Where it all began…
In 1951 SF Fire Credit Union first opened its doors from a modest 10′ × 15′ office space in 17 Engine. It was from those humble beginnings—where everyone pitched in to help one another in their community—that the organization forged its way of business forever. Today, the San Francisco-based credit union has grown to $1.7B in assets and a membership that extends from the regional firefighters we trace our roots back to throughout our many neighbors in San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin Counties. Our members benefit from the ideas and principles that have shaped us: Shared trust, continuous innovation of products and services, competitive rates, and excellent member service. These qualities foster a true sense of member-ownership and strengthen the credit union’s bond with the people for whom this credit union was created.
What we stand for…
There are a few things we look for those we hire at SF Fire Credit Union, regardless of role or team.
First, do they align with our values?
Be Personal – Walk the Member/Employee Path
Be a Leader – Empower, Collaborate, Own
Be Outside the Box – Innovate, Educate, Engage
Be Real – Integrity and Transparency Matter
Be the Connection – Serve our Community
Second, will they thrive in a culture like ours, where we default to trust, embrace feedback, and desire to innovate? Finally, do they share our vision to help empower members to accomplish their dreams and build lasting financial security in whatever way is most relevant to their role?
What it feels like…
Most days it feels more like going to work with a big family. Whether it’s a pot luck lunch, baking birthday cakes for colleagues in the kitchen, or after-hours get together, we’re here to do a great job and have a good time while doing it! We value a good sense of humor, are motivated by a higher purpose, and always bring an “in-this-together” attitude. While we’re driven to do great work, we also value real work/life balance.

While large financial firms comprise the backbone of the economy, their front and middle-office processes are still manual, spreadsheet-heavy, and fragmented.
F2 is the leading vertical AI platform purpose-built for private markets and commercial banking. We transform dense, unstructured deal materials into auditable, decision-ready insights in minutes. This is not generic AI tooling. It is core infrastructure embedded directly into underwriting, credit, and portfolio workflows. We are the only fully vertical platform in this space with meaningful, proven revenue and real product–market fit.
Role Overview
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive focused on commercial banking, investment banking, and private credit to own the full-cycle sales motion for F2’s AI platform within these institutions. You will run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end to end, from first executive conversation through signed contract and expansion, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior banking leaders navigating AI adoption in regulated environments.
You will work closely with Product, Deployment, and Leadership to shape our enterprise go-to-market motion, bringing real-world institutional insight back into how we build, position, and scale F2 across private markets and commercial banking.
This role is ideal for a high-performing, domain-fluent operator with deep in-seat banking experience who thrives in ambiguity, understands how regulated institutions buy, and wants to help define how a leading vertical AI company wins true enterprise deals.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle sales process for F2's AI platform with commercial and investment banking clients—from first meeting through signed contract and initial expansion.
- Prospect and engage Managing Directors, Group Heads, senior credit officers, and product leaders across corporate, commercial, and investment banking.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product to design workflows and demos that showcase F2's differentiated value in credit underwriting, monitoring, and deal workflows.
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across front office, credit risk, operations, and technology.
- Navigate complex legal, risk, compliance, and procurement processes typical of regulated financial institutions.
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships within key banking accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner.
- Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform F2's go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial banking product roadmap.
- Contribute to playbooks and repeatable sales motions for commercial and investment banking as a core vertical.
You Might Be a Great Fit if You
- Have deep, in-seat experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or private credit.
- Bring a strong grasp of credit, underwriting, or capital markets workflows, or a clear aptitude to learn complex banking use cases quickly.
- Have experience engaging senior banking leadership in high-stakes decision environments.
- You are comfortable running long, strategic, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles.
- You thrive in high-ownership environments where domain credibility matters.
- You want to operate at the intersection of finance and AI without leaving the institutional ecosystem behind.
- You communicate with precision, credibility, and executive presence.
- Bonus: Experience interfacing with risk, compliance, or technology teams within large financial institutions.
Why Join F2
- Direct impact on a critical growth vertical as commercial banks, investment banks, and private credit institutions adopt AI to modernize underwriting and portfolio workflows.
- Opportunity to sell a leading vertical AI platform with real product–market fit and a proven technology moat, embedded directly in high-stakes financial decision making.
- Work with a small, high-caliber team at a true inflection point for both F2 and AI in institutional finance, with meaningful traction and blue-chip customers already on the platform.
- Engage in true enterprise sales cycles with seven-figure contract values and senior banking leadership at institutions managing hundreds of billions to trillions in assets.
- Operate in a high-trust, high-standards culture where domain expertise is valued and you have real influence on product direction and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Competitive compensation, meaningful upside, and the opportunity to help redefine how institutional finance operates in the age of AI.
