We are looking for a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. As a Manual Machinist for IPS, you will identify problems and make necessary adjustments as they relate to industrial AC/DC electric motors and generators. You will use a variety of manual machine tools and balancing equipment for rotating machinery, while following service center safety procedures. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and an ability to work from drawings, sketches, and blueprints. - Operate conventional manual machining tools including engine lathes, horizontal lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, and related equipment

- Perform mechanical measurements using portable mechanical instruments such as dial indicators, micrometers, and portable vibration measurement equipment
- Machine and fabricate parts using engine lathes, grinders and drill presses
