Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, including 4+ years in Market Research or Research Insights, with a proven ability to lead large, complex, or enterprise level programs.
  • Demonstrated success building and sustaining consultative, trust based client relationships, serving as the primary client lead for multi phase or multi country initiatives.
  • Strong command of survey operations and fieldwork workflows, with familiarity in research methodology, sampling logic, and data interpretation concepts (preferred but not required).
  • Hands on experience with survey platforms, including Forsta Surveys (Decipher), and the ability to guide clients and internal teams in platform usage and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and executive level presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences and influence decision making.
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including strong MS Office fluency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and comfort working with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Teamwork, and Slack.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience supporting account growth, building budgets, forecasting, and managing project margins.

The Senior Manager of Trade Marketing is a vital role within the Naturium marketing team. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative omnichannel go-to-market strategies that will enable Naturium to breakthrough the highly competitive beauty environment. Responsibilities:
  • Execute scheduled publishing, tagging, formatting, and caption uploads across platforms daily
  • Source, request, and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) aligned with campaign needs, product priorities, and community engagement strategies
  • Develop social creative briefs, partnering cross-functionally with the Creative team to bring platform-native concepts to life
  • Support the development and execution of engaging, platform-relevant social content in partnership with Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, cultural moments, and emerging channels to inform content opportunities and maintain brand relevance
  • Own the execution of social media giveaways and community engagement programs, ensuring compliance and smooth campaign delivery
  • Track and report on social content performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to support ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Influencer, Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to ensure social content aligns with broader marketing initiatives across both brands
Requirements:
  • Based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office 3 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content coordination preferred
  • Chronically online (in the best way). You instinctively know what's trending, what's tired, and what's about to pop.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
  • Equal parts imaginative and precise, with a deep passion for beauty, cultural moments, and digital storytelling.

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications. Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Influencer & Content Creation to support creator relationship operations, campaign planning, and event activation across our influencer ecosystem. In this role, you'll help manage day-to-day creator programs, build and maintain campaign lists, and support high-profile events and cultural moments. This internship offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing and creator operations within a fast-paced, culturally driven environment.
Responsibilities:

Creator Relationship Operations (40%)
  • Execute a weekly personalized creator mailer program (50-75 creators per week), including product selection, handwritten note coordination, and shipment tracking
  • Maintain creator database hygiene in CreatorIQ, ensuring accurate contact details, content preferences, and relationship history
  • Support PR box campaign logistics, including creator vetting and fulfillment coordination with agency partners

Campaign List Management (35%)
  • Build custom, vetted creator lists for each product launch and brand activation (supporting approximately 8-12 campaigns over the summer)
  • Cross-reference creator lists against brand safety protocols and organic content history using Viral Nation Secure
  • Maintain campaign tracking documentation to monitor creator participation, content performance, and relationship momentum
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align creator strategy with product marketing calendars

Event Support & Amplification (20%)
  • Provide on-site support for creator events and activations, including tentpole cultural moments and studio sessions
