Essential Job Functions:
- Unload inventory from incoming vehicles. Inspect inventory for damage. Process and stock inventory.
- Pick correct product and quantities for orders and/or transfers. Load racks and trucks with glass.
- Clean glass, assessing stock for damage. Affix proper labels to glass.
- Timely follow delivery route and time schedules to deliver product and receive returns. Process/record payments and input data into ordering system.
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
- Receive and process return stock.
- Complete logs and documentation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Break down boxes, stock accessories, organize inventory as directed.
- Interact and assist customers during delivery and at will call.
- Assist in maintaining appearance of branch as needed. Clean warehouse, counter area, etc.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards. This position is considered safety sensitive.

Qualifications:

Position Summary:
The driver/warehouse associate is the backbone of the automotive glass business and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of getting products to our customers. Physical Demands:
This position is considered a safety sensitive position. Key Responsibilities:
- Check in all work and cash through window
- Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
- Process check imaging into FIS system
- Balance all individual teller sells
- Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
- Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
- Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
- Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
- Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
The Qualifications You Must Have:
- 18 years old or older
- Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

As a key member of the logistics team, you’ll serve as the frontline contact for customers, drivers, and internal departments. You’ll ensure timely and accurate delivery coordination, resolve service issues, and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate order processing, scheduling, and delivery logistics.
- Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products and supplies, maintaining accuracy and alignment with customer and operational needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service updates.
- Communicate with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve service issues and escalate concerns as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Typical Duties Provides support for the integration and implementation of JDE processes in all Distribution and Warehouse Management modules.
Participates in system upgrades by assisting in planning and testing those upgrades.
Continuously gains an understanding of the customers' operations and how systems are used in support of their operations, transferring knowledge to users, IT business analysts, and programmers.
Keeps abreast of new JDE releases and applications and presents opportunities for improvement to the business units and management.
Determines functional requirements and recommends workable JDE solutions to business operations, management, and IT staff.
Works cross-functionally with other business analysts to provide fully integrated JDE solutions.
Develops new or modifies existing software configurations to satisfy ongoing business needs.
Participates in the preparation of business cases, including project charters, cost justifications, solution documentation, third party package selection recommendations, and other documents as needed.
Develops reports from the system as needed.
Assists other business analysts and programmers in the development and implementation of new processes and enhancements.
Monitors financial operations and functionality and makes recommendations for fixes and improvements.
Works closely with business teams to improve master data and daily operations.
User Support and Training Provides on-site and remote end-user training as needed for new processes and enhancements.
Provides one-on-one or small group refresher/intermediate/advanced training as required by users.
Responds to Help Desk requests in a timely fashion.
Responsible for monitoring the integrity of the JD Edwards system.

Executes approved changes to task menus to enhance end-user functionality.
