Job Title: PACE Clinic Manager (RN)
Position Summary:
The PACE Clinic Manager provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of nursing services within the clinic. This role focuses on coaching and developing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient clinic operations. The position balances clinical oversight with administrative leadership, supporting relatively new RNs while partnering closely with scheduling and operations teams. Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required. Candidates must bring 7 to 10 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in home health or an adjacent healthcare industry. A demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically dispersed sales teams across multiple states or territories is essential, along with a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing talent, and delivering new business in complex, multi-market environments. National or sector-level sales leadership experience and KOL relationship management experience in home health or post-acute care are strongly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for Adult Mental Health psychiatric services. This role combines high-level administrative leadership with limited direct clinical care, operating in a 90% administrative / 10% clinical capacity.
The Medical Director will oversee psychiatric operations, ensure quality and compliance, support provider development, and guide major programmatic initiatives. This leader will play a key role in expanding behavioral health services and advancing innovative care models for a diverse patient population.
This position serves approximately 2,000 primarily Medicaid-insured patients, including refugee and immigrant communities, and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accessible, high-quality behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations

The BIM/VDC Support Specialist supports project teams by assisting with the creation, organization, and maintenance of drawing and model deliverables using BIM tools.
