward to complex controversies. Key Responsibilities
Litigation:
- Manage complex contract, property, construction defect, and general liability disputes from inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
- Represent clients in arbitrations and court proceedings.
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness examination, evidence presentation, and oral arguments.
Transactional:

Qualifications
