PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Deputy General Counsel is responsible for assisting the General Counsel in executing duties to protect the HomeVestors’ brand and ensuring a best-in-class experience for our independently owned franchises and their customers. Create and present training for franchisees and development agents. This includes new franchise training class presentations, webinar presentations to development agents and franchisees, and presentations at conventions.

Oversee Legal’s role in advertising copy and marketing strategies and execution and where appropriate, design and delegate review of advertising copy after conducting training on same.
